It was a busy Saturday morning at harvest. I ordered the lavender pistachio granola bowl because it sounded super fresh, spring-y, and the flavors intrigued me because i lovee lavender. I was alittle confused when the bowl arrived because it looked like the most generic strawberry blueberry granola bowl. I continued to be confused when eating because i could not taste any lavender or pistachio. It was fine tasting but SO not what i thought this meal was going to be. I really enjoyed my meal here. I stopped by while waiting for my daughter who was attending a clinic at Baylor. This was the best vegan breakfast taco I have ever had! Cute little eat in in Waco. We were seated immediately by our sweet hostess who offered us a menu that catered to any dietary considerations (ie gluten free). My husband and I chose a traditional breakfast to split with an extra sausage patty. You have to try their sausage. They make their own patties and they are delicious, a little spicy, but delicious.
