My fiancé and I were in Waco and stopped by Revival! What a cool concept! We loved all the menu names and our sandwiches were delicious as well! You don't have a dedicated server but rather they all kind of help everyone and it worked very well! I would recommend and come back next time I'm in town!

The service is very prompt and nice. It's a clean place with a modern ambiance. It can be loud on a Friday afternoon but it's expected given the size. The food, I get why some people love it. Local to table and made fresh. For me, it's wasn't worth the price for the quality I received. I respect the prices for the fact it's local sourced stuff in texas but the burning bush came out overcooked and mushy and the sandwich bread was so dry it really took away from the overall experience. I personally won't be back, but if this place is your thing, give it a try.

Driving through our way home to The Colony,TX and found this place on yelp. I see why they have great reviews!! The service was fantastic! Lots of friendly smiling faces. The food was amazing! The Eve salad was fresh and the flavor combination was amazing! My husband had a chicken sandwich on the rosemary sourdough bread which was also fantastic! The place was very clean and one thing we noticed was every employee was constantly washing their hands. The owner was also great and super friendly. We will definitely be back when we travel out this way!

Good sandwich and perfect sweet potato fries. I haven't had sweet potato fries this good in a while. They added a perfect amount of salt. It tastes good without giving you a heart attack. The sandwich is tasty and all the fillings taste fresh. Our server is very sweet and attentive.

Amazing experience! Helpful communal waitstaff and everything was delicious and fresh. My favorite part was the puns of church things for the food items since it is located in a building that used to be a church. I told everyone I know! Hilarious.

I had given up on finding good food in waco until I came here. Everything is sourced locally and you can taste it in the food. It tasted very fresh. I got a burger with everything on it and I tried a beef sandwich. We also got a Mexican coke which had unlimited refills. The arugula was delectable, probably the best arugula i've ever had. The meat also tasted very fresh. Service was very attentive (a little TOO attentive at a certain point) but I thoroughly enjoyed this place and would return! Best restaurant in Waco imo this far.

Food for three people $52 and was just ok

We drove 2 hours from Dallas to meetup w a family member . We had never been there before. A lady who we later found out is the manger , frowned at us immediately as we entered . We told her we were meeting someone . She said we would have to wait to sit down for our party to arrive . We had just talked to her; she was 4 minutes out at that time . I have leg braces so I stood against the wall . Second guessing our restaurant choice . The food was okay, just ok. But my opinion is definitely skewed because of of how we were greeted and told we couldn't sit down . At that moment I looked around at every single table was empty except for 3 I think . My husband and I immediately wanted to just leave but we were meeting someone and so we stayed . It was loud hard to have a conversation. And the food was $52. For 3 people 2 sandwiches and a salad . A missed opportunity for revival east side eatery . No way we are going back . We couldn't sit and chat they wanted us out. They kept coming to the table over and over . Let's meet up somewhere else next time . Was looking for a friendly happy relaxed place to chat catchup and have lunch . If that's what you're looking for keep looking .

Cool little place. Food was good. Prices were decent. Don't sit outside cause it's too cold and windy. But I'll go back.

Excellent staff service! Plus, all items I've eaten so far are well-thought out. Arrive early for lunch rush, as it packs quickly.

To start I had the strawberry margarita to celebrate my day off of work. It was very tasty and just the right amount of strawberry flavor. Refreshing. Since I was dining solo I didn't get any appz. There are lots of tables and the atmosphere is open and welcoming. After my meal I went to the take away area and got the lemon lavender donut holes to take home to the husband. That's why I was genuinely disappointed to find out that the chicken Caesar sandwich has been removed from the menu. It might seem like a small change, but for regular customers like me, that sandwich was a standout item and one of the main reasons I kept coming back. It had a great balance of flavor and felt like a reliable go-to every time. Taking it off the menu without a comparable replacement feels like a missed opportunity and, honestly, a bit frustrating. I completely understand that menus evolve and restaurants need to make changes, but it would mean a lot to see fan-favorite items like this either return or be replaced with something similar. Milo's still has a lot going for it, which is why this change stands out even more. Hoping this feedback is taken in the spirit it's intended--supportive, but coming from a very disappointed regular.

In particular the deviled eggs and Brussels sprouts caught my eye, unfortunately the latter was sold out so I went with the sweet potato Both dishes I had were really good! The candied bacon paired really nicely with the creamy deviled egg, the hot sauce vinaigrette didn't add too much flavor, but honestly adding a significant amount of heat would've probably taken away from an already very tasty dish. The baked sweet potato on the other hand had a nice dose of heat from the Calabrian honey vinaigrette, the sweet heat combo worked really, I'm surprised I'd never come across a spicy sweet potato dish before, but I'll definitely have my eye out for it in the future Overall I had a very good experience and will definitely be back for future rest stop meals between Austin and Dallas!
