I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today regarding my nearly $400 order…read more I placed the order at 9:39 a.m. and specifically scheduled delivery for 11:30 a.m. for a lunch meeting with 18 people. When the order had not arrived by 11:45 a.m., I contacted the store and was told by the manager that they had not received my order--even though my credit card had already been charged. This placed me in an extremely embarrassing and frustrating position. I had 18 people attending a scheduled lunch meeting and had to inform the group that I could not guarantee their lunch would arrive before the meeting ended. What was particularly disappointing was the lack of urgency or effort to provide a solution. Given the size of the order, the scheduled delivery time, and the fact that payment had already been processed, I expected the manager to take ownership of the situation and offer an immediate solution. Unfortunately, that did not happen. This is also the second issue we have experienced with this location within the past two weeks, which makes today's experience even more concerning. I would appreciate someone reviewing what occurred with this order, including why the store did not receive it despite my card being charged, and contacting me regarding how you intend to address this situation.

Then, when they were ready to take my order, they couldn't hear me, so I spoke louder and more slowly. I guess between those two things, the worker thought I was being rude, which I wasn't. I sat at the window for just a couple of seconds and they told me to pull forward, I said okay and when I didn't pull forward fast enough, they told me to pull forward again rudely. I said that I was going to pull forward and they snarkedly replied to "pull forward thank you" in a very sarcastic tone. I got to the window and got my food and pulled up a little bit to check my order. I noticed that my chips were not in my bag. Big surprise, they were too busy being rude instead of getting my order right. I had to pull over and go in the restaurant and still had to wait, until I finally said my chips were missing out of my order. Can I have my chips? And then they gave me my chips. I would have understood if they were busy, but there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot and no one in the drive thru in front of me. When the service is so bad, I don't even try going back to a place.

However, our outlook on this location changed in a blink of an eye. We came in one day for take out. Grabbed a soda cup. Started filling it with ice from the lobby soda machine. There was something dark brown on one of my ice cubes. It was pill sized. It looked like mold or mildew to me and to one of the staff gals walking into the lobby. My husband said it looked like a mouse dropping. Whatever it was in the lobby ice/soda machine - it requires attention. We gave the cups and chips back and asked them cancel the rest of our order. One of the gals notified the manager who came out. She was just as shocked and confused as us. She also mentioned the machine will be serviced soon; I'm not sure if that means maintenanced or cleaned, hopefully both. We appreciated that she refunded our order. We asked if they use that lobby ice/soda machine for the drive thrus where we've been previously picking up our meals, and they don't, but we were too afraid what else could be wrong in the back we don't know about. Unfortunately, we won't return.
