The corn muffins we received were cold and dense and probably straight from the cooler. Our waitress brought our food then didn't come back until we flagged her down to get our check. She was covering about 5 tables and spent most of her time in the kitchen. A runner brought our food out. It seems that Black Bear is going through that inevitable drop in quality that comes with an inability to sustain continuity in their kitchen and wait staff.
