All the beds were level ones (20 min)- and I didn't really get the prices on the other products/services that were offered. Pay for your session by month or singles. The owner keeps track of when she changed her bulbs last- and you can request a bulb with older, mid, or brand new bulbs. The best part is there is no cap on the amount of time before the bed starts for lotion. When you're ready to start your time- you push a button (it takes me longer than 5 mins so this is a plus). When I was there last they sold a range of lotions/packets and carried the emerald bay line. Pre-approval is needed on any lotions brought into and used while tanning in the beds. Loved this place. Hours are what I call "small town hours" ( close early/closed if owner is ill/weekend hours are shorter or the salon is not open). Other than the hours- love it!!!

I've had to contact Living Social for a refund. The girls who work the front desk are rude and lack common courtesy or manners. I can't comment on the service of the manager and/or owner because I can't him/her to return my call or messages. The first time I called I was told the "spray tanner lady" was going to be taking half-days that week. I requested a different time and when one rude girl called me back to ask if I could make a different time work, I said sure, why not? So I left work mid-day, drove across town only to be told that the "spray tanner lady" again, wasn't there. I tried to reschedule, and never heard back from them. I work in a similar industry so the fact that customers (albeit not regular customers) are flat ignored when Beach City has already received its money is appalling to me. ProTip: If you don't have time to offer a discounted service, don't.
