Two days in a row, their "system is down". Today we called to make sure. They said everything was fine. Took a half hour to drive there - it was down again! And they were nasty about it. I wouldn't have gone, but my return had to go through UPS read more

We used this store and UPS to transport two packages both going to the DC area. One package was for open delivery and the other we paid a premium for delivery last Saturday in time for Mother's Day. The package for open delivery was delivered on Saturday, and the special Saturday delivery is now going to be delivered this Tuesday or Wednesday. We paid triple the cost for the Saturday delivery. The owner of said store is now basically saying that it is UPS problem and not his. And he may be somewhat correct but he has been totally rude and unwilling to help resolve the situation. He basically hung up the phone. By the way - Zero stars is not an option read more

I was charged TRIPLE for sending the same package!!! It is a reusable box for shipping paintings. I shipped the same exact box to Manhattan in July through them and the cost was $91. I went in yesterday morning to ship it to a closer destination-Portsmouth NH, and the cost was over $300!! After I questioned it, the guy said it was based on the size of the box. I said it was the EXACT same box...it didn't grow!! I asked him to look up my account to see the last shipment and he said he couldn't! Yet, he had asked for my phone number to find my info at the beginning of this fiasco! He finally said he could do it for $95! What a rip off! I went to The Postal Center 10 minutes away in Stoughton and it was $85!!! SO SKETCHY read more

They are a nightmare! I sent a package that was supposed to be at the location in Pennsylvania on 7 July. I was told by UPS to go in and see him and he would take care of it. So, he has not taken care of it plus he didn't really care. He took other customers while I was waiting easily 45 minutes. Today is the 11th and they still do not know where the package is and they're supposed to call me or email me which they have not done. Needless to say, I will never ever walk into the store again plus, I'm going to request my money back. read more

Great staff at this location. I was in there today to send a package to my Mother. The young ladies at check out are so sweet and when I was worried that my Mother wouldn't get her package in time for Mother's Day, they both went on the computer to see if other nearby UPS stores could get it there quicker. We didn't have luck but their willingness to help me was so appreciated. Jazzy is so sweet, very professional and super helpful. I was in and out and although the package will likely be late, I was confident that the girls did everything they could do to help. Shame on me for waiting until the last minute. read more

I had a package delivered here. When I arrived tjere was a man with several items--golf clubs included-- which were not in boxes or ready to ship. Another person had 10 items that needed to be input one at a tome with a long code. They made everyone wait for close to half an hour while they handled this. It took two people to figure out the code thing. The other clerk was measuring the clubs, trying to decode how to box it. It all felt totally inefficient. It took me thirty seconds to get my package. Maybe haggle about box sizes after the line out the door has been dealt with? read more

I return things all the time. The employees help me find my QR code on my phone when I need them to. They are always courteous

Jazzy is the best employee ever! she goes above and beyond ensuring everyone can get their business handled! the best service here! even gave my baby a lollipop! read more

HORRENDOUS. These people shouldn't be in business. UPS should take notice. They "packaged" my deceased father's items, along with other family belongings, and they were DESTROYED. I paid a premium for it all and they didn't package a single thing. Don't trust this place with any item. read more

I spoke to someone from this location over the phone,I let him know the that I was calling in response to their reply to my yelp review...he informs me the only one who has access is the owner ,who's in India for the next 6 months!!! He had no knowledge or interest in continuing the conversation,as he said he had customers, and was trying to run a store,if it wasn't for hard working people like myself, there would be no stores,to run...myself and 10 other waited from 830...till at least 9:15...which meant most of us was late for work, but since I still needed my packages processed,I had to go all the way to Sharon!!!! You shouldn't be so dissolve to customer complaints l,as we are the ones who keep your store thriving!!!!! read more

The UPS guy charged me 10$ for a label before asking me if I wanted to do that when I had already printed out the label

I have to say that the employee who waited on me today went beyond and above helping me get my items returned to amazon. Greatly appreciated Thank you read more

The ups store in Middleboro has exceptional service. staff is super friend especially Abdulla

Truly a horrendous experience!! Every staff member was rude and spoke down to me (pretty sure after observing them today, that they hate women) during my entire encounter. I would never recommend this place to anyone for use of mailboxes or package drop off. There are better more professional places to take care of both of those things out there. STEER CLEAR OF THIS SCAMMY LOCATION!! P.S: If you need a better place to drop off Amazon packages, try Kohls or Staples that offer Amazon drop off! If you need a better place (& better prices) to use a mailbox with a real street address, try iPostal1 (my local Staples was connected through this service). read more

I brought my toaster oven in to be shipped back to Breville. I had all of the necessary paperwork that stated I do NOT need any boxes or packaging... only the paperwork and that they would provide the packaging. The man at the counter refused to do so even though I showed him the paperwork that clearly stated it. This is after waiting in line for 20 minutes. This man was rude and condescending and I will not return to this location nor will I recommend anyone to do so. read more

Excellent service here, consistently. We are fortunate to have this store in our town!

