We love Braum's milk for its flavor (exactly the same after the A2 switch, btw!) and improved nutrient profile. But one thing we have never, ever loved about Braum's is the service. Typically, Braum's hires a bunch of teens and older folks who seem like they'd rather be anywhere else. I have considered shoplifting gallons of milk before for the way I've been ignored standing at the checkout for minutes and minutes. If they would team up with Chick-fil-A for employee training, they could run the ice cream world. But there's something different about this location! The people who served our family were HAPPY. They SMILED. They got our orders right and they seemed genuinely happy to have us there. I came back to the counter after we got our food and was immediately tended to cheerfully, then while I waited another employee asked if I had been helped. I was almost speechless.
