There are too many people in this world already trying to take more money than what they are allowed. The management at this gym is just terrible. I usually went early in the morning since I often had the room to myself. The studio is open 24/7, and while staff have set business hours, you can always access the building with your phone. Occasionally, they even provided essential oils to enhance the atmosphere, which was such a nice touch. Before entering the sauna, you'll need their special yoga mat (shoes stay outside), and there are cubbies to store your belongings. Beyond the saunas, there's also a weight room so you can round out your training with strength exercises.
