So many burgers to choose from. I had the Elton John and it was so good. Patty made fresh, bun was soft and sweet, everything about it was perfect. Size, temp, etc. we shared the Jimmy Buffet loaded fries and they were delish. Toys with cheese, pork, jalapeños, bbq sauce. We had so much to eat we are stuffed. You sit outdoors so it was a little warm but I'll be back. Cute little bar with beer, football on TVs. Parking is horrible is the only bad thing. read more

This place is located at a really nice food truck area with a good amount of parking and there's plenty of covered, shaded seating. The menu has sooooo many burger options to choose from and they all have really cool names. I got the traditional cheeseburger with bacon!!! The burgers are huge! You can also choose from regular, waffle or curly fries... I've always been a curly fry chic, lol! I decided to also try an oreo shake and let me just say I let my kids taste it and when I looked in the back seat to get the cup back, it was just about gone...definitely kid approved and I agree, very good. They are not lying when they say best burgers in Waco! I can definitely say that they have a special place in my heart. I got the Ozzy burger, which had avocado, lettuce, tomato, pepper jack cheese, apple smoked bacon, and a ground brisket patty with chipotle mayo on a jalapeño bun and an Oreo milkshake. Everything was 10/10! I loved how the textures and sweet & savory flavors complimented each other throughout the burger. I also had a side of curly fries which were perfect. What I also really like about them is how you can get any fried potato form (curly, crinkle, waffle fries & tots) not to forget, my Oreo milkshake was really good. I'll say it... WOW. Honestly burgertology you surpassed my expectations. Wonderful stop along IH-35. Fantastic burgers. Had loaded fries. Got the motley crew and the Ozzy. I wish I could show you a picture of my perfect burger...but I ate it so fast, there was nothing left. I rolled up to this place late at night, just minutes before closing. I was expecting gruff service and a limited menu. But they were so friendly! They explained their menus and gave me suggestions on what to order. My burger was PERFECTLY cooked - Juicy and flavor filled. I'm glad I gave this place a try! Note - this are has multiple food trucks, so you have lots of options. Sometimes burgers with avocado get messy and the avocado slides around.. The Ozzy did not disappoint - the Pattie was juicy, the sauce was flavorful, the bun was soft, the lettuce was fresh, and the avocados were cubed so the burger didn't get messy! The crinkle cut fries were dusted with seasoning too which was a nice touch. The cashier was kind, helpful, and had an uncanny resemblance to one of the ladies from too hot to handle (you'll have to order for yourself). The chef must have been seasoned because he whipped up the burger in like 5 minutes and it was delicious. The ambiance was pretty chill, it's a collection of food trucks (trailers?) with a bar, string lights, and TVs. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit on the pricey side, especially compared to more casual burger spots. But even with the higher prices, we still find ourselves going back. Definitely the best burgers, chicken sandwiches (grilled, blackened or fried), and sweet potato fries that I've had anywhere! They also have great looking Philly Cheesesteaks made with prime rib or chicken, I haven't tried those yet. No shortcuts on this food, and great service. read more

Some of THE BEST sweet potato fries I've ever had. You can tell they flash fry their fries so they're extra crispy and not greasy at all. I got the Frank Sinatra and wow the mushrooms were even sautéed to perfection. Sometimes you get a burger with mushrooms and they just get in the way but noooo not these. They made the burger even tastier. Even the tomato was nice and juicy. Kudos to the chef!! Staff could use some lessons in customer service but other than that, they know what they're doing when it comes to burgers and fries. Food was made quickly and everything was still nice and warm by the time we drove 15 minutes back home. The Jack Daniel's bourbon sauce is soooo good with the burger too. Would highly recommend trying this place. read more

I was in a daring mood so I chose the Prince burger with tots. I wasn't sure I would like the raspberry chipotle but this was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time! It was a delicious combination of a soft, fresh bun, a juicy beef patty stuffed with jalapeños, cream cheese, pepper Jack cheese and raspberry chipotle sauce. I was pleasantly surprised to be served a whole (beheaded) catfish...which I haven't had in years & thus, didn't have to question its authenticity...though it was over fried-smh. My Fiancée had fillets & shrimp-the fillets unfortunately taste & had the consistency of Swai (bummer) The shrimp was a weird yellow-ish batter color-she sd it taste like a mustard base. The red beans & rice was just OK..lacking flavor. The coleslaw was avg. All in all, it was alright, but I sincerely appreciate the whole catfish option.

Not what I expected from a clay pot rice. My husband ordered the Pho and he said it was alright but one piece of mint is ridiculous and it was $20. Zero star for the food. The only reason I gave it another star is because of the music. We heard some Cambodian music. Not what I would hear in a Vietnamese restaurant but I'll take it since we're Chinese/Cambodian American. Would I return, most likely not.

I was looking forward to the dark chocolate but was sad to see it's been sold out for a while so I went with the classic cookies n cream. Upon first bite, there's a lot of tiny ice crystals and the milk fat felt a lot lower than I expected, almost like skim milk is used. There wasn't much "body" in the ice cream. Maybe it wasn't a good batch but there was plenty left in the bucket in the dipping cabinet. Based on the appearance of the dipping cabinet buckets, I could see a lot of air pockets so I knew it wasn't going to be dense and packed. Overall, maybe I'll try it again if they have Cookie Crumble or Dark Chocolate in stock again.

The connected hotel is wonderful (there is a separate Yelp listing to review it). How amazing is it to stay at an operating brewery? The old-world European charm and flavor can be felt throughout. An elevated brewery pub, if you will. The decor definitely lends to that vibe. The food is really good and I dare to compare it to food we've had in Germany. I also love that they do a playful fusions of sorts with Texas & Czech foods. For example, the Czexan Potted Beer Cheese has a combo of sausages, peppers, meats, breads, and a cheese spread made with Czech beer. Perfect appetizer for two people and then some. My boyfriend loves the Texan Pocket Schnitzel. It's fried pork filled with jalapeños, ham, and cheese, served with mashed potatoes. I like the classic, authentic version of this. They do a fine job! I also love the Bavarian pretzel. It comes with a couple of different dipping sauces. Incredible beer pours that pair nicely with any of the meal options. We shared a flight that consisted of four different lagers. They also offer whiskey flights, brandy flights, wine flights, and cocktails. We didn't have dessert but I'm interested in the crème brûlée cheesecake next time 'round. Between staying at the hotel and eating at the restaurant, it was truly an experience that made me feel like we were back in Europe. Gotta hit up the beer spa next time too!

Huge burger selection tried the Elvis which is a double meat with peanut butter and bananas in a bourbon sauce was a little skeptical but after the first bite everything blended together was pleasantly surprised and will be back to try one of the other 20 or so unique burgers a must try read more
