Tasty Asian/American fusion with fantastic service! A great option if you're at Magnolia Market! Service: the service here is fantastic! The gentleman at the front did a wonderful job explaining their menu. I was offered a sample of their chicken and after I told them I was a vegetarian, they kindly gave me a tofu sample instead. Food: - Tofu Rice Bowl: Loaded with fresh veggies, and the Sriracha Ranch and Blackberry Chipotle sauces were very tasty. The tofu had a delicious soy/ginger garlic flavor! TL;DR: Great service and tasty vegetarian options--perfect if you're visiting Magnolia Market!
Such friendly people. The gentleman out front was handing out samples. This was a stroke of luck because without him doing so, we may have skipped them. They explained all the different options and were more than happy to add what we needed, from sauces to veggies and said what paired best. They even had a kids bowl that they said was perfect if we just wanted a snack. Eating at one of the tables and just enjoying a lazy Monday morning was the perfect addition to a pretty awesome meal.
Really tasty food and super friendly employees! I was lured in by their free samples and stayed for the quick and tasty meal! I got the trashcan size with both the chicken and spicy pork and mixed cabbage and rice. The spicy pork wasn't as flavorful (or spicy) as I thought it would be, but the chicken was excellent. I also wish they used jasmine rice instead of what I believe was parboiled rice. That would have made it taste a bit more authentic imo. Other than that, I think this is a really good food truck to visit while at the Silos for a tasty and filling meal with fresh flavors!
The food was amazing. It was fresh and tasted delicious. The staff was very nice, professional and welcoming. Definitely recommend eating at this food truck if you in Magnolia Market.
They no longer serve sandwiches and only rice bowls. We had the Trashcan Rice Bowl, 50/50 with half rice and half shredded cabbage with Bulgogi chicken and Lemon Grass pork with all the veggies and cilantro lime sauce. The rice was perfectly cooked and the meats were seasoned nicely. It could have used a tad more of the sauce, but definitely a lot of food for the $10.50. The food was ready before we finished paying.
Came to check out the silos and was SLAPPED in the face with an aroma of DELICIOUSNESS!! I was on a MISSION to find out where it was coming from and was stopped in my track with a FREE SAMPLE, can you say YES PLEASE and YUMM!! OMG I was sold on the SPOT! My mission was complete!!! The food is AMAZINGLY flavorful, the employees were informative, fun, quick...hands down one of the quickest & friendliest food trucks Ive e been to...the Chick-Fil-A can't compare! 100% recommend!!!! Oh and for those that don't like meet like my daughter, they do offer a veggie bowl which she says is YUMM!

I got half rice and half cabbage w chicken, all veggies, half ranch and lime. It was delicious and a huge portion! Not only that, but they were so kind to help me get our meals to a table! 10/10!

Club Sandwich stole my heart 3 years ago and hasn't given it back since! It's our go to everytime we drive through or to Waco. It's permanently stationed at chip and Joanne's Magnolia Market. Yes it's a good truck but they are packing some simple but outstanding flavor We always order the Trash can bowl with double protein (chicken bulgolgi is the BEST). I like to do double rice but you have the option of rice and cabbage either split 50/50 or go all in with one option like me! Vegetable choices are onion, cilantro, cucumber, and shredded sweet pickled carrots. Take them all or pick and choose. Lastly for their amazing sauces! Sriracha ranch, cilantro lime, or blackberry chipotle. I always mix cilantro lime and blackberry chipotle. So so DELICIOUS! You're always greeted by a friendly face & they always offer samples of their meat! Which is great for those unsure of which protein they want. It is a food truck but the wait is never long. Plus it's situated in the most beautiful market in Waco and there are plenty of games, eating, and lounge spots around. So if you're ever at Magnolia Market give club sandwich a try.
Friendly & fast service. Location is excellent - can't beat a beautiful sunny day at the silos with plenty of seating. The food was fresh and super tasty. My favorite part of the bowl was the fresh vegetables - cucumber, cilantro, onion and carrots.
Not bad experience for American Asian fusion one of the better choices if visiting the Silos. Decently price at $10 a bowl and $12 for double meat. It's a food truck atmosphere so there are other places to choose from if you want something else
The sandwich board said it was the #2 food truck in Waco (and #1 isn't around here.) Since it was so flippin' hot and I didn't feel like venturing too far from Chip and Jojoland, I decided to try out this spot. The man out front was friendly and we got to chatting about where he gets his ingredients; there aren't an Asian markets in the area so he has to drive a good distance to get stuff. I ended up getting the 'trash can' bowl with beef and maxed out on all the veggies. The portion was ok-a lot of rice a couple bits of protein with a squirt of the sriracha ranch which was 'totally mild' as advertised. If you think about the Magnolia siloes as an amusement park then I understand this place, you're paying a slight premium for something that's just ok because you're in an area designed to part you from your money while you're caught up in the atmopshere. read more

