The posted signage lists 20 oz lattes at $5.25, with "extra flavor" for $0.25, so I expected something closer to that price. After speaking with the manager, I learned that this particular drink includes two sauces and one syrup, each priced separately -- and that "half the pumps" doesn't affect the cost. The manager was very kind and even mentioned that she finds the pricing confusing as well. I completely understand that specialty drinks may cost more, but the current signage and specialty menus don't clearly show how those prices are calculated, which makes it difficult for customers to know what to expect. I also reached out to the owner (on 10/23/24) to share my experience and suggestion for clearer pricing but haven't received a reply as of this review (nearly three weeks later). I'll still stop by Evergreen occasionally -- I do enjoy their drinks and atmosphere -- but in the future, I'll make sure to clarify prices before ordering. Hopefully, they'll consider making their pricing a bit more transparent for everyone.

I could have made one better myself and not paid $55 for it. It is not graduation themed. It is definitely not masculine in any way. I'm not sure how much time was spent globing icing on top of a cake but very little time was spent decorating this cake. I should have refused to buy it. I am heartbroken. It was quite yummy with just the right amount of mint. I have always received great service both when I go inside or thru the drive-thru. I prefer to go inside as I can take awhile to decide which tea I want. They can easily accomodate sugar content and alternate dairy requests. They have many options on the menu as well as a self-serve tea bar, loose-leaf teas and accessories for home brewing. They even have rotating fresh snacks and gallons to-go.

They talked about their plans for over-the-top decor for the holidays. The pastries and sweets looked great and they do have savory items, too. I loved the create-your-own-bouquet area that greets you as you walk in. Great idea and reminds me of another coffee shop in OKC. I tried the signature latte. The taste was spot on. Only criticism is that it could have been a bit hotter. I will be stopping in often! Check them out!