I've never had such terrible service ANYWHERE as I have at this store. Setting up a business mail box is apparently impossible. No guidance on when they would be done, many many calls never returned. We'll be getting our money back. Pick up your f'ing phone. This place is basically a scam. read more

Scumbags. They said they couldn't scan the labels I put on my boxes and charged me $2 a label. Stay away. Very unscrupulous and dishonest employees read more

So their website says they open at 8:30 but.......get here and there is a sign on the door that they have new hours and open at 11. They wonder why their reviews are all negative. No less than 12 cars waiting for them to open and a slew of pissed off people already drove off. Not to mention that when they finally do open it will be another hour wait as they take care of the line of angry people that are here. Would've been nice to change their hours online as that is where people look to see if they are open. They didn't even bother to change the phone message. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable to waste people's time like this. If I want this level of poor service I'll just use the Postal Service. I'm done with these guys it's always something. I'm sure they'll hide behind the Covid excuse but this is poor customer service all around. read more

Definitely the place to go to handle any and all office, leisure related business i.e. fax, emailing, copies, etc.

I needed something notarized and made an appointment at this UPS location. I received a confirmation and planned my day around the appt to get a a document notarized. The notary, who is the owner, just didn't show up. One young clerk said he " vanished". I spoke to another young lady who was supposed to be in charge and she said he didn't come in and hasn't been answering his phone. She tried him again and he did answer the phone this time and said he would not be in. This was a time sensitive issue. I have heard there were a lot of issues with management here. The poor kids that work there seem overwhelmed and unhappy. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

So this was my first and last trip to this store. DO NOT GO HERE ! The gentleman (if I can call him that) was rude, very snarky. He actually had the gall to charge for tape that I didn't need. That's not the worst part. Before I realized how rude he was, I asked a question about an Amazon return and he abruptly cut me off. Unbelievable! The people behind me were in complete utter shock. read more

Well so much for posted hours here, Saturday it's open till 5pm according to hours on the sign posted in the window and it is the same as online. I'm not sure if this location is under new management or not because some of the older negative reviews are NOT what I experienced today here at all. Great customer service!! I had three, perishable items needing packaging and shipping and the original estimate was very high due to shipping location rates so I advised them that I would only be shipping one of the packages. Instead of turning me away they proceeded to look at any options that might fit my shipping needs and I appreciate the time taken to do this. The store was very busy and judging by the line, they didn't really "need" my business but took the time to help and were able to find a solution for my shipping needs. In a time when services are rigid and businesses often shrug their shoulders and just say nothing can be done, I truly appreciated them taken the time to see what, if anything, could be worked out. Would highly recommend!! read more

I have gone to the Canton UPS location several times to drop off a package and the guy that took my package (while displaying a look and attitude) that I was inconveniencing him by dropping off the package. Last week I dropped off a package again but this time there was a young lady being helped by him and he greeted her and told her to have a nice day, however when the woman that was next in line and myself did not receive such a greeting or the have a nice day. All this time I thought that this guy had no personality or didn't want to be here and it is just for the rest of us unless you're a young woman. I wish that I knew what his name was because I have been helped by a man with a mustache before and he is more pleasant and by that I mean that he didn't give me the impression that I was inconveniencing him by dropping off a package. read more

We rarely need to ship special items, but we used to think of UPS as experts in packing and shipping. So unfortunately this location of "UPS STORE" was selected to ship heirloom fine crystal across the country to family. On time arrival of package revealed 11 DEMOLISHED 50 year old crystal Waterford glasses and vase. I was so exited to receive this shipment and I am left utterly heartbroken. This box on arrival has zero indication of fragile contents; in fact it is the same box from the attic that the items were brought to the store in. The clerk was asked repeatedly to re-pack carefully in a new box with extra padding in and around every piece. We were completely ignored and you will be too if you ship from here. Beware. read more

This is your average everyday UPS Store. Nothing special. Good location. The customer service could be a little more pleasant. I brought a package there recently and when I said that it needed a label, the guy at the desk said "Oh, God." Really, is that too much to ask? I also heard him mumbling complaints about "everyone coming in right before 5:00." Sorry for being a customer. read more

Paid $20 less at Mailbox Ect after UPS store manager/owner refused my business. My crime . . . for pack and ship service wanted to see that my items were packed and that the box had the right shipping label on it. Manager told a maybe 16 year old guy employee to tell me to screw off. The kid was clearly uncomfortable, a deer in a headlight. Manager never bothered to talk to me before refusing service. Manager came out for another reason. I asked why he was refusing my business, he said because I don't trust him. Wth??? People make mistakes and I want to make sure this is done right. Didn't ask to watch the actual packing of the boxes. Rude, unapologetic like other reviewers said. Drive down the road to Mailboxes Ect in Canton where they are great or somewhere else. This place is horrible. read more

I ordered a print job online through the UPS website. The store accepted my job and said it would be available the following day by noon.
