Was not even busy to take so long, Just for my feet took her 2 hours to get done the lady sucks on paint she put so many coats after coats I thought it only two coats,I do my hands & feet's every 3 weeks. I went in here on a Wednesday morning it was empty. The older lady and young lady took us quick. They was funny I love the work! I saw a lot of bad reviews but they both did a amazing awesome job. They was nice , sweet, delight, and funny. She cracked a joke and said I need to come back more I told her yes I'm going to try every 2 weeks although I don't live in the area! I enjoy there customer service I also got the sea salt massage that suppose to kill dead skin( don't quote me on that) but it was so amazing I love it . I will be back ! read more

Don't go here-they won't fix your nails!!!If I could've given this place 0 stars, I would have. I went in last Sunday and my nails were halfway chipped off by Tuesday and I got the "dip powder" (which is supposed to last longer than gel). Since I was very busy during the week, I called the following Sunday and told whoever answered the phone about my nails. She told me that I can come in and they will do them over. I informed her that I would be able to come in on Tuesday and she said that's fine. Today I went in to get my nails done over and an old lady basically told me that I could not get my nails done over because the girl who did them wasn't there. Then she said that she doesn't know who did them. I told her that I paid almost $80 worth of services and that I won't be back. I don't understand why someone else wasn't able to do my nails over for me. I definitely won't be returning, I regret spending my money there and I don't encourage anyone else to ever go there. read more

I went in to get a pedicure and after the wait I was seated, the lady asked which manicure type I wanted, I wanted regular, I even told her the $27 one, I vividly know and remember that I said regular, the words no-chip did not come out my mouth, after the lady finishes she said $37 I handed her $29 and said keep it (because I wanted to pay for a regular), I know I told her I said regular, after going to my car to get another $20 she stands there in front of me, WHILE still holding my 3 extra dollars (obviously looking like she wants more.., makes me mad) My dumbass handed her 2 more dollars SMH. What a waste. Very unsatisfied. Made me rethink about the place, sucks because it's not bad tbh (but they have cut my fingers before). read more
