In the past, I had one "bad" experience at this location with some minor bleeding, however, since then I decided to go back and try again, and they have since continuously impressed me within checking to make sure the design, shape, and length is what I like before moving on. I don't go anywhere else now, as before I'd kind of just hopped around to see which salon I liked and ended up with iffy nails each time. I fully recommend checking this place out! Disappointing they change prices based on who does your nails. 30.00 for a kid under 5yrs old for polish shellac today is insane! Same place same kid in February same service was 17.00 for hands and feet to polish with shellac. When I show proof with pictures and bank statements they wanted to seem like it's regular polish. Been going here for a long time and very disappointed with this service and that instead of making it right Jessica just declines any future service. read more

So Mimi likes to brag about her ombré work being the best. She did a great job one time with very basic and simple ombré. So I sent her a photo of what I wanted and she said over and over and over how she could make my nails look just like the photo. Well, as you will see, my nails are nothing at all like the photo I sent. I was so angry that I had tears flowing. She absolutely lied about her skills with ombré. She even said my nails won't look like the photo because they photoshop pictures of nails. Well why tell me my nails will look like the photo? Why lie to me? I was there for 3 hours (1500 to 1800) to leave with absolutely UGLY nails. Never ever will I recommend this place for anything beyond one single basic color. Now she is texting me this morning to come back and have it fixed! It won't be free either! Really? Nope. I don't even have time to go anywhere else to get these ugly things fixed as my husband and I are getting ready to leave for Destin for our wedding anniversary. Just like another reviewer on here wanting beautiful nails for her honeymoon, we have now have ugly nails for our precious occasions. Mimi is still saying that the photo was touched up by photoshop, and my nails look like the photo. The audacity of her arguing with me! She has even indicated that I'm a bad person for calling her out. She's been blowing up my phone with texts. She keeps trying to make me feel bad by saying that I've hurt her feelings because I don't like how she did my nails. Needless to say I've had to block her. I stopped in here one evening because it was one of the few salons who were open until 8pm and I'm so glad I did. The employees worked so hard and were great! I added a massage and they customized a package for me. I wish I knew who did my pedicure because she was so kind & hardworking! The best part was that my tech really just paid attention to me, whereas I feel like a lot of salons are so busy that they just get you in and out super quick. I brought 4 other kids of mine in to simply get some fun nails. Both me and my sister had excessively sore nails for the rest of the day because they filled the nails so rough. I have never seen someone do dip the way they did and out of the 3 manicures that we got none of them got the correct shape of nail that we asked for. They also charged me way over and it was Labor Day weekend and when they refunded me I didn't get my money back till Tuesday and they made me pay in cash since they drain my bank account. Another thing I like is that this place doesn't really have that horrible chemical smell. You know the one. I mean, it doesn't smell like a dewey country meadow, but yeah. Less stank. As with any nail place on planet earth, they will try to upsell you about fifteen times. Overall, a great place to get a standard mani pedi. Stopped in on Wednesday as I was doing business in the area. Asked for clear powder dip. Julie stated they didn't have clear. Settled on nice basic color. Julie did 2 layers of color, and finished up with quick, uneven sanding and clear finish layer. The next day one nail chipped. It is Saturday and I have 3 chipped nails. Not to mention uneven nails where are growing out. I won't go back. Powder nails usually last me 2 weeks. Very, very disappointed. read more

This is the worst pedicure I've ever had, but you can't expect much in approximately 20 minutes! I want to preface my review by stating the salon was not busy. There were three employees and only one other customer, who came in after me to get a manicure. Towards the end of my "pedicure", another lady came in for a pedicure, but just one foot?! The person doing my pedicure was named "Julie". She was nice enough, but she did not do my cuticles, she did not try to remove any rough spots, she put lotion on my right leg, but not my left, and literally, the water was in the tub no longer than five minutes, no joke. She did the polish in less than four minutes, the base coat and two coats of color. I was thinking, I just wasted my money on something I rarely get to do and I will never come back. After I had the dryer on them for a few minutes, I took a closer look at the polish and it looked awful!!! There was an older woman working there and she noticed my disbelief and motioned for me to go back to the chair... I was so angry at that point, I could not be nice, so I left. Once I could be civil, I went back in and said I wanted them redone... it was blatantly obvious in the few minutes I was outside of the shop, I had been discussed. Julie came to me and I told her I wanted someone else to redo them. She said no, she would redo them and then she angrily said, "I do my job". If she would have done her job, I would not have returned. She also said it looked uneven because of the polish color I chose... the same O.P.I. pink I get every time I get a pedicure and the color she just removed... other than being able to see the new nail growth, it looked fine and was not uneven. There are a lot of nail salons in Broken Arrow, OK and if getting a pedicure is a real luxury for you as it is for me, I suggest you don't use this salon! read more

I'm new too Broken Arrow Oklahoma trying to find a new nail salon I went there got a full set acrylic gel polish they were very rough around the edges didn't file the sides so hard power was left. My left hand was shorter then the right And made 4 fingers bleed this was on a FRIDAY the day I got home my left hand pointer finger nail broke off completely Then left hand thumb nail paint chipped off then right hand thumb,pointer and middle all chipped off that was from day one to three I WENT BACK TUESDAY TO HAVE THEM FIX and they did fix it for free and now here I am Wednesday with my pinky nail completely off and right thumb paint chipped my mom had went for her first time that same Friday she got a SNS Dip but they aren't using SNS product she got a clear and it was full of air bubbles chipping and peeling we gave them 2-3 chances I won't be going back but they did good on my eye brows.
