Came to try bar blossom because they had an asian inspired drink menu. It is located in the Blossom Food Hall. We ordered the cucumber lycheetini, peach mojito and the New England IPA. The cucumber lycheetini and the peach mojito were super refreshing and delicious. Both were super strong but you couldn't taste the alcohol in it which made it super dangerous. The drinks weren't super sweet either and had the perfect amount of sweetness. You can really taste the cucumber and lychee in the cocktail. Same for the peach mojito. The peach flavor was apparent. My partner enjoyed the New England IPA and said it was good! Service was excellent. The bartenders there were all kind and friendly. There is plenty of seating inside the food hall and the bar section is a dedicated 21+ section so there is some dedicated bar seating. They have last call at 9:30 since they close at 10 pm on Fridays so we made sure to get our last orders in. There is plenty of parking on the side and behind the food hall and on the street. The only bar in the area with alcohol so I stopped off here with a mate. Both ordered a beer. I went with the Wheat Ale (had Yuzu in it) and the friend chose the Golden Ale. We got the Peach mojito, blossoms old fashion, oolong beer and yuzu sake. Their cocktails are made with sake, which I appreciate. I usually find myself unable to taste any sake in a mixed drink/cocktail, but I was able to taste the strong sake here. The peach mojito being probably my top favorite of the night. However, all mixed drinks and beer were great! Definitely get the blossoms old fashion if you feel like something strong with a slight tang from the orange. The oolong beer was a favorite amongst everyone. We could taste the tea, it was nice and different. We ended the night with yuzu sake. It originally came poured with 4oz of liquid, but the bartender was very nice to split it in half so we could end the night with a shot of yuzu sake. read more
