It was around 90 degrees, but it was so breezy and peaceful here! My friend and I met up here for lunch not knowing what this place was, and we absolutely LOVED it. The food was honestly pretty four star. The prices were alright. We got fish cake udon, veggie bibimbap, popcorn chicken (little nuggets), oat milk latte, and ice matcha. We love it here! It's within the golf course so parking is super easy and the views are wonderful, especially at night. Just bring a sweater! Service was really great! They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. We came with a big group after the cinema viewing of a kpop (BTS) concert in Busan so we called ahead to let them know what time we'd be there. The kitchen closes at 9pm but the golf course closes at 11pm and thankfully they said we can stay a little longer since it's outside seating. I ordered the Seollongtang soup which my kid devoured haha it was super yummy! Would definitely get that again. She also got the hotdog and we got to try the corn dog that my friend ordered too. Also got the matcha latte. My other friend got the veggie bibimbap. All yummy and everyone got to try a lot of things on the menu which there was nothing but positive feedback for. People barely talk about this spot. So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. They're right by a golf course so it's super pretty and people are really nice. I got their matcha latte, Korean corn dog, galbi bibimbap, and kimchi beef soup to try. The strawberry matcha was sweet had bright strawberry flaves with mellow matchay notes and was nice and milky. If you're not into cafe like drinks they also have a cooler full of other fun drinks to pick from too. The corn dog came with some crisp corny tortilla chips and salsa and was topped with sweet ketchup, gooey cheese, was coated in crispity crunchity panko breadcrumbs and had an a bit sweet fluffy bready batter filled with half mozzarella and half a spongy fish sausage. Course we gotta mix up the bibimbap that had a not spicy chili flavor gochujang sauce, crunchy nutty lettuce, tender grilled veggies, pickled yellow radish, an egg, and perfectly sweet, savory, grilled, galbi short ribs that were just pure deliciousity. My first time ordering thru DoorDash and I don't know what I was expecting. I ordered: ddukbokki with cheese for an additional cost, bulgogi bimbimbap, and mozzarella cheese dog. Portion wise, I definitely made the mistake of over ordering because it ended up being too much food but prices on Doordash were too affortable so I couldn't pass up on the opportunity! I felt very underwhelmed with my food choices however, everything was on the sweeter side. I've ordered Korean hot dogs before, but it was my first time receiving tortilla chips as a side. The cheese was also not cooked all the way, and I ended up receiving just a block of cheese. Ddukbokki had a similar issue tasting sweet (to me).. the only redeeming item was the bulgogi bimbimbap. Such a hidden gem for great Korean food! This is at the Monterey park golf course off of corporate center drive. The menu is super expansive ranging from burgers to Korean food. I've had the club sandwich and it's really yummy! It's filled with ham, bacon and turkey. The tofu soup was good also and filled with lots of meat and tofu. It's a take out place but they have a patio with tables and chairs and you can also enjoy the gol course. Order online and through DoorDash so your food will ready once you get there. Nice little unexpected spot at a Golf Course location. I was visiting Cal State LA and was in the mood for Korean food. This place popped up and decided to give it a try. I ordered the shrimp bulgogi, the spicy Korean wings, and the banana latte. My favorite out of all were the wings, they were crunchy and sweet with a slight hint of spice. The bulgogi was very greasy but the flavor was decent. Shrimp was a bit under seasoned for my liking but it was cooked nicely and with the rest of the flavors it was fine. The banana latte was a bit disappointing because it had the artificial banana flavor but it wasn't too terrible. All in all this spot is okay, the service was decent and the seating was giving bar vibes. It's a good place to grab a quick bite if you're already heading to the course but if you want better quality Korean food I'd suggest making the drive to Monterey Park or Alhambra. read more

So, I've been golfing here at Monterey Park Golf Park about 5 days a week every week since November 1. And for every time I come to golf in the morning and they're closed (they open 9am) I'm LEGIT sad. Nothing more satisfying than the food here after working on your short game for an hour and a half. My go-to here (and I PRAYYYYY they don't get rid of this) is the Yuk Gae Jang. It's different than at K Restaurants as it's BLOOD RED, and instead of shredded beef and leeks they put what seems to be bulgogi meat and scallions. It's not "complex" by any means but you can truly appreciate everything that makes yuk gae jang what it foundationally is in a quick fast bowl. Think yuk gae jang in Shin Bowl fashion. Its definitely unique. God you just gotta try it I can't explain it. Their wings. Omg their wings. Crispy batter, juicy and tasty meat. The lemon pepper is one of the best lemon pepper wings because they don't have that weird fake butter/lemon flavor. So enough about the food. To get here you go to the golf park and it's past the starter window, around the corner. They have two patio seating areas, just watch out for the one that's surrounded by the 1st and 9th holes (I've seen a rogue ball or two hit the roof). The bigger patio area has a large fire pit to gather around. At the ordering counter you can find snacks, and coolers with a variety of bottled and canned sodas, waters, beers, seltzers, and sojus. You can order typical cafe drinks such as americanos, teas, etc. I'm almost positive, however, that they do not have a full bar (or any bar, at that... with the only alcoholic beverages being whatever is in the cooler). Once you place your order, you can kick it in either patio and the cashier will bring your order to you. TLDR: Great K food, esp the Yuk Gae Jang and wings. Decent beverage selection. Hot americano is pretty damn good. Great vibes especially at night. Highly recommend once you've worked up an appetite and wanna chill. read more

I think the place has gone through an ownership change, the menu is different. The previous food was solid for a golf course, but it's really good now. I ordered the Galbi Bibimbap and it came on a bed of rice and veggies topped with a good amount of short ribs that was well marinated and gochujang. Our group shared Spicy Korean Wings and tacos and they were all super solid, the wings had a nice sweet-spicy heat and the pollo was savory. A hidden gem on the hill. Came here for golf and found out about the little cafe in the back, the owner was very friendly, the food was GOOD. We had the traditional kimchee fried rice and the Amazing fried rice, both were good, it was cooked to order and you can taste that sense of home cooking in the rice.
