We are from Minnesota but make sure we always stop at Bitty & Beau's Coffee when we travel to Waco. What a lovely shop that serves delicious coffee and pastries from the most cheerful workers ever. It IS so much more than a cup of coffee. Stop and support this amazing place.

Nice beautiful coffee shop in Waco. The vibe in here is really chill. Just really love the feel in here. It's not like any other coffee shop that I been too.

Bitty & Beau's has great coffee and quick, friendly service. The coffee shop and bathrooms are all good for disability accommodating.

Lovely spot to sit and enjoy a cup of Joe and maybe a pastry. Our service was very good. Love the system of using playing cards to keep track of your order. We got two coffees - both of which were great. We split a blueberry muffin and that too was yummy.

Located across the street from our hotel, we got our morning coffee from this coffee shop for our last day in Waco. This was not the first Bitty & Beau's we had visited, so we knew their mission of having disable employees. We wanted an opportunity to support that goal. We went with our usual drip and Americano. The coffee was fresh and tasted good, not the strongest that we ever had. We loved that three sizes were available unlike some of the coffee cafes that we had visited. Costs were cheaper than some other coffee cafes. Employees were friendly and efficient enough.

Nice place, polite staff, however, pastries were pre-packaged items, & coffees were ok.

They went above and beyond and were able to set up our tables inside in less than 20 min. The food was amazing. I had the Breakfast Migas. Never had it with zucchini in it, but it was so good. My husband had the TOB Breakfast. The homemade biscuit was amazing. My son ordered a flight of mimosas, which I'll be ordering next time. Everyone loved their meal. Considering we were a large party and knowing there was another large party in front of us, service was perfect. A little wait for the food, but again, that was expected and understandable. Our waitress made continuous rounds, keeping our glasses topped with our drinks, and keeping us informed of our food status. She was very calm and super friendly! Great job! Great service! We'll be back!!!

We've shared breakfast on both visits. The first time we had The Olive Branch Breakfast which is three eggs (we had scrambled), biscuit (you can get toast or biscuit), bacon, hashbrowns, and house made sausage. That's A LOT of food and you can see why we shared it. Our second visit we shared a jalapeño popper omelette and wheat toast. We also added a side of bacon. We were satisfied and happy with the service as well. We will return.

Thankfully, Yelp absolutely came through clutch (as it usually does) and led us to Our Breakfast Place. We intentionally tried to time things to beat the post-church crowd and I think we mostly succeeded... though there was still a little bit of a wait. Thankfully, this place is absolutely worth the wait! The restaurant was bustling and busy but still had a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. The menu was extensive with tons of tempting breakfast options, the prices were very reasonable to me, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our waitress was so kind and friendly and even the women seated nearby struck up conversation with us while we waited for our food. It just had that warm, community-oriented breakfast spot vibe. I ordered the blueberry lemon pancakes which were a seasonal special and wow, they were fantastic. Sweet but not overly so, fluffy, flavorful, and the combo also came with an egg and I chose two slices of bacon. All delicious and certainly plenty filling. The coffee was strong too, which I greatly appreciated. All in all, this was a five-star breakfast experience and the kind of local spot I love discovering while traveling. If I'm ever back in Waco, I'd happily return.

Best of all, they make their own in-house Gluten Free pancakes and serve Arnold Palmer's with a carafe for at the table refills. I love this place!

Sorryhardto call it a classic gastropub. On another level, it's sort of a new American cafe, and in this particular vein of thinking, it certainly hits a lot of the high notes. The food is well-selected, with a smattering of farm-to-table plates, various proteins, and the classic pub selection of small bites. I really like the outdoor patio. The swamp coolers help to make the area hospitable even in the middle of the summer. I sat outside by myself, not too far from one of those blasting humidifiers, and enjoyed a nice cold beer and a delicious burger. My server was incredibly kind and very attentive. I think, in the long run, what I would most consider Milo to be is a restaurant that has a bar, that serves primarily farm-to-table delicious food. Yeah, that-seems to sum-it all-up. Oh, and the service is excellent.

In particular the deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts caught my eye, unfortunately the latter was sold out so I went with the sweet potato Both dishes I had were really good! The candied bacon paired really nicely with the creamy deviled egg, the hot sauce vinaigrette didn't add too much flavor, but honestly adding a significant amount of heat would've probably taken away from an already very tasty dish. The baked sweet potato on the other hand had a nice dose of heat from the Calabrian honey vinaigrette, the sweet heat combo worked really, I'm surprised I'd never come across a spicy sweet potato dish before, but I'll definitely have my eye out for it in the future Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be back for future rest stop meals between Austin and Dallas!
