    Bubba's Bacon Cheeseburger*

If you're looking for some good food while watching football, baseball or whatever sport event is happening this is the spot for you. My dinner choice was the Bacon Cheeseburger with loaded fries (cheese & bacon). Food was beyond perfect and very filling. Trust me if you are looking for a place with some lively vibe then this is the place for you. Waitstaff is very helpful when it comes to food and drink options so don't hold back on the questions.

Bubba's 33 is always a favorite when it comes to Texas eats. They are the sports bar version of Texas Road House. Need I say more? They are fun, lively and full of character. Bubba's 33 is known for some hearty American classics with a pizzazz of flair. From pizza to fish and chips, to burgers, to wings, to fun filled appetizers such as their crooked fried cheese (my favorite), there is something for everyone. The menu boast an abundance of food choices. The food is always hot and made in house. The servers are always friendly and fast. From seating you, to bringing out your food, they try and minimize your wait as much as possible. The sports focused atmosphere of Bubba's 33 gives you a sense of sitting in your living room having a good time. The hood decorations attached to the ceiling is very unique. The classic car feel radiates throughout the place. All of the locations are just as great. If you want flavorful food, great ambiance and a great experience, Bubba's 33 is your go to place.

After my granddaughter's basketball game in Arlington, we stopped at Bubba's 33 in Waco, and it didn't disappoint! The Combo Appetizer was our starter, and we were all about the fried mozzarella sticks (perfectly crunchy and cheesy), fried pickles, and bone-in wings (yes, we upgraded from boneless--it's worth it). The sauces--marinara, ranch, and Bubba sauce--were spot on with every bite. We tried both the Grilled Chicken Salad and the Crispy Fried Chicken Salad(no pic) we forgot Fresh greens, eggs, cheese, tomatoes, red onions, and those crispy potato straws on top made them stand out. Fries on a salad? Absolutely genius. I had the Atlantic Cod, fried in Samuel Adams Boston Lager batter. It was golden, flaky, and came with seasoned fries, coleslaw, and a unique tartar sauce. Definitely a highlight of the meal! Washed it down with some wild strawberry lemonade To-go, we grabbed a large pepperoni pizza, which was fantastic. Crispy crust, gooey cheese, and the perfect amount of pepperoni! The vibe here is awesome. You can watch sports on all the TVs, That Texas and A&M bball game was a nail biter but they also had a music video channel playing, which kept the energy fun and lively. Devani, our server, was amazing--super friendly and on top of everything. If you're in Waco, do yourself a favor and stop at Bubba's 33. Great food, great atmosphere, and an all-around fun experience! Ooo and the bathrooms were spot on! Yep it matters.. to me

If you're looking for a spot that has great vibes with delicious food, Bubba's 33 is the place. The food is always delicious! The menu has everything from burgers and pizza to wings and steaks--there's something for everyone. We think it's a perfect place to catch a game on one of their many TVs, and enjoy a meal with my favorite Baylor Bear!

Tried Bubba's tonight for dinner. The food was Very good. I had the cheeseburger with tater tots. The burger tastes great, although I did sub mustard for the bubba sauce. It was cooked perfectly medium and the tots were good. My wife had the veggie pizza with a side salad. I tried a slice and it was very good. Our waitress was very attentive and provided great service. The place itself is large and somewhat noisy. But hey it's a sports bar.

The food was absolutely delicious! The service was even better. Kiki was our server and she was amazing... she recommended a lot of the things we ordered and we were not disappointed. We would definitely be back just because of Kiki's amazing service. The restaurant itself was not crowded at all and really clean. I loved the restaurant ambiance.

Neapolitan pizza is something like a culinary ancestor to New York pizza, which has more mozzarella cheese and a somewhat sweeter sauce. The Italian salads and entrees are also excellent. The Chef-Owner trained in Italy, and it shows. Service is friendly, competent and responsive. The ambiance is modern, although I think the seating and tabletops are fairly basic. All in all, the pizzas are the stars of the menu, and well worth it as an authentic taste of classic Neapolitan cuisine.

