No one is here, what is the problem.

I'm so unhappy that I'm sitting here leaving a review. Literally to be acknowledged in the space I had to go to the bar every time. The bus boy did nothing, I couldn't get another drink even if I asked. I've never been so upset in my life. Now the two one star is for the avocado toast which is bomb. I was sapposed to take my left overs home but, subpar bartender dropped the check and took my food. Then told me to have at it doing a yelp review. YO! She or the other don't need to work, like go along with the Great Resignation cause, NAW Son. But the service here is disgusting. They were not about serving me, I can't imagine why? I thought all American ....money was green.... The pics enclosed are beautiful of The food which was great.... Wish I could come again....... The GM just shined me on... lean they are going to do nothing and they m top of that my first review was removed for stating the obvious. So because we can NOT deal with real issues. I'll simple say the place was terrible as was the service. The follow up was ok but, it was all for show. The last star was removed if this could get -3 stars that would be helpful. I'll stick with the Magnolia Vibe, where you are welcome to Waco because MONEY is GREEN.

We came for the great ratings and it was okay. The burger tasted a little like it had been reheated. The tater tots were abundant but we prefer them cooked longer. The salad was tasty and generous. It can have chicken or salmon added but I opted for no protein. It's in a hotel and so knowing that I almost didn't come in. It's very comfy but not as good as the reviews. The server was very polite and attentive and prompt even though busy. It's also a little loud but maybe the large group near us.

Turkey Ruben. Just OK. Needs more croute.

Best thing about this place are the restrooms. The lighting is awesome and it has a full length mirror! Do you know how hard that is to come by? The toilet stalls are complete floor to ceiling walls for the best privacy. Toilet paper doesn't feel cheap. To end a great restroom experience they have a salt rub for your hands as well. The food wasn't bad either I guess BUT definitely make sure to hold it until you get here if this does end up being your brunch choice.

Nice ambiance here, it was a Tuesday so it wasn't very busy. I ordered the guacamole, the presentation is 5 stars and for taste and I give it 4 stars. There were way too many onions, that needs to be dialed back. For my main course I ordered the halibut. It came with asparagus and risotto. The asparagus was excellent, cooked perfectly. The risotto was still a little hard, but the citrus beurre blanc that came with it was absolutely amazing. Now the hard part, literally. The halibut was overcooked, which was a shame. Such a beautiful fish that should be flaky was hard. Overall I would still come back here, just don't order the fish.

My husband and I stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Waco for a couple days. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice and enjoyed our experience both times. The wait staff is attentive and friendly. We were waited on as soon as we sat down. The first visit, I ordered the blackberry mojito and my husband had two of the local beers. We ordered the barbacoa nachos. All of it was very tasty! The second visit, I ordered a glass of Riesling and my husband had Dos Equis beer. I ate the chicken paillard and my husband had the stuffed avocado appetizer. Both were delicious. The plate I ordered was basically an apply Caesar salad with a thin breaded piece of chicken breast. The dressing was on the bottom, then chicken then salad mix. You t was really good!

Food was great. Ordered a Cabernet Mondavi for $8 and was Charged $16 for a Robert Mondavi, which was listed for $15. Waiter should have explained it and not assumed that I pay double. Will not recommend this restaurant. Very deceiving. Paid $60 for dinner. Could have went to Morton's of Chicago or Ruth Chris. Won't be dinning here any more. After leaving the restaurant I went and saw the manager Mario. I asked him if I could provide him with feedback and he accepted. He was not pleased with the service I received and refunded me some of the dinner. He was very understanding. Mario deserves a praise for listening to the voice of the customer. He is an asset to this hotel. Thank you for listening and resolving the problem.

Brazos Bar and Bistro Could be the finest restaurant in Waco. Shared the Chilean Sea Bass with Mashed Potatoes along with Brussel Spouts and the Weaver Rumble Ribeye with Asparagus and Twiced Baked Potato. Everything was prepared well, price was a little on the high side for Waco but was a nice dining experience. Our table was situated in a spot where the roof was dripping right on my head, we noted that to the waiter and we moved the table and everything was good after that

    Beautiful restaurant inside a hotel.

