The manicure was initially done terribly and started peeling within a day. The pedicure lasted about 3 days. Decided to go in to get a partial refund for the manicure the day of my flight. They were very rude and refused to make it right. They offered to fix it, but my flight was in a couple of hours and I wasn't going to cut everyone in line. They fought with me for almost 20 minutes before ruining the rest of my manicure and then throwing me 1/4 of what I paid. I showed them the glazed donut nails and just got a light pink.

This gift card was paid for. It's not like double stacking discounts. And my other question was why I was charged $15.00 more because of the acrylic powder being removed and new being applied. Plus, after a week my nail is already chipped. This is the solar polish. So, if one is already chipped, I can't wait to see if my other nails are going to as well. I get my nails done professionally because I want them to last more than 1 week before chipping. I could do my own nails for less money and need to do them every week at this rate. Very very disappointed that after I gave the business a second chance after they charged me for a service I hadn't received. I called the business, and they insisted that I stop in. After a long day at work I had to stop in and answer the same exact question 3 times. No, I didn't get a pedicure. Once my gift card is used up, I will not be returning to this nail salon. I wouldn't be so upset or concerned if the main shop owner, Tony, didn't spend the whole hour bragging about his products, tools and how great he is. The other tech next to him would even roll her eyes sometimes. And THEN told me how bad my regular nail lady in Dallas is. My dip nails consistently last 2-3 weeks with no cracks or peels and my nails are always strong and healthy. What he did lasted 4.5 days. And now my nails are broken and flimsy. The other tech seemed nice. If you come here, don't let Tony touch your hands.
