I say this as a Chinese person from China this is some of the worst bubble tea I've tried in my life. The tea is flavored with powder and the tea is low quality and over steeped. This results in a bitter tea that's chalky. I don't recommend it for anyone, especially for the price. read more

A friend took me here and I was skeptical because there are so many boba places and most are mediocre. It sits in a plaza along with many other drink and pho places on 71st. Very solid boba spot and they also have mochi donuts! The boba selection here is extensive, with more flavors, sweetness options, and plenty of milk options to go with different dietary restrictions. They also have some card and board games for folks to play while they enjoy their treats! This has made it a regular spot for my little one and I to enjoy between school and dance. I really enjoy that I can have a refreshing tea, while she has a smoothie, and we can chat and bond while playing 'Guess Who' or another one of the games they have. Staff are always helpful and they greet patrons with a smile. My favorite drink is the winter mint tea with minimum sugar and crystal boba-the best for a refreshing, lite option! Boba wasn't very good at all (rock hard in the middle, not chewy or "qq" and definitely tasted as if it was cooked the day before). Ambience is your typical boba shop where high school, college and us wanna be young folks hang, chat, and play games. Service... very quick. One girl was doing all the orders and transactions whereas the guy was making all the stuff. I just didn't appreciate them staring me down and tapping their thumb on the counters as I looked at their menu... (-1 star). Location and parking... located in what feels like an abandoned plaza and next to a tasty viet restaurant as well as adjacent to the WinCo plaza. Parking is highly available and easily found; however, I have no idea if it is monitored at all as I have yet to see a security guard, officer, etc. Is this a must try? No. BUT if you never had a mochi donut in your life... Yes! They are hard to reheat though because of the frosting so please don't have high standards and expectations! read more

Best bubble tea in Tulsa!! This is the perfect stop or hangout spot for a refreshing drink. I can only speak for the tea and fruity flavors since I cannot drink dairy. However, they do have many alternative dairy options. I love how the tea flavor is very high quality and strong. I rotate between a mango green tea w/mango jelly or a sea salt jasmine tea (50-70% sugar). My drinks are always not too sweet, which is perfect for my taste. I went in thinking I was going to get the ube flavor (which would have been my first time tying that), from looking at some of the menu pics beforehand, but when I got there it wasn't on the menu. When I asked (thinking I may just be overlooking it) they told me they don't do that flavor anymore. So, my second choice was taro (which I had also never tried before, and knew was fairly similar anyway). I got mine with mango jellies and jasmine tea. Of course, the color is so fun! That's one of the things that drew me to wanting to try it in the first place. Plus I heard it's kind of a mild vanilla-esque flavor so I thought I'd like the taste too. Honestly, I wasn't a huge fan of the taro... which is a shame because it's so pretty!! It's one of those flavors that I can see how others would still enjoy it though. I knew it would be starchy based on what it is, but I guess it was more than I was expecting. I just couldn't quite get past it, and to me it felt like that starch was the primary flavor when I think I was thinking it'd kind of just be there along for the ride with the primary flavor being that mild vanilla, instead of the reverse. I will say, I was still able to finish the drink, though it took me quite a bit longer than normal. In the (long) time took me to drink, it did start to grow on me. I'm not sure if it was because my taste buds got more and more used to it, the ice was melting more and more and diluting the taro flavor/ texture, if the flavor of the mango jellies became more prominent as I drank the liquid/ there was more of the jelly than liquid toward the end/ the mango jellies eventually infused some extra sweetness the longer they were in there.... all of the above?.... I don't know, but what I can say is it was slightly better to me at the end than in the beginning. So definitely not bad, especially not to the extent that I couldn't stand it or anything, just really not something I'd order there again probably. While the flavor was probably closer to 3 stars, it's not because it was bad but just a personal preference, so that's not anything they did!! Hopefully I'll go back and get a flavor I like much better next time. read more

