He considered getting the etouffee so while we ate she brought out a small taste of it for us to sample for next time. (And there will be a next time!) My eggs were inconsistent--one almost over hard, the other closer to over medium. What made it worse is that no one even asked how the food was. Normally, when we pay, they ask.
