my daughter went in to get her acrylics removed and was treated very poorly left chunks of acrylic. after she told him that there was still acrylic on her nail bed they argued and said no there was not when you can clearly see the chunks. Yes she paid but was very unsatisfied. read more

I love the service at this salon. In a pinch, I reach out on a Saturday evening about an hour before they were to close. To my surprise they took me in for a manicure and pedicure and did not do a rush job. They have my respect and my business. They are very accommodating and help to dial back those negative vibes with a relaxed setting. I even have a beverage selection should you need to wet your pallet. First time here. I went here based on the awesome reviews. Little awkward with the foyer as there doesn't seem to be a designated front desk, so you don't know really where to go. Plus, when I walked in literally NOBODY welcomed me. I had to ask someone to assist me. I had Wendy take care of me. My treatments were mostly in silence. She spent most of her time talking with other techs. It was pretty awkward. I paid over $100 for a mani and pedi with gel polish and it's been 4 days and the polish on my fingers is chipping already. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm a repeating customer and after a certain amount of times unfortunately they seem not to care as much. I went in for a dip and walked out with uneven, unfinished and sloppy nails. I kept asking for a fix and seem to come back with the same result. Unfortunately the employees look only at the tip. When checking out the man decided his own tip on my card!! Very unacceptable, unprofessional and not worth your time or money. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would.... Why I kept going back to a place that pass their regulars (of 20+years) off to newbie nail techs that don't do pedicures correctly. Seriously, after I call early in the day to make an appointment with the best person that gives pedicures and massages and even emphasizes about our last appt there a month prior, when I took my friend to get a pedicure and lo and behold, my friend gets the good nail tech who knows what they're doing and gives great massage my friend said and I get the newbie that doesn't even do the steps of a pedicure in the right order, ie: remove polish, clip nails, file, cuticle softener, push back cuticles, nippers, etc.. I know what it is, the nail techs make more money doing nails so once they have perfected, their craft, they do fingernails and leave the lowly pedicures to the newbies that just got their license and just came over from Vietnam. I'm not an idiot, I've seen it happen 1000 times with 1000 different nail techs over the years. Again, I'm seriously not a Karen and quite frankly, that phrase pisses me off so much now, how people automatically throw that phrase, OK KAREN, CALM DOWN! Because we are not allowed to expect the level of service we are paying for? If we speak up and/or ask to speak to a manager for whatever the reason, see you automatically get labeled as a Karen. There's been so many times I have been unhappy with my nails or feet in the 25- 30 years I've been getting my nails done. I used to not say anything. I would just walk out and quit going back to that location or sometimes assume that it was the person, not the place. But when we get to the exfoliation of legs part of the process, seriously, she was barely touching my calves. And then, the same thing happened when we got to the massage part of the pedicure, I had to stop her and say, listen, you need to put more pressure, I can barely feel that, excuse me maam, YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO RUB HARDER THAN THAT!! A few minutes later, I literally could not take it any longer, I was about to flip out, mainly because it was so light, it was almost tickling. "Omg, Hey Please JUST STOP... I can rub lotion on my legs my damn self!!!! I'm not paying you 65.00 for a freaking pedicure with 10 min extra massage, and receive below level services. I'm done. Please just paint my toes and be done. The owner comes over and they talk in their language. You know they're talking shit about you, just don't know what they're saying. And then the owner scoots the old lady over and tries to start rubbing on my legs. She says "Shi OUL n Frauwl, no muscle no mo, but I do fo yooou. Dare, dat fewl goid?" No it doesn't, it's still not hard enough, ma'am please just stop. Again with them jabbering on about me in their language. And I was so over it it took everything in me to stay there while they painted my toes and pay for the damn appointment. After the new owners took over, a year or so ago, that place has gone to hell in a handbasket. I used to take both of my girls in there once a month. Dip/tip nails for all three of us and pedicures, brow waxing, etc albeit, they had kid pedicures, I still couldn't get out of there without spending 300.00 every time. I've came here for a couple of months, i have loved my service so much here with sarah she is great! But i came in this week and got my nails done on a saturday today is monday and my nail has already broke. First guy i had was awesome he was so happy singing and being funny. Then i get my tech and i don't know his name but he was very hateful and rude. He was yanking my hand and just being awful. Worst experience i've had with this place and probably won't come back. read more

i told them multiple times that my nails had been previously done so they were already sensitive, but even knowing that they still burnt my nail beds, they used dirty nail files, drill bits, and buffers. i went there because they had good reviews, but i was exceeding mistaken, the nails are pretty at least!! read more
