So I decided to go with the stand up tanning, red light therapy and the Alpha 2010 all in one sweet one month package along with the Fit Burn and the oh so amazing Prismatica tanning lotion (I'll never use anything else). Although the therapist asked my pressure preference and I specifically requested firmer work for neck and lower back pain, the massage remained extremely light, felt choppy, was not relaxing, and lacked technique even after I asked for more pressure. I ended the service after about 35 minutes. The response afterward was frustrating. I was told I could not adjust the charge because I had booked the wrong type massage, was offered a discount for a future visit despite living out of town, and paid the full $180. The owner later offered a 50% refund, but I only received $65 and still have not received a follow-up call. The spa itself has a lot of potential, but the service and follow-through did not meet expectations. Be sure to carefully review treatment descriptions before booking.