They tasted just like a tortilla chip though soooo... I think 2$ is more appropriate (menu also had GF at 4$ and then we were charged 5$ at the end in which I thought I'd be getting gluten free bread too but alas, the app was really really good - a friends complaint is that it could use more lemon flavor, I can see that too) I was also charged 4$ for my gluten free pasta, but the dish was so so so good. The creamy sauce was absolutely incredible. I had the shrimp scampi along with a blueberry syrup mocktail and I was completely satisfied. Also had a taste of the blueberry martini which was also very good. My friend had the lasagna which she rated at 3 stars and said it was overcooked but the sauce was good. My sister had the lobster ravioli and it was undercooked, too al dente for her liking and was dissatisfied as it was the most expensive thing on the menu. My sister would go back, my friend would not, and i definitely would. Service was very nice. I just looked at my receipt and there is a charge for "rustic bread" so I'm not sure what that is... did they charge us for both the GF crackers AND the bread that should have been included in the appetizer? That's also not cool.

I've had the Chicken Parmesan pasta, the Margherita pizza, and the Pepperoni pizza. Each of them was above average. The Chicken Parmesan came with a nicely breaded and cheese-covered piece of chicken with spaghetti and two pieces of garlic toast. It was good, though it could have used a little more red sauce. Pizzas are available as 20" or 14" pies, and certain ones you can get by the slice. The crust is medium thickness, light, with a soft core and a crispy outside. The Margherita was good but I preferred the Pepperoni. Overall, both pizzas were above average. I especially liked the crispiness of the outside of the crust. They also have salads and wings. Dessert consists of cheesecake or funnel cake fries. I haven't tried any of these yet. There is an inside dining area, a bar area, and an outdoor patio area. The inside is shared with Common Grounds coffee shop and Heritage Creamery ice cream shop, a couple of other local favorites.

I…read morehave already been here for 20 minutes, and honestly it feels like time is moving in slow motion. It's one of those moments where you start off impatient, checking the time every thirty seconds, thinking the line is going to magically start moving faster just because you're watching it. But then you hit this point where you realize you're stuck here no matter what, so you kind of settle into it. It's like accepting defeat, but in a peaceful way. It's funny how waiting in line exposes how restless I can be. I'm so used to jumping from one thing to the next, always thinking ahead, always planning. But right now all I can do is stand here, shuffle forward an inch every couple of minutes, and come up with random thoughts to keep myself entertained. I keep looking around like something interesting might happen, but everyone else looks just as bored and zoned out as I feel. There's this weird shift that happens when you're stuck waiting: your brain starts drifting to stuff you don't normally slow down enough to think about. Like plans you haven't made yet, conversations you need to have, things you've been putting off, or even just how tired you are. My brain is bouncing between "I hope this line goes faster" and "maybe this is good for me." It's almost like being forced into stillness. I can hear the little hum of people talking, the random coughs, the footsteps sliding on the floor, and it all blends together into this background noise that makes the whole moment feel strangely calm. I'm not doing anything productive, but I'm not wasting time either. I'm just... here. Present. Waiting. And sometimes I think moments like this are actually underrated. You get space to breathe, even if it wasn't your choice. And the longer I stand here, the more I realize how often I rush through my days. I always want to get to the "next thing." But right now there is no next thing. There's just this slow-moving line, and me trying to make something out of a situation that would normally annoy me. Honestly, it's almost therapeutic to just let my thoughts spill out without overthinking anything. It's like I'm giving myself permission to just ramble and process whatever pops into my head. If anything, this might be the most productive part of my day, not because I'm accomplishing anything, but because I'm actually slowing down long enough to check in with myself. And the line still hasn't moved much, but I'm starting to care a little less. Maybe I'll be here another 20 minutes. Maybe longer. But at least I'm turning it into something instead of just staring at the back of someone's head and wishing I was somewhere else.
