We love this place for our manicures and pedicures. The staff is friendly. They always do an amazing job. They normally can get me in pretty quickly without an appointment but I would recommend calling ahead just in case. They have tvs, but it is also quiet enough if you want to read in the pedicure chair. They have an array of color options. 10 out of 10 recommend. read more

This place has very nice staff and the facility is nice and neat. They are courteous and polite and offer you a drink and it's fairly relaxing. However, I came in a few days ago so I could have nice looking hands/nails for my vacation. I am very disappointed that this is how 4 day old gel nails look. :( A regular mani, sure. But at this price (for the up charge to gel) I usually get 3-4 weeks before you see any signs of wear and they are grown out a quarter of an inch when I go in to have them redone. Sadly these started chipping immediately. Unfortunately, this was a complete waste of time and money and I will probably not go back as I'm not a high roller and can't really afford nor desire to do this weekly. read more

Clean, relaxing and calm, Ultra Nails was much nicer than most nail salons I've visited in Tulsa. They have Volcano spa pedicures, which is always a plus in my book? I am from FL and desperately needed a quality gel manicure. I'm thrilled I found Ultra. I felt safe and treated well from the moment I walked in. First they had me sign a COVID form to be contacted in case someone came down with it. Then I was asked to wash my hands. Each station is protected with plexiglass shields. I picked my color and the technician gave me the time and attention my nails needed. Four coats of color and a base coat and top coat are sure to make this manicure last. The cost was $30 and took only 45 minutes from start to finish. Oh, and they served complimentary coffee, red or white wine. I felt very pampered. read more

Treat Yo Self!! That's something that the male species doesn't do too often. But I was treated to a wonderful pedicure and manicure at Ultra Nails after a long work week of standing on my feet & getting my hands dirty. It was a much needed present from me to me during this Holiday season. The staff was friendly from the time I walked in. They greeted me with a glass of complimentary wine & chocolate chip cookies, which is the kind of greeting I like to receive! Aesthetically the decor is pleasing and gender neutral so being the only male patron didn't make me feel out of place. In fact one of the four flat screens in the pedicure section that my chair was in view of was actually on Sports Center. So as Ms. Lee brought my feet back to life with those hot stones I felt right at home. I got the Ultra Deluxe pedicure & for $60 I got an Hour long treatment, worth every dollar. Ms. Lee did the regular pedicure things, then buffed my toe nails, lathered me up with lavender, rubbed me down with hot stones, and put my feet in hot wax before massaging them. My feet have never had this type of attention devoted to them, but now they have a standard that they won't settle for less than! This was definitely an enjoyable experience that I would love to bring my significant other to enjoy with me. There's plenty of room as they have 12 pedicure chairs for adults, 2 for kids & 10 manicure chairs. Speaking of manicures, Julie hooked me up with an awesome one. She clipped my nails then filed them down. After she gave me a hand massage with honey butter lotion. And finally put a clear coat of paint on top as the finishing touch. Just as she was reaching the end, the owner came over to me & gave me a bottle of hand lotion as a Christmas gift & thanked me for coming in. I got a pedicure here around 5:30pm. After my pedicure I got a manicure and then waited for my daughter to finish her manicure. We didn't leave until 7:30ish. Got home, showered, and then went to bed with my nails looking fine. Well, once I woke up the next day I noticed the polish on my toes were wrinkly! I'm assuming the polish was old but I was shocked that it had been a whole 15 hours later! Also, the ladies knew that my daughter and I were together and I obviously was paying since my daughter is only 11.. but they charged me once and I just assumed it was for both of us (I didn't know any pricing) so I paid and left a nice tip. Well then they came back after my daughter was done and charged me a second time saying it wasn't included!! Then seemed to get a little mad that I didn't leave a second tip! Lea got rid of my ingrown toenails For once in the past 5-6 months they don't hurt. I had been going to a nail salon for 4 yrs the shop was bought by someone else 5-6 months ago. Danny is an amazing person who is a perfectionist at sculpture nails. I was so glad to be able to wash my hands again the way it's supposed to be. Pretty good size and pretty clean.. they have water and stuff that was offered to me while there, the technician did a pretty good job, she needed a little help with my paint color I chose but she did it and they look great! It was very pricy and I felt a little taken advantage of because no pricing was posted and I'm from California these prices are very high in comparison. ***UPDATE** I was notified by the owner who informed me they are a new company and still working on there menu therefore prices were nowhere listed, he told me they were the most reasonably priced but with looking into it I did find nice places in comparison that were not as pricy, Owner did refund me the cost I paid and though I was not asking for one it was a nice way to not make me feel like they took a run on me.. First time there was yesterday. Everyone was very friendly, nail techs worked super quick but not sloppy. The only reason I'm giving this a 4 star instead of a 5 stair is because the filing on my right hand could've been better. My shape is messed on my right thumb pretty badly compared to the other thumb, and my middle fingers nail is so awkward I don't even know how to explain it. I attached pictures. Other than that I will be going here from now on just to test it out. *update Amazing service, and they take their time perfecting which is rare to see. This is the ONLY place in the past 4 years I've gotten my nails done (in 3 different states) where my nails didn't chip/break off in a couple weeks. Had my nails done for a month before going in to get a fill due to being busy, and they stayed in perfect shape the entire time. No chips, so breaks. -I did have two nails break off yesterday, but it was my fault, so I don't count that lol Will be a regular customer! Have already recommended people to go. read more

I called to get the price on dip nails and was told $45. After they did my nails they charged me $50. Before I even got home from the salon, one of my nails were cracked. Within a week six of my nails were cracked. I've had dip nails done at different salons and this has never happened. read more

Had been looking for a place to go when I visit family here in Tulsa. I tried this place and it exceeded my expectations. I walked in on an afternoon weekday and there were a few customers already but they were able to seat me for a pedicure right away. I did the highest pedicure and LOVED it. Massage was great and took their time. Some places rush you through. Polish was done beautifully. Love the drink options too. Would've done the wine if I didn't have to drive after haha. Also because of covid they have you sign a statement agreeing that you haven't had the symptoms. And masks are required and even the pedicure stations have shields hanging down. And the foot tubs all have plastic liners. Place is very clean and very accommodating. I suggested to my sister in law to go and she went on a Saturday afternoon and though it was busy they got her in and she loved it. She has a new place to go from now on. read more

My wife went there yesterday, worst experience at a nail salon ever. The acrylics nails were uneven, way too thick, the powder dip she put on top was think and uneven, and my wife left crying with multiple cuticles bleeding. The nail tech was asked 4x to thin them out and each time thinned a tiny edge and then at the end said there was nothing else she could do because her nails were "too small" to do what was asked and she did not tell us that until she was completely done doing the nails. When we asked for a refund the answer was no. Ended up having to go to another nail salon to have them fixed. Definitely would not recommend. read more
