Amazing! Always happy with my nails and the people who work there are sooooo nice!!!!!

It's a shame that I have a gift card to use here. I'm not so happy with the business. It's a shame that the owners can't acknowledge when you send a message to them via Facebook. They don't answer emails. Nothing. I have questions on why Military discounts are not honored when using a gift card. Sounds to me like false advertising when you advertise military/teacher discount on Tuesdays. There's absolutely nothing mentioned about no discounts if one uses a gift card. This gift card was paid for. It's not like double stacking discounts. And my other question was why I was charged $15.00 more because of the acrylic powder being removed and new being applied. Plus, after a week my nail is already chipped. This is the solar polish. So, if one is already chipped, I can't wait to see if my other nails are going to as well. I get my nails done professionally because I want them to last more than 1 week before chipping. I could do my own nails for less money and need to do them every week at this rate. Very very disappointed that after I gave the business a second chance after they charged me for a service I hadn't received. I called the business, and they insisted that I stop in. After a long day at work I had to stop in and answer the same exact question 3 times. No, I didn't get a pedicure. Once my gift card is used up, I will not be returning to this nail salon. It would NOT take long to answer my questions. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AT 918 Nails. They don't OFFER Military/teachers discounts IF you are using a gift card. False advertising on their part. No mention of it on the website that one can't get a discount when you paid for a gift card. read more

Ivy did my nails and she did extremely well! I'm always asking for designs, and most artists don't do them very well, but Ivy ate it up!! There was a bit of a wait, but it was sooo worth it! Salon is very clean and peaceful inside. Prices aren't too bad either. read more

Very rude technicians. I paid for the tier 2 pedicure and didn't get a foot massage. They also didn't trim under my toenails or do the grater on my foot. I came in a group of 5 and they were all so bothered by that and proceeded to be really annoyed with the fact we were there. My friend had to wait 30 minutes to be attended to and they didn't tell her that they didn't have the color she picked out and went with a different color. However, the tools were dirty. Came here because the only review mentioned that the salon is clean. Nope! I was the first customer this morning and I was taken to a visibly dirty pedicure station. After requesting that the chair/attached tables be cleaned, I noticed the debris on the floor surrounding each pedicure station around me. The pedicurist pulled out a nasty, used emory board. I had to ask for a new one. The pedicure was okay, but there was a huge language barrier. A request to skip the calf massage and lotion was not understood. The pedicurist's tool box was dirty also. Several squirt bottles had dried gunk on the caps. I WON'T RETURN The salon is spacious and attractive. But I'll take CLEAN over attractive ANY DAY. I have two photos that aren't loading here. We were driving around. I needed a pedicure. We saw this place and decided to give it a try. Went in thinking there might be a wait. Nope, luckily I was seated immediately. Okay good so far. The place is spotless and beautiful. So as hes working on my toes he gets to the point where he should be trimming with clippers but doesn't. But starts fileing them but barely touches the nail. As if to pretend to do that step. That seemed odd. So I still need my toenails trimmed. And my feet are still dry. I opted for the second tier pedicure which include callus removal. I still have calluses, dry feet and untrimmed nails. I said something about it they say oh I didn't want to hurt you. Looks like on other reviews people complained of rough treatment or being cut. They're now afraid to do what the pedicure calls for. I feel paid for services I did not get. I probably won't be back. read more
