I happened to stumble upon this place while trying to look for a new boba place in Richmond. It's located in a small plaza with a parking lot. It's a small boba shop with about 3 tables. I ended up getting one of the drinks that's shown on the wall. It's light, refreshing, not too sweet. My friend ordered the boba milk tea, which was also good. They ran out of black tea after my friend put in the order and we ended up having to wait 20 min for the drink. But, the tea was really fragrant when it was done brewing. As far as the price goes, it's about the same as the other boba place around the area. I think I would want to come back and try other things when I'm in the area

Plenty of parking available - but can get busy around dinner hours as it shares parking with multiple restaurants - Don't forget to register your plate! Service is more like self serve , as you'd be ordering at the kiosk - however the staff are very friendly - and can answer questions if they do arise. Very clean and presentable - playing different genres of music - I guess depending on staff preference. They have so many tasty drinks - but the series that got me hooked - would be the Aloe Vera series - nowadays it seems not a lot of places carry aloe - so I'm so happy to get to enjoy it at Chun Fun How - I personally think the Aloe goes really well with citrusy drinks - or Lychee! There cups are pretty cute too - they also have cheese tarts - however haven't personally tried them -

The Malted Whiskey Milk Tea is very very fragrant. While drinking it, it taste like malted milk tea. But after swallowing the tea you can taste the whiskey scent which was very unique in a good way. So if you like whiskey and milk tea, definitely give this a try! The caramel pudding milk tea was also very delicious. The silky smooth pudding wasn't too sweet, so it paired well with their milk tea. I got 30% sugar which was the perfect sweetness. Hubby loves his regular Lychee Jade Tea with Aloe Vera. It's super refreshing and very delicious along with the gentle sweetness of the aloe vera. I love their super colorful fun cups with the amazing designs. They also have free delivery when you order 2+ drinks which is super convenient

Great little bubble tea place tucked at the end of Alexander Rd. The drinks are really good and reasonable price too. They offer free delivery to literally everywhere through wechat and instagram and every few months have some really cool merch like color changing cups, fans, and bubble tea straws. Highly recc their Guava Lychee Green Tea and Osmanthus Series!!

I feel like they use high quality ingredients. The taste and smell of their tea is perfect. Went two times so far and both times were happy about the drinks. Highly recommend their sugar cane series

This was both our first time at a CFH -- unfortunately couldn't try one of their classic teas because it was too late for caffeine. Got the sweet potato milk with pearls, which was too sweet even at 30% sugar, and the flavour was pretty fake. Upside is price in relation to size relative to some of the more premium bbt places these days. Would come back to try an actual tea next time.

He rang us up, then ran behind curter to make our drinks. It didn't seem too busy here so maybe it was manageable for him. This is one of the better boba spots I have tried in Richmond where they have some creative drinks…read moresuch as the ones with panna cotta and mochi. I personally tried the cheese foam black tea with mochi and golden pearls which costed close to 10CAD. The cheese foam was slightly salty and pretty creamy, and the taste is much more pronounced when you dip the plain mochi into the drink. The mochi itself was slightly soft though a bit uneven in texture as some parts are chewy and some parts are already a little bit dry. I do like they nicely wrapped the mochi in a plastic bag to preserve the moisture, though I ended up trying it out immediately to get the maximum freshness. The tea itself is flavorful and not too sweet, which is what I intended because I opted for light sugar (30%). The golden pearls were pretty chewy and are the right preferred texture. While I liked the general quality of the drinks, like other reviews mentioned, the price of the drinks are a bit on the higher end but the quality did not really scale up compared to a good boba spot.

The walls are decorated with pictures from Europe and the teacups are very "British." Besides scone and tea, you can get regular food here as well such as fries, salt & pepper chicken, and radish cake to name just a few. You can also get cold drinks like juice & bubble tea, and bubble tea drinks here too. So...not your typical British style Afternoon Tea joint. Kind of half restaurant, half tea place. My friend had a pot of Leisure Fresh Fruit tea and a scone. We'd already had lunch a bit earlier and while my friend had room for a scone, I had zero room in my stomach for any food so I just had a pot of Longan Red Date tea. It was a cold day so a pot of hot tea really hit the spot. I thought it a bit pricy at first, but when the tea came, I saw that the teabags were Fortnum & Mason teabags. That is a very a prestigious company from all the way over in England. When I realized we were drinking Fortnum & Mason tea, all of a sudden $10.25 didn't seem so extravagant any more. My friend said her scone seemed like more of a biscuit than a scone. It came with butter and jam. I think she wished there had been some clotted cream to go with it. I can't say too much about the food as I only had one pot of tea but I was impressed that it was Fortnum & Mason tea, and I very much enjoyed the flavor of the Longan & Red Dates in my tea.

This location is the one I tend to come across the most cause I usually am visiting the mall. The shop sticks out with it's red design. It's just a pretty small boba vendor shop that's kind of hidden away. The menu is basically a screen running a video so that it animates and loops. There's quite of a selection of drinks on it though. Most of them are on the sweeter side with their cookies and cream shake. They've got a lot of crazy drinks going on, but I'm a simple man that likes his simple drinks and lately, I've been very much into the #8 fresh jade lemon green tea. Because the drinks are pretty sweet I usually adjust it to like 75% sweetness. I also adjust the ice level to get more for my buck and ask for less ice. Hard to judge boba shops in my opinion. Especially since any adjustments I make to my drink is on me and not on the shop. Service was quite fine. Only one person was on the job when I was there, but I've seen two people there before. One to make drinks and the other manning the cashier. Overall, I thought my drink turned out fine. Just have to adjust by trial and error to get the right sweetness down for yourself. If you come across one of these shops, check it out.

Your average bubble tea shop. There was a promo for a 3.99 floral latte (osmathus/Jasmine/rose…read moreteas) with purchase of a large drink, so we decided to try something new. It could be served hot or cold. The osmanthus flavour did come through but the drink tasted watery overall, not sure if it was because we chose cold and there was ice. The whipped cream on top was a nice surprise! Service was quick despite a busy store and lots of takeout orders. They were also able to answer questions we had about the promo and drinks. Large accessible parking lot made the store easy to pick up drinks. If you dine-in, there is plenty of seating in the store.
