    Pool completion

We recently had our pool build completed. M&M followed up immediately to conduct service, add chemicals, provide knowledge, and most importantly, provided an extensive orientation on the complete functionality of every single thing about our pool. Kevin is the man, & truly a wealth of knowledge. He basically knows EVERYTHING! Every question you may have will NOT go unanswered. We are now able to do some trouble shooting of our own and understand completely what's going on with the pool. I anticipated learning the chemicals and different balances, to be difficult. None the less, Kevin walked me through the entire process and I was able to take detailed notes and understand everything. Kevin/M&M Pools, have gone above & beyond just providing service; Rather, they provided truly a great experience. Thanks Kevin & M&M!

M&M was subcontracted by our pool builder to do the plumbing, electrical and start-up service for our new pool. I am extremely happy with their work. From the crew who did the pipes to Kevin who completed the start-up this company was great to work with. After plumbing went in I realized it left little room to move around the equipment pad and M&M sent out their guys to move the pipes to a different location to make me happy. They did a great job explaining their process and worked quickly. Once water was filled Kevin stepped in and took great care in making sure our water was balanced during the important startup phase. I highly recommend them.

Pay attention, and pay attention well! Mike (owner) and Derek (foreman) are truly exceptional! Their work is outstanding, communication is top-notch, collaboration is superb, and, of course, the cost is excellent! From the beginning to the end, the team was consistently on point, never missing a beat. We are overjoyed and immensely grateful for thier work and professionalism. After waiting for over four years for our backyard makeover, M&M Pool turned our dreams into reality. This testimonial is genuine, and so are the incredible end results!

    Before

I highly recommend this business! My wife and I recently bought a house with a broken pool pump. I reached out to receive a quote to replace the pump, upgrade the filter, and convert the pool to a salt cell. Kevin their Service Manager came out to inspect the existing system. He was professional and able to answer all of our questions. We were then provided a detailed quote. The owner Mike was available to discuss any questions we had and answered promptly. Derek and the install team came out the next week. They removed the old system and installed the new one, including new plumbing, in three hours. During installation, an additional problem was discovered. The team was clear in explaining the problem and offered to install the part at cost. After install, Derek gave us a very informative walkthrough of the system and accompanying app and answered all our questions about the system and future maintenance. Kevin even returned two days later for a follow-up visit to ensure we were satisfied with the service and check the chemical/salt levels were within the appropriate range. Overall, very satisfied that we went with M&M Pool Construction.

M&M pool construction was a sub for the majority of our pool build and did great work. In turn the also did the start up of our pool and we were very happy with start up and communication throughout the entire process. I just met with Kevin today for my walk through of how all my equipment works and how to care for my pool. Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional. We are going to continue our pool service with M&M and look forward to continuing great service.

I am very pleased with the service I received from M&M Pool Construction. While my pool was undergoing resurfacing and some other aesthetic upgrades by Parrott Pools (another good company), M&M replaced my 44 year-old dinosaur of a heater with a new Pentair 400,000 BTU heater. They moved my spa plumbing to a more convenient location and elevated the controls from underground to a more accessible level. They replaced the old valves with two new 3-way valves for isolation control between the pool and spa. They installed a Pentair EasyTouch automated control system programmed to control both my new heater and my pool's solar panels. They also installed a brass hose bib, so I would have the ability to drain my pool if it became overfilled by rain (which I needed recently!). Mike, Darrick and Kevin were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The installation of all equipment was completed in only one day, and the area was left clean and tidy. Lastly, they provided the essential pool startup process. The startup consisted of several visits over a period of one month by Kevin, who was patient in instructing me on the use of the EasyTouch panel and answering my many questions. I am glad I chose M&M Pool Construction!

All I can say about this company ... impressive service! Called them yesterday for a repair on my pump and they were on it. Mike (owner) assured me they would get to bottom of my problem and get it resolved. Not everyday you get service like that. Kevin (technician) was efficient and competently diagnosed the problem, cleaned the pool, balanced all the chemicals and explained what was going on. Can't say enough good things about the service I received.

Tommy was very professional. Listed options on plumbing and went with unions vs hard gluing 2" PVC schedule 40 connections. So if pump were to have issues in future no more cutting pipes. Just loosened and swap in the new pump. Tommy worked digitally and had it in just under 2 hours and helped me set optimized pump program settings on mobile app. He painted the white PvC pipe so that the suns PVC don't harm the pipe. I would highly recommend Dynamic pools for installing bare pool pump. Price was fair and install was smooth without any hitches. 5 stars

I had been using Dynamic Pools for regular pool maintenance since September 2023 and had never…read moreexperienced any issues with the technician who serviced my pool. For over two and a half years, routine visits went smoothly and I was a satisfied customer. Unfortunately, my experience with the owner, Edward, when a problem occurred completely changed my opinion of the company. During a recent service visit, the technician used a hose to clean the pool filter. This same hose had been used during previous visits without any issues. However, when he went to turn the water on, the handle broke with light pressure. Edward later came to my home to try to fix the issue himself but was unable to repair it. At that point he suggested that I either call a plumber or use his handyman. His handyman also told me that the repair cost would be covered. Because the water to my house had to be shut off for the entire day, I needed the problem resolved as soon as possible. A plumbing company was able to come sooner than the handyman, so I had them complete the repair. The total cost ended up being about $500. When I sent the invoice to Edward, his response was immediately defensive. He stated that he was not going to pay for the repair and began bringing up unrelated examples instead of addressing what had actually happened. In an effort to resolve the situation fairly, I even offered to split the repair cost with him, but he refused that as well. Edward repeatedly claimed the handle broke because it was plastic and "bound to break eventually." However, this same hose had been used during past service visits without issue, and I had never been told that the part was fragile or at risk of breaking. If a component used during routine service is known to be fragile or near failure, that would be important information to communicate to a homeowner before it breaks during service. Mistakes can happen in any service industry. What matters is how they are handled. Instead of working toward a reasonable solution, the situation was dismissed and no responsibility was taken. After being a loyal customer since September 2023, it was disappointing to see how quickly the tone changed when a problem occurred. When you hire a professional service company, you expect them to stand behind their work if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Situations like this are important for homeowners to be aware of, because they show how issues may be handled if something goes wrong during a service visit. Because of how this situation was handled, I will be finding a different pool service moving forward.

Capital Lawn & Pool has been such a great find for us. When we were looking for someone who…read moreactually knew how to maintain a saltwater hot tub and an above-ground pool, it was surprisingly hard to find -- and they knew exactly what they were doing. One thing I really appreciate is their communication. They text about 30 minutes before arriving, and we usually get the same technician, which I love because he already knows our setup. When they finish, the pool water always looks crystal clear -- that satisfying "sparkling blue" moment when you walk outside. They're also very organized. After each visit they send a report with a photo of the pool and detailed notes on the chemicals and everything they checked, which I really appreciate. One thing to know: they won't remove items from the pool unless you specifically ask. My daughter once left some pool toys in there and I assumed they might grab them, but the technician explained they leave anything in the pool alone in case the homeowner placed it there intentionally. Totally understandable -- just something to be aware of. The owners are very responsive as well. We had an issue once and they actually came out themselves to help resolve it quickly. They're consistently on time, and the one time our tech was sick he texted to let me know he'd be out the next day. Helpful tip: if you want anything removed from the pool (toys, floats, etc.), just let them know ahead of time.
