This Place Sucks I came in and was told Immediately that there was a hour and a half wait to be seen . So I left and walked over to the Taco restaurant across the street where I spent at least an hour. SO I proceed to callback to luxe Nail Bar when I get in they tell me again that there is still a wait to be Serviced.. I to ask for a price chart.. I was told to wait until I sat in the seat I was confused by that that had never happened before so as I sit there and wait there were three or four people coming from the back just because I asked for a price chart I don't know if they looked at me and judge me as if I didn't look like I could afford to be in the place but the eyes were telling a lot so I sat there and I checked the chart out and as I was looking at the chart there were three other people that came through the door and so in the midst of me checking out the chart somebody came up to them and asked him that they have a walk that they have an appointment she said no we're walking and it was three of them so now all of a sudden they have three seats when they just didn't have one very disappointed by the response and by the looks that I received from the staff I will question if you look like me I wouldn't go there apparently they don't like the way I looked or maybe I didn't have on the right kind of clothes I don't know but the service was crappy and I do not recommend anybody ever go there read more

Very Rude Experience on the Phone I called Luxe Nail Salon to make an appointment--ideally for the same day, but I was flexible about coming in later in the week. The man who answered the phone was very difficult to communicate with, and instead of trying to clarify or help, he became impatient and started raising his voice. I was simply trying to explain that I wanted a full set of nails and to find out what times were available, but his tone quickly turned rude and unprofessional. I ended up telling him I would not be coming in after that experience. No customer should be spoken to that way when trying to make an appointment. Received a gel manicure 1 week and 2 days ago, and 4 of my 10 nails have chipped. The first nail chipped 3 days after getting them done. I came to Luxe in a pinch before a photo shoot as my normal tech couldn't get me in, but I wont ever come back or recommend. read more

I went here for 6 months before I have to say I can't go back. Every single nail tech I had ripped my fingers up in cuts. I kept giving them chances because I have friends who love this place. But after this last time, I can't go back :(. Mind you I only got my dip taken off this time. read more

Honestly I've gone back to many times but I'm so over it now. The price changes constantly and I'm getting the same thing over and over. If you aren't careful they will charge 5.00 in addition to any fake nails you may place on if you've broken a nail. I get dip on my hands and when one nail is broke I've asked for one acrylic nail and then I'm charged five dollars. Today I chose a color and was charged an additional 5.00 but this wasn't told beforehand they up charge you and won't tell you until you check out. Extremely dishonest and I will not be going back. Randomly stopped in to get my nails done. I was put with MiMi (sp?). She did a great job. I have incredibly tiny nail beds and I always find that some technicians have a hard time. Just moved here from Cali & got my 1st mani pedi at Luxe. Believe it or not it is waaaay more expensive than SoCal by $50 to be exact. My main complaint is that I had to pay $40 extra for my mani ($20 for gel & $20 for chrome) I haven't even had the mani for one whole day & the chrome is already coming off. I will not be going back here especially if they charge that much extra for powder that doesn't stay. So disappointing. read more

Well I'm being treated for staph after the drill cut my finger- the technician didn't clean it and offered a lidocaine spray( that doesn't disinfect) then when I asked if they are cleaned between clients was told no but at night ( once a day) !!!! I watched the technician put the tool back in with her others after I bled all over it. When the technician said they don't wash in between clients I recorded it on my phone and asked two times( yelp isn't letting me upload that)On top of This is unacceptable to jeopardize clients health. read more

I'm not sure how this place got so many awards. Maybe you can just buy those window decals online... We were offered no beverages even though every other customer was. We were there early 3 hours for a pedicure and full set. The tech ripped off my toe nail even though I let her know when I arrived that it had just cracked from hitting a table leg. Two if my nails are crooked. The way she did my color on the toes isn't what I asked for, and the whole experience was stressful. I'm out $162 before tip for an afternoon wasted. read more

Been going here for years and the last 2 times I have gone I have gotten the older lady. The first time she was using one of the tools on my nail and cut a cuticle and just glued it together. Second time I was getting a fill in one of the nails was slightly coming off, the tool she was using ripped my entire nail off, she literally was like oops, and glued my shit back on and forced me to put my hand back in the soaking water that burnt and was hot as hades. This place was dirty. My chair barely worked and had been used so much that the seat barely had any cushion to it and was painful to sit. None of the utensils came out of a sterilized bag. I've been to salons all over the world and this one is rather ostentatious with its prices. It's underground so your phone won't work and they have WiFi but won't give you the password. My pedicure was $80 and I had to sit there staring at the ceiling the whole time. When I asked for the WiFi password they said "too bad ma'am. " I'd expect premium service including champagne and WiFi for an $80 pedicure in Tulsa. This is a far cry from Beverly Hills. read more

Amazing service, and they make you feel very comfortable! I haven't had my nails done in four years so I asked for acrylics not knowing and my amazing nail tech suggested a new thing called gel s or x I believe! I love them so much and I told her to please do whatever shape she thinks best for my hand, she picked perfectly! (I got two compliments one them within the day) This was an amazing experience for a first time back in that long and I'm excited to keep the girly in me with these cute new nails! I wish I remembered her name but she wears a cute pink bracket:) I believe it was Mia! My only complaint is that the business is not as clean as it could be, when getting your nails done you don't have much to look at besides the surroundings and I would vote a level 6/10 for cleanliness. Upscale nail bar, I am a walk-in from out of town and needed a new set prior to Monday morning. This place is clean, neat and no overpowering nail polish odor. Julie did my NexGen set and they look great! My only complaint is they are a tad pricier than what I am used to paying in Dallas! The charge was $40 for the set and $10 to add tips. Very disappointed in this place. I've been a reoccurring customer since June of 2021 and I ALWAYS make an appt bc I usually ask for a specific design. I have had this same nail tech before do an awesome job but this time really fell short. While she was doing this Valentines Day design, I quickly noticed that it was not done well. I asked her to remove it or adjust the design; the manager abruptly came up and said that I needed to "reschedule my appt" and that the nail tech would not finish my nails, she only did a clear coat.