We ate at this food truck while visiting the Silos. Two things sold us on it. 1. The free sample 2. Everything was gluten free. We all got some variation of their bowl. Between all of us we tried all the meats. I loved that you could mix up rice and cabbage as the base, add as many veggies as you wanted and add/mix up the sauce toppings. We all ate every bite and left happy and full! read more

My husband and I stopped at Waco before we drove up to Dallas. We walked around all the different food trucks, but we almost missed this one as it was in the corner. I am glad we saw this as it was delicious! The owner was super friendly and let us taste free samples of the meats. He gave us an explanation on how to order the food, and what sauces are popular to combine. My husband and I shared the Trashcan Rice Bowl. We got braised beef and spicy pork for our proteins. For sauces, we got the cilantro lime and sriracha ranch on the side. The owner gave us the option to do half rice and half vegetables, and we went for that option. We loved the food, and the sauces we got really goes well with the food, it made it really flavorful. I love to have sauce in my food, so I was happy! I found out later on yelp that they will give you a 20% coupon when you check in. What a great deal! read more

Ordered from this food truck the chicken bowl with lemon grass flavor along with the pork and beef. Not wowed by the meal or the flavor, the rice bowl comes with rice like rice a roni so there is a minus one star. Overall, not real impressed by the food, the people were very nice, but hopefully the food will be better read more
The owner was giving samples and was so friendly. I was going to get a salad at another truck until I sampled the bulgogi chicken and lemongrass pork. They can make the rice bowls as a salad too with cabbage instead of rice. It was so delicious with very fresh ingredients. The pickled carrots were so good, and the siracha ranch dressing was amazing! It was flavorful without being too hot. Its hard to find healthy food at a food truck, but I'm so glad I didn't settle for a boring salad. I will definitely go there next time I'm in Waco. read more

They have a food truck at Magnolia Market and so yum! I got a rice bowl and my guys got tacos. The guy in the truck is super nice and helpful. Offered to let us taste the different sauces they had so I could make a yummy choice. I would totally eat here again. The only thing to make this place better would be if they used sticky Asian rice... Umm... Yum. read more

Ok so I think I just was feeling off this day, but the siracha ranch was not my first choice with my tofu trashcan rice bowl. I went with this choice because it was recommended by the cashier, but I wish I went with the lighter option. Other than that great food. We both got rice bowls. Rice was amazing. Both proteins of tofu and beef were great. I felt like for having the larger rice bowl with "double protein" would mean what it says. But I was also a bit disappointed with how little tofu I had. Again maybe an off day. Line was short, food came quickly, but they were out of sandwiches and French fries. Cheap water and soda or "pop" available for purchase too. Would give this place a chance again. Ingredients were fresh. Would like to see some different sauce options for the future. Lots of seating if you find this truck at Magnolia Market. Shade as well. They do take credit card. read more

The owner of the food truck was soooo passionate! He came out couple times to offer free samples, and gave explanation on how to order their food. As far as ordering, there are 2 options: rice bowl and trashcan rice bowl. The difference is one meat vs two meat. Rice bowl =one meat, trashcan rice bowl=two meats. I recommend their bolgogi chicken and braised beef. If you would like more vegetable, you can tell them "half and half", so they will replace half of rice with vegetable (not on the menu). They have 3 sauces. You can mix and match with no additional charge. The food is pretty fresh and flavorful. Also, don't forget to check-in, which will give you 20% off. This place is pretty popular, so I don't recommend coming on weekend to avoid long lines. read more

The owner was standing outside giving samples of heavenly bulgogi and the guy in the truck couldn't have been more fun and friendly if he tried. I had a rice bowl with bulgogi chicken, cilantro, and cucumbers. He gave me two sauces and I couldn't figure out which was better - siracha ranch and a lime cilantro. Omg so amazing!! If you're at Magnolia, definitely hit up these guys. I wish I could have eaten more!! read more
