There's a kiosk right at the entrance for easy ordering, or during busy periods, the bobarista can take orders at the counter. There are two parking spots in the back of the building in the alley. Osmanthus Milk Tea, Half Sweet, 30% Ice w/ Boba ($7.45) - This milk tea is excellent. It's fragrant, flowery, and what seems to be a naturally great, almost fruity flavor. I complain a lot about how Westerner-catering shops add artificial, heavy fruity flavors into their milk teas - while this one is fruity, but it works so well in this drink. Everything is thickened and mellowed out a bit by the creamer. Delicious drink and good sweetness level for me (less sweet than the entrees served next door...). The boba served in the drink is a bit on the lumpier side rather than being smooth. It still has a very nice chewy quality, perhaps being a smidgen on the softer side vs. perfect. That might be because of the 30% ice - perhaps if I went with more ice, they would firm up just a tad more? There's free parking in the back alley for this spot and also paid street parking. This place is my new favourite go to for tea-based bubble tea. I am a huge fan of winter melon tea, but so far in Vancouver I haven't been able to find one that isn't overly sweet except at this shop. I would recommend this drink and the lychee aloe vera with extra aloe on top, perhaps more if I try something different next time. The drinks only come in one size (large), but the cups are beautifully designed incorporating floral and local scenery patterns. My only suggestion would be to not fill the cup to the brim, because while it's good value for what you pay for, I end up in a mess every time trying to punch the straw into the drink - it gets frustrating.
