Where do I begin, shipped 2 high end speakers worth about $400 used. I paid UPS store $167 for the…read moreprofesional packing that they offered, shipping and insurance. Told them the insurance is for $400 worth of speakers. Speakers where poorly packed, they arrived damage, well it doesn't matter right I'm insured I'm Smart I put insurance well so I thought. I made the claim at the store and they just gave me the run around for 4 months yes 4 months. Excuses about manager, accounting problems, the owner is not here. There's 2 ladies at the store one of them is very nice and helpful the other I won't get into is just so sad they will hire someone with this kind of attitude to do customer service. After 4 months and no check I called ups directly and my check magically showed up, to my surprise is was for half of what I insured the speakers for. Here's what I think happened I ship all the time, i do understand things happen, ups pays within 3 to 5 weeks. I have a very bad feeling that this store never insured my speakers and they kept the money, the reason why I came to this conclusion is because I was told my claim was not approved. How can a claim not be approved if they packed them they shipped them? Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or hopefully the owner reads this and retrains their staff. I'm not a person to wish a business bad, but so many bad reviews, customer be aware.

The representative at the UPS Store on Grove Street in Braintree went above and beyond to help us. He took the time to file a claim on our behalf and guided us through the entire process. Although the initial weather-related delay was considered an "Act of God" and wasn't covered, he recognized that the additional delays were not weather-related and should be reimbursed. Yesterday, we received a check because our claim was approved! Exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but this UPS Store proved that it still exists. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, persistence, and genuine concern shown to us throughout the process. Thank you for turning a very frustrating situation into a positive experience.

My primary advice is to implore you NOT to use UPS "access points" at Advance Auto Parts, CVS, etc…read more I made the mistake of dropping off a next-day air package (cost: $58) at the Advance Auto Parts around the corner from this store because the UPS Store was closed. The package included Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, and other highly confidential information. The intended recipient notified my three days later that the package never arrived. The tracking code told me that the package was still at Advance Auto Parts. I went there to discover the package randomly sitting on a shelf behind the cashier. I subsequently discovered that it had been opened and taped back shut. I had to issue a credit freeze and notify my financial services providers of possible identity theft. The good news is that the very kind and understanding woman who was working at the UPS Store in Natick he next day was able to get it shipped out in a new package with a new label without charging me an additional $58. DON'T USE UPS ACCESS POINTS. The UPS Store in Natick is where you need to go to ship stuff safely and securely.

My experience at this store was absolutely terrible. I spoke with the owner of this store, his name…read moreis Arvind, and he was incredibly rude to me and telling me I should stop threatening him. I had gone to the store to do a return for a purchase I made through a third party vendor. I was returning the part and gave them the address to use. The agent at the UPS store entered the address and told me to click the OK or continue button a few times on the screen. I followed her instructions and clicked those buttons. We later found out that the agent had entered the wrong address, because a week later I got a call from the UPS store telling me that the shipment had been returned to them in Natick as undeliverable. It was at that time that we found out that the agent at The UPS Store had inputted the wrong address and had missed putting in a six for the number of the street. When I spoke with the staff at The UPS Store, the manager and then the owner, both told me that I would have to pay to have it shipped again even though it was the agent who had typed in the address incorrectly. They explained to me that because there was a step on the screen that required that I verified the address that it became my fault and not the agents. Of course, this was not the case because the agent had told me to just click OK and continue. The owner then proceeded to explain that he had looked at the CCTV footage (this is weird by the way that they have CCTV to try and prove customers wrong, it goes to show how many complaints they must get!) and in the CCTV it showed that I actually verified the address and thus again it was my fault and I would have to pay to have the item shipped again. So even though I had just done what the agent said (click continue and ok), they were still blaming me. So I guess we're getting to the point with our society where when you go to a restaurant and you place your order with the waiter, that the waiter will have the customer read the order from his pad to make sure that he has not made a mistake. And if you get the wrong food now it's your fault and you have to pay for a new dish. Or maybe when you go to the doctor and they write a prescription they will have you as the patient read the prescription to make sure it's the right one and then if you get the wrong one because you read it incorrectly and it ends up causing you harm the doctor isn't at fault because it was the patient who is required to verify what the doctor has done. It's funny I don't see other businesses doing this sort of thing but only at this particular UPS store. By the way it would have cost The UPS Store $16.00 to ship my item again but they decided saving $16.00 was more important than a happy customer. I'm done using The UPS Store and will start using FedEx instead. I am looking forward to the response from the owner where they take absolutely no responsibility for anything and just blame the customer, like they've done on every other poor review here.
