Walked in. No greeting. Older gal taking my order on 10/15 yawned while taking our order. I thought "I'm sorry are we boring you?" I had to just take my cup after asking her for it 3 times while she stared at me. Other workers behind the scenes looked to be hard workers. DISAPPOINTING. The bread is amateur hour quality. The ham, turkey, and cheese are tasty but not exactly gourmet quality, like Boar's Head. Went thru the drive thru & place my order. When I got home . They only put 1 sandwich in the bag. Called, the guy that waited on me admitted he forgot my sandwich. In the past I have had no complaints with Jimmy John's...however today is a different story. When I called in my order, the person taking my order confirmed where I wanted it delivered. However, my order was delivered to the wrong place. (This has actually happened before at this establishment.) When I called about this, the person on the phone was completely rude. When I asked to talk to someone else he told me no because he was the store manager. I will not step foot in this establishment anymore until there's a new manager who respects customers. read more

Jimmy John's advertises amazingly fast delivery and they are true to their word. When I order online sometimes I hardly have time to get my wallet out before the driver arrives -- literally less than five minutes in many instances. First you have to understand the "gourmet sandwich" is not meant to be taken seriously. They have a set menu based on defined types of meats: turkey, ham, bacon, roast beef, and 'Vito' meat (salami and capicoa-a spiced ham) and one type of cheese: provolone. This means if you show up and ask for a Reuben, a bowl of soup, a Philly cheesesteak, or something toasted you haven't paid attention to the menu and will prolly get looked at funny like I did. Haha That being said their sandwiches are very good! Several in particular; the #5 and #9 are excellent for Vito, 12 is a great turkey-avocado mix, and the 17 is a ham-bacon heaven. They pride themselves on speed, and rightfully so. If they don't make a rare mistake or aren't insanely busy they can have your sandwich out to you in less than 30 seconds. This results from a highly specific assembly process. So, they have created their own type of sandwich to work best with speed. Bread is made fresh, recipes are exact, and some frills like a massive table of veggies are non existent. What does this all mean? If you are craving a Jimmy sandwich (which are very good) then go there, if you want a subway, or schmaltz's, or another style of sandwich than don't go to Jimmy's expecting them to be the same. They aren't. Jimmy does a jimmy sub that's very good when you want that style sub/club. Don't try and make Jimmy something he isn't, appreciate the speed and product for what it is: A damn fast, damn good sandwich and chips. 4 out of 5 because I can't say they are the absolute greatest sandwich shop, but I have yet to find that place either. Sorry my review is way late but I felt it is necessary still. Service is usually okay. I grabbed mine 2 go and saved my whole, big pickle from lunch until later on that night. The pickle looked fine during lunch. I went to open the pickle that night and it had molded. I was really looking forward to it. The only reason I don't totally agree with Vanessa is she was too nice. Overpriced, bland, not as advertised, and certainly not gourmet! This place sells chewy bread with lettuce and mayo and not much else. Poorly laid out too, you have to reach below the register to get chips and if people are there you have to work around them; what is up with that? The person at the register did not know what I was talking about when I asked a couple of questions and what kind of "gourmet" sandwich shop does not even know what a reuben is? I eat at this location a couple times a month and normally get the same thing the Beach Club. Its a great sandwich I eat it both regular and Un-sandwich(lettuce wrap). I have had other sandwiches but this one is just my favorite the bread is very good and always fresh. I have never had vegetables that were not fresh. It is always fast to get in and out so I can get back to work. The people there are always nice but since they are suppose to be fast they are very short with you. read more