We decided to try something different and came here for breakfast. It is a beautiful place and the wait staff were attentive and prompt. I ordered the chicken and waffles and they were amazing ! The syrup was great but the spicy red sauce was over the top ! My hubby got the tacos and he cleaned his plate. We are happy that we tried this gem.

Empty, you think we would receive phenomenal service and food.

The vibe is very laid back and chill. The food was really good, we had a couple kids meals (cheeseburgers), a BYOB and I got the Gosh Jam It Burger and added Fried Onions, Bacon and Chipotle Sauce. The burger was yummy and the flavors blended well! We also enjoyed an order of fried pickles at the table along with samples of their free flavored pickles not pictured. All in all we enjoyed ourselves, the crowd was lively and the kids said this is their new favorite burger place so we will be back again!

I ordered the fried pickles and I thought they would come out as an appetizer, but they were put next to the burger as a side so I was disappointed in that. The fried pickles were way too thick for my liking although they were breaded well. What's neat about this place is the variety of different flavored pickles that they have in the corner for you to eat. I really did like that!! There's a bar in the center of the floor and although I didn't get anything from the bar, I did like the setup. The burger itself was okay. Not spectacular, but not the worst. Would I eat here again? I think I would.

We liked the food so much that we stopped here on the way back from OK We got the fried shrimp basket and shrimp poboy the first time and got the Boom boom Shrimp starter, Atchafalaya Etoufee and, Gumbo and rounded it off with Beignets the second time on Mother's day. Off its first appearance, the restaurant appears as your classic no-frills, get-what-you-asked for establishment. There is lots of outdoor seating, very fair pricing, and a surprisingly extensive menu; I doubt you'll fail to find something you enjoy here. Overall it seemed like a location that would be bumping in conjunction with Baylor college nights, post church service, or otherwise Waco-oriented affairs. My only complaint was really the smell. We came near close when some workers were cleaning, however there was an apparent chemical stench within the patio, between the inside seating and outdoor seating. My partner ordered the sausage po boy, while I ordered the fried chicken plate, wish mashed potatoes & gravy + green beans. The wait was rather long, which can be attributed towards the chicken's cook time - which might be front scratch. After we got our plates, I certainly couldn't complain. The chicken was decently sized and decadent with flavor. Consistent, strong Cajun spicing littered the tray and chicken, while its interior was extremely juicy and filled with flavor; additionally, it still maintained structure and provided a nice crunch on the surface. The mashed potatoes were equally as enjoyable. The gravy complemented the potatoes well, and established an equilibrium through texture. The green beans however, were not my favorite. They initially appeared fine on the surface, but became watered down and lacking in flavor the farther down the bowl you went. I would not be surprised if these beans were canned. I would certainly find myself eating here again. Its biggest appeals are the prices, genuine quality of food, and disposition. It is not perfect, but it is more than satisfactory. If you cannot get over the minor inconveniences that you may run into here, then you probably shouldn't be eating Cajun anyways.

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and directed to choose a table of our preference. The waitress quickly came over and grabbed our drink order while we looked at the menu. We placed our order and the waitress was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. She also informed us they work as a team so we can stop anyone when/if we need something. We started with the "Burning Bush" appetizer (crispy Brussel sprouts w/ lemon garlic aioli). YUM! They had just the right bite to them, and the glaze on them paired with the aioli was delicious! For our entrees we had the Golden Calf Burger w/ sweet potato fries and sriracha aioli and The Weight of Glory Sandwich w/ broccoli slaw. They were both incredibly flavorful and fresh! You can tell they locally source their ingredients and prepare them onsite. The portions are also plentiful, and we left with a takeout box. To round off lunch we tried the special mousse on the specials board (coffee flavored cheesecake mousse). It was so delightful we dug in before I could snap a pic. Just enough coffee flavor paired with chocolate sauce (not hersheys ). The big windows allow for a lot of natural light and lends to a welcoming and warm environment. We will for sure be back and bring others!
