This restaurant is a great place for a breakfast or lunch date. We went for breakfast. The service was quick and the wait staff were helpful for us first-timers. The building was small but didn't feel like it because of the layout. The food was good but didn't amaze me - for the atmosphere and price, I expected more. The best items we had were the Elote appetizer and the Churro donuts. I'd go back just for the donuts! Overall, the service and ambience were fantastic, but the food (outside of a couple dishes) left more to be desired.

FANTASTIC! I could've sworn I reviewed this spot previously!? Sorry for holding out. This place is spot on and solid. Atmosphere is quaint and space is limited, so having a reservation isn't necessarily required, but likely helpful during peak times. Service has always been friendly and fast. Drinks are delicious! This trip I tried the Carajillo which was a perfectly smooth and delicious espresso martini! For food, started with guac and chips. Fresh and delish. Tried a brunch platter of fries, chorizo, pico, cheese, and an over easy egg on top. Friends ordered fish tacos. Brunch fries not my fav, but they weren't terrible. Fish tacos were big chunky pieces of white fish and were great! Don't skip desert y'all! The churro doughnuts are hot, fresh and delicious!!! Croissant like texture with cinnamon and sugar, you had me at hello. Definitely don't skip this cute little spot located in the heart of downtown Buda! Great food, great drinks, great service.

I came to meet a friend here on a weekday around noon, I was the first guest there and I really liked the ambiance in this restaurant. The indoor space is small but I liked the decorations and the basket lights in the ceiling. By the time my friend arrived and we ate lunch, the place was packed! The waiter was training someone new and he was very attentive to our needs, the food was OK, I only tried the ceviche but I will come back to try more food.

When we checked in for our reservation, I told the host we just wanted drinks. We were sat outside and it still took forever for us to a menu, even with a reservation: 20 min + to get a menu. Had it not been for the table sitting next to us that shared their menus, we probably wouldn't have gotten a menu. If they were short staffed, they should've said something. Both other times we've been here, service has been speedy, even with a crowd so not sure what happened on this particular Friday. Hoping it's not a trend

The margaritas, the implement with so much flavor, THE CHURRO DONUTS!!! This place is amazing!!! Service is always too both, the cabana vibe inside just transports you to a happy place! There is absolutely no reason not to go

Met up with my friend Beth here one day just a couple of months after they opened. We came just after lunch time, the place was pretty empty but we sat outside since it was still a nice spring day. She ordered a burrito and I ordered the fish tacos and we each got a cocktail. I don't have a lot to say about the food since I only had the fish tacos, but it's a cute option for downtown Buda. I think their drinks are going to be a must try!

Ma'Coco is a fun restaurant on Main Street in Downtown Buda. I met a friend here for happy hour and the restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating options. The restaurant is very open and airy and they usually have all the windows open. This time I tried items from the happy hour. My go to drink is the Mezcal margarita and at $6 happy hour price can't beat it. I had the tuna tostada and the tuna is serrano & lime cured with cucumber, onion, tomato, cilantro. I also had the ensenada Fish Taco with beer-battered fish, cabbage, pico, chipotle aioli guacamole, chile. The fish was crisp texture and a good portion size. I usually get the chipotle aioli on the side because it can be on the spicy side for me. I have also had this dish as an entree which comes with 2 tacos and I have had the surf and turf quesadillas as well. I am a fan of the happy hour menu because of the great value and options. Overall great food and service.

Grate service and food.... I try the Enmoladas, they were delicious!... the aguas frescas and the guac and chips really good too... the downside is the size of this place... too small and feels crowded when it were no more than 10 people dining....but food was amazing!

The restaurant was small but very clean, nice vibes. Cute little outdoor patio. Very welcoming environment with lots of natural lighting. We had a large party of 8 on Easter. They were short staffed but still gave us great service. The food was amazing, from the loaded fries with guacamole, to the enchiladas. Everyone was pleased with the portions. The freshness and taste were on point!

Food was very fresh. Corn tortillas are awesome. My drink "two to Mango" was delicious. They make their aguas fresh. We ate a churro donut for dessert it just needed cinnamon. I never tasted any. Service was good and the ambience is so quaint and cute.

Meridian is in downtown Buda and is connected to Zoi Wellness. We were able to park in the parking lot across the street. Upon walking in, the space had a rustic loft feel with lots of greenery. The furniture made it feel very cozy. I honestly didn't expect to find a coffee shop like this in Buda. The barista was very nice and gave recommendations. My mom and I both ordered Iced Pecan Pie Lattes which was a seasonal drink that they were featuring. We ordered our drinks to go, but then decided to sit in the cafe and enjoy our beverages. The coffee is legit! We both liked our beverages. I really enjoyed the pecan flavor and the sweetness level was perfect. The barista informed us that they make all of their syrups in house. I noticed that there were plenty of outlets for work or study. There's quite a bit of seating including couches. They have QR codes at each table that you can order from which is so convenient. In addition to coffee (which is served until 5 pm), they also have wellness drinks, wine, beer and cocktails. They have a nice sized stage for live music. I would love to go back in the evening for a cocktail and live music! I'm so happy to have discovered this gem in Buda!
