She uses a steamer to open up your pores and then gets to work. It was so relaxing and the products she uses smell like fruit and something I'd eat. She mentioned they're natural products which I love since my skin is sensitive and can react to harsh chemicals. At the end, it felt like my skin was breathing. Jocelyn gave me a bunch of skin tips and said next time I can schedule a FreshGlo Facial, an ultimate deep cleanse facial focusing on nourishing the skin and targeting main concerns. Even the next day, my skin felt so soft and different from before. I'm hoping I can try the Dermapro Dermaplaining, where she uses a surgical blade to remove the topmost layer of dead skin along with peach fuzz. I've seen videos of this and it looks great! I ended the service after about 35 minutes. The response afterward was frustrating. I was told I could not adjust the charge because I had booked the wrong type massage, was offered a discount for a future visit despite living out of town, and paid the full $180. The owner later offered a 50% refund, but I only received $65 and still have not received a follow-up call. The spa itself has a lot of potential, but the service and follow-through did not meet expectations. Be sure to carefully review treatment descriptions before booking.

You want details??? Here they are!!! I was treated here for several years for acne (all throughout high school and college). I only saw the PA, Ashley, who was great! I never met Dr. Alexander though, which is weird because he was co-signing all of the charts as if he saw me everytime. The first time I went to the med spa, I got a facial, and she did a very poor job. She even missed a few of the areas I asked her to target. The second time I went was for a Fraxel consultation. They told me my skin needed to be "more clear" but neglected to tell me HOW to get my skin clearer nor give me any resources to do such. Regardless, I started on spironolactone and got my skin as clear as it's ever been. I had to wait 6 months to be re-evaluated (was out of country), but when I finally went in, they told me there were still "signs of inflammation" (acne marks, which is exactly what I'm trying to get rid of??), so they refused to consider fraxel, and then they proceeded to cancel my microneedling with RF that was scheduled for that day. I even offered to sign something saying I wouldn't sue if something happened, but they refused. I was SO disappointed because I had been looking forward to this for MONTHS. It gets worse though. I had Botox scheduled right after, and guess what? Someone made a mistake and booked someone else during what was supposed to be my appointment. They were trying to fix it and find me a new time, but I just left and never went back (and I never will). And guess what? I went to another med spa, and they did microneedling with RF THE VERY NEXT DAY - no issues at all with it. I was even cleared by their dermatologist for it right before. She did an AWESOME job. My skin looks great, all of the "inflammation" and mild acne they pointed out was eradicated by that laser. Let's see if they try to remove this one
