This review is for massage services only. I had a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Amber, who is more than a massage therapist -- she is a real healer. She definitely talks with you beforehand to find out where you perceive your problem areas to be -- but it's almost a waste of time: She'll know. And she discovers problem areas you didn't even know you had! Amber is also a wealth of information about all things naturopathic. She doesn't push anything, she answers questions and shares if you're interested. Overall, I just thought her skills and knowledge shone through, and I left feeling rejuvenated and pain-free for the first time in a very long time. Loved the energy in the place -- it's inviting out front, and super clean. Once you head into the back where the massage and float rooms are, the lights go down, and the energy is so meditative and restful. If I lived in Tulsa, I would come here for massages regularly. Whenever I do return to the area, though, I plan to make a return trip to H2Oasis a priority! read more

We were from out of town and they were running a special on the float, oxygen with oils, and tea. Let me say, we were "first timers" and if we lived there...we would go often. Workers were great...especially one who we didn't ask her name (she may have been owner) that made it a point to engage with us. The teas were excellent (both took recommendations). The price for one! Complete rip off waste of money! I can't believe I wasted 87 dollars on a damn salt water bath. These hippy freaks robbed me of 2.5hrs of my life and yes it was relaxing or whatever but the whole time I lay there thinking this is boring af and if this costs more then 20 bucks ima be upset I get to the end of what felt like days the tea was gross and the people that go to this place have more money then they have sense. I highly recommend arriving early to enjoy a tea from their huge selection of teas in addition to the oxygen bar. With the oxygen bar you'll get to choose the essential oil blend to be used. When it comes to the actual float they have multiple options to choose from. I was in room 3 and didn't feel claustrophobic at all. Myself, my wife, and our two friends took advantage of the first time session special. For an hour float, 30 minute oxygen bar, and tea after the float session, it was $50. The facility itself is immaculately clean. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly whether walking you through the oil options, tea, and the basics of the float. The experience as a whole was incredible. I really think the processing period after the float itself was awesome too. You go into a room with couches and chairs and drink tea to relax. It was definitely worth the trip and money. While this is not something I would do as often as a massage, I would absolutely do this a couple times a year. read more

I had a lovely experience for my first float at H2oasis. I had been in before for oxygen and tea, and decided to go ahead and try my first float. The first float deal included a 20 minute oxygen session, an hour float pod, and a pot of tea. The price was advertised as $49. Apparently I ordered a premium tea, because I was charged four dollars extra, but still, totally worth the whole experience. I was there from 9:45 AM until 1 PM. You don't have to stay that long, but I brought a book and enjoyed the meditation room and common spaces after my float. I couldn't believe I was practically the only one hanging in those beautiful rooms! I would go back and order a pot of tea just to hang out there. It's like a library but cozier! The staff was so so kind and helpful. It turns out floating is not for me, I just get bored too easily. But I'll be back for oxygen and when I need some Zen moments in my life. read more

Everyone here is so nice, and the float rooms are the cleanest spa area I've ever seen. The float tanks are the highest quality you can get and are actually used in research right for anxiety. A float also makes you feel like you've had a deep tissue massage! The oxygen therapy makes you feel so good too, before or after your float! I recommend th is experience for everyone! read more

I did a single 60 minute float, and had tea afterwards. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The tea was also very tasty. I found the float pool to be mostly relaxing, except for one small issue. I'm a healthy young woman, and I don't have any infections, tearing, etc. but my coochie started burning when I got in the pool. If I could do it all over again, I would use the Vaseline they provided before entering the float pool. As it turns out burning can occur in women depending on where you are in your cycle. For someone that needs to relax, this is the place. You need to remember that what you are doing is sensory deprivation. If you lie awake at night, and all of the 'noise' of your daily life keeps you awake, this may, or may not, help you. I am a firm believer that this has helped me relax and gain control of my thoughts. So, couples float therapy - 1323 pounds of Epsom salt dissolved in 317 gallons of water, eleven inches deep, heated to 93 degrees, nakey and complete darkness. Verrrry interesting! We got the newbie deal and kind of felt like we were treated like step children because we didn't pay full price. We were told to get there 15" early but signed waiver taking 2" and were ignored the rest of the time. We were shown to our room, told the basics and got in. The experience itself was relaxing once you let go. However we thought they should've asked us if we needed the bathroom first and shown us where it was, provided a robe on case we needed to get out for urgent reasons, provided a locker for our items outside of a hot steamy environment, and perhaps leave water to drink in the area as we were parched and over heated once we finished. We found out afterwards they do provide those things, they just weren't offered to us. Also, they should probably tell you not to shave/wax the same day you float as it may irritate your skin, and they provided an antibiotic ointment, NOT vasoline as stated, so I would be reluctant to use it on personal area. Over all clean with friendly, although not informative staff. read more

We had kind of a disappointing experience. My boyfriend got nauseous/sick. We weren't warned that this might happen. It was also not enjoyable trying to get redressed in a VERY humid and hot room (89/90 degrees). Clothes were sticking to us as we tried to get dressed, we were very sweaty. You should have a cooler room to change in and robes should be provided to walk to a new changing room. That would be a much better dressing experience. Our teas were not good/not enjoyable and we are not very picky. He got a chocolate drink which we were told was $1 with our first time discount and we were charges $4 for it (mostly just annoying). My tea was not good, very bland, was not offered any sweetener. We thought it was complementary, but we were charged. Again, just annoying. The real complaint was stagnant air/not enough air flow making him very sick and very uncomfortable changing condition. read more

First time float won't be the last. My wife gave me a gift certificate for a float for Valentine's Day 2017 and I just now got around to using it. I've always been interested in what used to be called a sensory deprivation tank or "isolation tanks" as described by John Lilly back in the '60s. H2Oasis has a great website with all kinds of useful information about what is available, what to expect, etc., including a great way to reserve your float. They also offer oxygen aroma therapy, massages and even have a little tea house with a variety of herbal teas available in their relaxation room. I booked a noon float in the "pod", which is a cool-looking single person tank with a closeable lid on it. I was given a tour beforehand. It's good to arrive at least 15 minutes early on your first visit. The room had its own shower with provided shampoo and soap. You have to shower beforehand and then climb in. The room locks from the inside, so you're never bothered. They provide ear plugs which I used. It was extremely comfortable (water is at room temp) and 11 inches deep. You can't sink. The lights go out and you have the choice of closing the lid completely or leaving it up. I first lowered it all the way, but it seemed a little too warm, so I raised it up a crack and it was perfect. I swear the hour seemed to only take 15 - 20 minutes. I never fell asleep, and did a little mindfulness meditation, watching how my thoughts seemed to continually intrude. I did get "Come and Get Your Love" by Redbone stuck in my head for a few minutes which was kind of fun. After an hour, the lights slowly come up and I raised the lid and climbed out. The floor can be a little slick but they provide a bath mat and big towel to use after you shower again. After dressing I spent a few minutes in the Relaxation Room which was very nice. I was offered water. I declined tea this time but look forward to doing it again. The staff was very friendly and professional, and the place was very clean. Wish I hadn't waited so long to do this.
