The line NEVER stops here ! This was a completely random stop for us everything was absolutely delicious and they've got solid vegan breakfast options & vegan bakery items galore . ( vegan coffee cake !) BEST vegan cold biscuit I've ever had ! Not kidding , herby savory and all the things you want a biscuit to be except ours was COLD .. The only con here is that line , not enough staff for this kinda rush and there was NO dedicated staff member to take orders . You're supposed to order , seated , etc etc . I really enjoyed my meal here. I stopped by while waiting for my daughter who was attending a clinic at Baylor. This was the best vegan breakfast taco I have ever had! Thank you for providing a delicious meal for us vegans! Made my day! My pancake was delicious as well and I enjoyed my coffee. It's a small spot but I would definitely come back the next time I am in Waco. You order before you sit down and eat. It was a busy Saturday morning at harvest. I ordered the lavender pistachio granola bowl because it sounded super fresh, spring-y, and the flavors intrigued me because i lovee lavender. I was alittle confused when the bowl arrived because it looked like the most generic strawberry blueberry granola bowl. I continued to be confused when eating because i could not taste any lavender or pistachio. It was fine tasting but SO not what i thought this meal was going to be. My husband and I chose a traditional breakfast to split with an extra sausage patty. You have to try their sausage. They make their own patties and they are delicious, a little spicy, but delicious. Eggs were scrambled with extra herbs and seasoning, also delicious. My daughter was able to "make her own", which is unusual unless it's an Omelette so this was a nice alternative for someone who likes breakfast but not necessarily eggs and her husband ordered a Chorizo bowl which looked delicious (even though I'm not a Chorizo fan) and he said it was very good! Went there to take my elderly mother, who is vegan, out to eat. The menu does offer something for everyone. Some of the food was good, some was just ok. None of the food was terrible but the sweet potato fries that came with the cheese burger were soggy and slimy. Our food was SO good and I love that they had dairy free and gluten free options for my husband who is on an elimination diet.
