We both liked the sandwiches. The breading wasn't too much and the amount of sauce was enough to give it good flavor and not overwhelming. We're a bit intrigued by the planned expansion for this place in 2025. It sounds like it will have indoor and outdoor seating and games for entertainment. I also love that they do a playful fusions of sorts with Texas & Czech foods. For example, the Czexan Potted Beer Cheese has a combo of sausages, peppers, meats, breads, and a cheese spread made with Czech beer. Perfect appetizer for two people and then some. My boyfriend loves the Texan Pocket Schnitzel. It's fried pork filled with jalapeños, ham, and cheese, served with mashed potatoes. I like the classic, authentic version of this. They do a fine job! I also love the Bavarian pretzel. It comes with a couple of different dipping sauces. Incredible beer pours that pair nicely with any of the meal options. We shared a flight that consisted of four different lagers. They also offer whiskey flights, brandy flights, wine flights, and cocktails. We didn't have dessert but I'm interested in the crème brûlée cheesecake next time 'round.
