Considering it was a holiday weekend, the wait wasn't too long. This place gets busy! We were greeted quickly and quoted 20 mins so we walked down Main St. a bit and came back. Upon picking our colors and getting seated, we waited about 15 more mins. The atmosphere here is really nice and modern! Large TVs but no subtitles was a bummer. My shellac manicure came great! Went to the lake afterwards and the polish is still in tact which is a great sign! $30 for shellac manicure is pretty fair in my experience. read more

$253 for 2 pedicures and manicures (myself and my daughter - for my wedding) that were rushed, poorly completed and no explanation of the additional charges we received. Several of our nails are chipping (we are 5 days in) and part of my thumb nail wasn't even completely painted. While in the pedicure chair my arm was forced to be pushed across my body to work on my fingernails. Wouldn't it be easier to just wait until the pedicure is done to work on the hands?!? read more

Although its cute and clean in there, My Nails are soo rushed and not professional looking at all (please refer to photo taken 2 days later per writing review). I got the dip, and it is not santized at all, if you're getting your nails dipped, be mindful that everyone's fingers as already been in there. Instead of pouring th diping powder into a different cup, they managed to have me dip my nasty fingers 10 -20 times. So, goodluck getting my dead skin cells in your nails. not worth the price. all that to say, if you want your little 13 year old sister to do your nails, come to this place. The worst part is i'm asian, and these asian people dont even speak english. How annoying! for example question asked " how long have you been doing nails" . I LOVE it here! It's clean, new, and the employees are always helpful and attentive. I go to Bryan and he is the BEST! His wife Kelsey is also amazing! If you're looking for a fun clean place this is definitely it. They do get busy just like anywhere else, so I would consider making an appointment if you're on a time crunch. They also have "happy hour" specials every weekday which is different from anywhere else I've been. I definitely recommend! read more

I would give a zero if I could.... I took my niece & her 2.5 year old to get mani/pedis. Paid $130. We were kept in the pedicure chair for the manicures as he pulled my right arm across my chest (36DD) to do my right hand - so uncomfortable. My niece is breast feeding so I imagine she was even more uncomfortable. When they were done we were left there with no shoes, and wet nails (they didn't put us under a dryer or anything) with a 2.5 year old.... The lotion dried out my hands and the polish chipped the next day. Now 2 days later all the polish is gone from the tips of my nails and as a world traveler who loves mani/pedis. I will never visit this place again. read more

They were not up front about their prices. We asked questions and all they kept saying was "yeah ok." My nails were nothing like I asked for. She didn't even say she could not do the design. Just said ok and then messed them up. My daughters nails fell off within 24 hours and mine were cracked and chipping in less than 48 hours. This place was extremely overpriced, unfriendly and not good at all. I will never return to this salon. read more

Went today for a pedicure. The girl I had did a terrible job. She went through the motions quickly and missed a lot. She was very distracted and looking around at everything the entire time and all the steps were very brief and barely anything completed. Don't waste your money, we will not be going back. read more

I paid $95 for a pedicure, It was a splurge! Hadn't been able to get out for a long while a year! It was so rushed and it was more of a $25 dollar pedicure! Lady seemed distracted looking at her phone, like she didn't want to be there! Set timers and was off doing other things as timer was running! Then another lady trying to do manicure at same time! I was so uncomfortable I couldn't even enjoy either! I paid $140 that's with a tip, well bc I'm not rude! It's just not a place I thought it was. Wish it was a better experience! We loved our pedicures! Very reasonably priced and discounts on top of that too. The space is new, very clean and modern! Super large space so you're not cramped in with a bunch of people. I'm torn writing this because I had my nails done here previously and they did a great job. However, my birthday is this week so I went with a couple girlfriends to get our toes done for some pampering. We had a 2pm appointment and they did not start on my toes until 2:50. Then nail techs kept going to other customers that had gotten there after me. I even asked if the water could just be turned on and was more or less ignored. I also mentioned something about celebrating my birthday so you'd think that would have made a difference but it didn't. By 3:25 my "rose district special" pedicure was over and the friends I came with started before me and finished quite a time after. I will say their polish had to be removed, but still. $60 later, I'm disappointed and won't be returning for a pedicure. read more

I got my nails done today from here. Not a great experience. They were in a rush seemed like it. They are bubbles in my nails. they ripped some of my skin off. Made my sister bleed. Then didn't even dry my sisters hands. Left with her nails wet. My nails are not filed good. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Definitely in a rush. read more
