I would avoid this salon at all costs. Spent $100 after tip for a mani and pedi. I opted to spend extra for gel, since I was getting them done for a wedding in another country. The manicure was initially done terribly and started peeling within a day. The pedicure lasted about 3 days. Decided to go in to get a partial refund for the manicure the day of my flight. They were very rude and refused to make it right. They offered to fix it, but my flight was in a couple of hours and I wasn't going to cut everyone in line. They fought with me for almost 20 minutes before ruining the rest of my manicure and then throwing me 1/4 of what I paid. I showed them the glazed donut nails and just got a light pink. read more

I asked for recommendations and out of the many I got I chose LV. I got a mani pedi, but was disappointed. The pedicure was nice, but the nails I felt were lacking. It was hard to hear the nail tech through the glass barrier and mask, which I understand, but somehow at the end she gave me my total and my nails weren't painted. I asked if she was going to paint my nails because that's what I had asked for and she said, "oh my god. It's not going to look good, pay first." So I paid and felt really uncomfortable. My whole nail isn't even painted on a lot of my nails. I showed my manicure to a few friends and every single person said I should go back and have them fix it. I went here for many years when Van ran it and I always had the best experience. She always went the extra mile and was always so pleasant and fun to talk with. I was reluctant to go back when I heard she moved to California. Anyhow, my husband got me a gift card so I figured I would give them a shot. First off, I called and made appointments for 3 people and asked if they could accommodate us all at the same time yet I had to wait nearly 30 mins, leaving my party to sit and wait for me. Next the lady who did my feet cut my big toe nails way to short, left polish on my skin around my toes and the massage that Van would do, she did nothing but slap lotion on. The hot stones she did put in effort though. She convinced me to do a full set on my nails. I told her I would like them almond shaped, they were done way to pointy and 2 are crooked. Again polish on side of 2 fingers. For $95 I would expect superb service. What it all boils down to is they were slammed busy, but they don't turn away anyone so their employees rush to get to the next person even if you have an appointment to secure your time, so this doesn't happen , which makes them not do a thorough job. Other nail salons will tell people that they will have to wait for such and such a time and if they want to wait, they can have a seat or they are completely booked. When I got there they were pretty busy so they asked if I could just come back in an hour instead of just having me sit there and when I came back in an hour they got me right in and had someone waiting for me. I wanted to try the dip nails since my sister in law has been raving about them so much. Louis did my nails and he was wonderful, they've never chipped in the 4 weeks that I've had them. My nails are not covered in polish on 7/10 nails. There are bubbles in the polish. The polish is unevenly painted. Was looking on here for a place to get my toes done and this place caught my eye. So glad I came here! This is one of the few places I've found in Tulsa that use that darn cheese grater. I know it's not the best for you, but my feet need it. My heels are super dry and they feel much more soft. My technician paid attention to detail and got in the troublesome spots of my nails. $5 off Monday Tuesday and Wednesday for pedicures! This was my second time to this salon. The first time was a little hectic but this second time was unacceptable. I had an appointment for a pedicure and a dip manicure at 11am, and when I arrived it was obvious that they had overbooked. They then proceeded to ask if I could come back later! I said "no, I made an appointment for 11am". They got me a seat and rushed my entire appointment, it was not relaxing one bit which was very disappointing. I asked for my nails and toe to match in color. They painted my nails pink and my toes purple... One of my nails was shorter than the others, and the guy asked if I wanted a nail extension but I said no, it would grow. He asked me if I wanted him to cut all of my nails down, but I said no because I don't like my nails short. So I saw that this place had 4 stars and cheaper prices. Decided to see the hype, it was my first time here. (I cheated on my regular spot). My mistake. I wanted to take off my acrylic nails and get a regular manicure. I don't know who helped me but it's all the same. She proceeds to take off the acrylic with those nail tips. It's uncomfortable just thinking about it because they are separating your real nail from the acrylic and sometimes when rushed it can be painful. Most times I understand when they hurt you on the first nail because they have to judge your tolerance. But when I mention it's painful twice, your not listening. Still I gave her hope. When it came to filing my nails, I had one pretty short but the rest were nicely long. I told her make them even but that would mean all would be short to make it even. Not sure what she heard but I had to correct her several times. I just wanted to grab the nail file and do it myself. I think I even offered to do it myself. And she seems to be getting slightly annoyed but I don't blame her, I was annoyed too! She didn't understand nor was she trying to have common sense to understand. I was still sitting in the chair, giving her hope. But I was let down. I ended up leaving before she could paint my nails. I just could not wait to get in my car and fix them. read more
