The sticker board at union hall to mark where your from.

I went to their location on union hall in waco. I got the turkey , bacon, cheddar which on my book was amazing. Came with a bag of chips. They use real turkey best like just sliced from a turkey and real Cheddar cheese, red onion, tomato and lettuce and the perfect amount of mayo. It was probably one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. My husband got the baked potato with the fixing, it was cooked perfectly and very good also. Definitely will go back for another sandwich. Counter girl was friendly and helpful. Ambiance was an indoor food court but plenty of seating.

The "Boss" with a bunch of additions. Roast beef. Grilled onions. Jalapeños. Sweet sauce. Spicy sauce. Lights out good.

Today was a great day. I ate a phenomenal sandwich at Save Point sandwiches in Union Hall. With the help of Jessie and Barb - the staff at Save Point - I created a custom sandwich. The base for the sandwich was the Boss. However, Barb suggested I add Roast beef in place of the ham. I added both the sweet sauce and spicy sauce. I also added grilled onions and jalapeños. It was incredible. Everything about that sandwich was perfect. Texture. Taste. Size. Jessie and Barb are a lock when it comes to customer service. They are an amazing team. I'll be back for that sandwich. Great staff! Great food! Waco: let's keep this place open!!!!

Amazing that we were the only ones in here. The sandwiches are amazing! I had the Ganon Cannon, the buffalo sauce was excellent, tasty and did not over power the sandwich. My wife had the cheesy BLT and said it was incredible. There is nice background music which was nice since we sat near the arcade games and it overcame what would have been a monotonous din. Sandwiches come on foil lined disposable plates

It was a warm Friday morning and my health bar was nearly empty, when my coworker asked what was for lunch. Our World Sandwich Tour took our co-op party to Save Point Sandwich Shop where I met face to sandwich with "The Final Boss" challenge. My meal of choice, not to be confused with the lesser evil "The Boss" sandwich, features twice the amount of smoked ham, oven roasted turkey, crispy bacon, pepperoni, cheddar, pepper jack, swiss and mozzarella cheese, mayo, and honey mustard. Through the help of an ice cold can of Mountain Dew, I was able to defeat "The Final Boss" while my coworker watched, though he may have been afk. Due to the dire need to replenish my health and intensity of the situation at hand, a photo was never taken of this monster. Does it actually exist? That's for you to find out.

Went here to eat got the boss and it was cold the avocado was old and the lady taking the order was rude will not come back

We were greeted as soon as we walked in and directed to choose a table of our preference. The waitress quickly came over and grabbed our drink order while we looked at the menu. We placed our order and the waitress was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. She also informed us they work as a team so we can stop anyone when/if we need something. We started with the "Burning Bush" appetizer (crispy Brussel sprouts w/ lemon garlic aioli). YUM! They had just the right bite to them, and the glaze on them paired with the aioli was delicious! For our entrees we had the Golden Calf Burger w/ sweet potato fries and sriracha aioli and The Weight of Glory Sandwich w/ broccoli slaw. They were both incredibly flavorful and fresh! You can tell they locally source their ingredients and prepare them onsite. The portions are also plentiful, and we left with a takeout box. To round off lunch we tried the special mousse on the specials board (coffee flavored cheesecake mousse). It was so delightful we dug in before I could snap a pic. Just enough coffee flavor paired with chocolate sauce (not hersheys ). The big windows allow for a lot of natural light and lends to a welcoming and warm environment. We will for sure be back and bring others!

The Burger was good but the steak bowl was very disappointing. It was $19 but the portion was incredibly small, I think it was one of the most expensive items in the menu, if not the most and it was really small. I had to share my burger with my mom bc the portion was so small that she was hungry after eating it. Other than that, the service was great. Way too overpriced for what it was. We kind of regretted going, especially because so many people recommended us to go.

In particular the deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts caught my eye, unfortunately the latter was sold out so I went with the sweet potato Both dishes I had were really good! The candied bacon paired really nicely with the creamy deviled egg, the hot sauce vinaigrette didn't add too much flavor, but honestly adding a significant amount of heat would've probably taken away from an already very tasty dish. The baked sweet potato on the other hand had a nice dose of heat from the Calabrian honey vinaigrette, the sweet heat combo worked really, I'm surprised I'd never come across a spicy sweet potato dish before, but I'll definitely have my eye out for it in the future Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be back for future rest stop meals between Austin and Dallas!
