I was so very looking forward to going and getting a massage and facial. However it said it would send me a confirmation and i had to call two days in a row and still never received one. They do their booking through a third party company that talks about being able to do it in payments which i thought was a neat idea, but when I called they had no clue what I was talking about. No problem Im use to paying it all at the same time anyway. However, The day before they also called and said they had to rearrange the times of my services and they also needed me to put a $100 deposit down even though my card was already on file and I'm glad I took a picture of the receipt showing of when I did my booking showing that all money was due at service. This was my first visit, which I selected based on reviews I found here on Yelp. It was a great experience. Ladies locker room has a sauna that you can use before and/or after your services. The facility is very clean and relaxing, and they have an sauna in both locker rooms to use as well as a floating bath. I got a massage by Tristan and did an awesome job. I'm really surprised by the reviews here- but I'd like to draw attention to the fact that this reviews are MUCH older, maybe 2+ years older! I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and searched for a prenatal massage after my last few at other places have been subpar. I was hesitant to try this place based on the old reviews. I was pleasantly surprised! The lady at the front desk was so sweet & helpful with my questions when I booked over the phone. I was also hesitant because they do not have a pregnancy pillow with the hole in the middle of the table with the hole in the middle and require that you lay on your side. I HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT! Laying on your side is SO much better! I was able to lay on my back for the front portion of the massage. Jennifer was my masseuse and she was great. I'm very direct and I appreciated that she listened to my preferences and applied pressure to different areas as I requested. She also stopped midway through to see if I needed to use the restroom since my massage was 90 minutes- super thoughtful of her! She did a great job at being friendly and remaining professional. I also appreciated that she massaged the upper portion of my glutes and hips in a completely professional way. I will DEFINITELY go back here! read more

In short: beautiful waiting area. Blah to poor locker rooms. Message was okay. In detail: I got a groupon for this message which was supposed to be a Swedish 60min. When I called to schedule I told receptionist I was pregnant, she told me there would be an extra $20 charge* (see below) ANYWAY, not the worst thing in the world, so scheduled anyway. Front entrance is lackluster, just a desk really and sorta smelled like someone was heating up their lunch, but then she showed me there waiting area; a beautiful low lit, peaceful music playing, tea sipping area. I was pleasantly surprised. Then she showed me the "locker room" it was like a bad gym bathroom. Toilet in a separate area, no sink, fluorescent lighting, sad decor. And compared to the waiting area I was shocked. The message was okay, not the best and not the worst I had ever had. Therapist was friendly but a little loose in the hands*. I give her 3 stars. Went and showered, which had ample hot water, but I was met with sad shower curtains and cheap soap. So all in all an alright choice for a message but not your relaxation destination. The search continues for the best spa in Tulsa. * I think this is discrimination, but have run into this before. Not sure what the extra 20 is for.... Took my wife for couples spa day. WOW! Loved every second. We did the Date night package. They asked what spots needed help and took extra time working out soreness. Was great about going harder or lighter in spots. I would recommend anyone needing a personal touch and walk out better than when you went in, to try this place. read more

My husband and I went here today and we LOVED it!! We sat in the hydrotherapy tub for about half an our and that started our relaxation.. After we got out we got our slippers and robes on and went and to the serenity room and had some infused water that was delicious while we waited for the Esthetician to come back and take us to our room to get our procedures done.. My Esthetician, Ashlee was amazing!! She gave me the best facial I have ever had.. It was soo relaxing it put me to sleep.. She even gave me a hand and foot sugar scrub while the facial set.. It was soo relaxing and Ashlee was just wonderful.. While I was getting my facial done my husband was next to me getting a full body swiss massage by Angelica.. She was awesome!! She gave just the right amount of pressure.. After we were done and were leaving , the owner Manda asked us how everything was and we let her know how pleased we were.. Everyone there was so very friendly and very professional.. We both left completely relaxed.. Went for a couples package with massages and facials. My massage was prenatal and it was terrible. She did nothing but rub oils etc on me. There was NO massaging! She did use the hot stones which felt good, but it would have been nice to get an actual massage. They ask your trouble areas I guess so they won't touch them. She literally didn't touch my lower back at all. My facial was pretty good and the girl was super sweet. I got that after my massage and it just made me more upset because she applied more pressure to my chest, neck and face then I got on my body :/ Happy Anniversary to us... read more