Great prices! The best I've seen around Tulsa honestly. It was a bit later so I went with the lychee lemonade by itself and it was so delicious . I tried a sip of the strawberry matcha latte and it was also delicious and unique. I'm not the biggest fan of matcha due to bitterness but the strawberry helps balance it out nicely. I also tried of sip of the winter melon milk tea and it was also tasty. My group got the strawberry mochi ice cream, strawberry mochi donut and Oreo mochi donut. Everything was so good! They have lots of board games in the back that you can borrow, which we always do. The employees are nice and always patient when we take forever to decide what we want! As one of the few boba shops here in Tulsa, I should've known to keep my expectations low. It looks like one of those boba shops you visit when you're in a pinch and not exactly a spot you anticipate returning to. They have a fall menu and a nice, full menu with plenty of options. But my god, I spent just about $7 on a large strawberry matcha latte. The only thing that envelops your mouth is the sweet strawberry jam and then you get a hit of bitterness at the end of every sip. The flavor balance was just off and truly disappointing. My siblings had a Taro milk tea and a salted Jasmine green tea. Two things: the Taro milk tea tasted nothing reminiscent of a Taro milk tea and the salted Jasmine green tea was weak in tea flavor. They took a couple sips and ended up trashing their drinks. It's really nice seeing more bubble tea shops popping up in Tulsa. This place may be my new favorite bubble/boba tea store. Brewed from loose tea leaves, their tea had quite a kick. They are having a soft launch till the end of the year, so you can get three drinks for the price of two. All toppings were complimentary too. My husband likes his Sea Salt Oolong. It's Oolong tea that has a layer of creamy and salty foam. My friend ordered the Sea Salt Coffee, and he liked his too. I love my Honey Black Milk Tea with herbal jelly. I think the herbal jelly is softer and less chewy than the other jelly if you are ok with the black color. Haha We really should have ordered a cup of green milk tea for our complimentary drink, so that we can try all three types of tea, but I ordered another black milk tea to bring home. Their boba topping was soft and chewy. You can definitely taste the honey that was used when they cook their boba. Lastly, don't forget to adjust your sugar and ice level. Their standards for fresh, true tea flavor and natural and not artificial tasting milks and add ons is exceptional. As the current reigning Duke of this place it's far time that I write a review... I am from SoCal and there, boba is a way of life. Tulsa is a great town, but was a boba desert. There are a few spots in town that serve the multi-textured drink, but are mediocre compared to what I'm used to on the West Coast. Then Cha Bubble Tea opened... Cha brews their own tea, uses quality ingredients (not powders), and offers trendy options like matcha and ube, iced Vietnamese style coffee, and sea salt foam. Their actual boba balls are good,l, but their other add ins are what I like best, particularly their pudding/egg custard and their herbal/grass jelly. I generally go for the jasmine or green tea (the peach/passionfruit green tea is my #1 fave), but for blacks, I like the honey oolong milk tea. The reg black and oolong milk teas aren't flavorful enough for me. I like how you can adjust the sweetness level. I usually go for 50%, which is still sweet, just not syrupy sweet. I've yet to try their sea salt, yogurt, or smoothie options, but I'm sure I will this summer! read more

Tonight, we were sitting at home watching a movie. When he suddenly got a craving and made me go with him to get his favorite mango drink. Wtf? My husband doesn't even like boba drinks? they allow you to choose how much sugar you put in a drink (25/50/70/100 %). Accepts credit cards. Plenty of parking. Okay so I'm usually a good tipper and really appreciate people but my experience was poor. I came in and the person at the counter just stared at me waiting for me to order and didn't say a word until I ordered and then replied with okay and the total. I tip based on how my interactions were and I didn't receive much of an interaction. So when this person stared at me while I clicked on, "No Tip" I felt very disrespected after the sigh. Shortly after my drink was given to me and was not sweetened at all. I ordered Thai Tea as I usually do which is always sweet everywhere I go (including my other times at this location. It was an unsweet Thai tea that was warm and not chilled at all. No ice or anything. Tips should be based on the interaction and customer experience. But now I've learned that you have to pay extra to get a reasonable drink here. If I wanted a warm unsweetened tea I wouldn't have drove 35 minutes with my girlfriend to get it from here. read more
