I came to this salon twice because my main lash artist moved to Owasso. The salon itself is disorderly, dusty and not put together. I saw mirrors and wall decor on the ground thinking 'oh they just moved in' but when I asked how long they had been in that location, the artist said 3 years. Hmm, okay. Then we discussed payment. The place doesn't accept cash because employees constantly steal it. Hmm, okay. They use old lazy-boy recliners for clients and they are falling apart and just gave me an overall dirty feel. The two times I had appointments, there were never paper towels in the bathroom. The staff are very nice but don't acknowledge your existence unless you are their client. There's so much potential for this salon but don't get the vibe the owner is willing to put in the grit to get it there. read more

I love the experience when I come in. I have the best aesthetician (Deja) who takes great care and pride in her work. She is meticulous and detail oriented. I get many compliments on my lashes as soon as I leave until the moment I come back. I like the individual rooms, I like the consistency of my lashes, the price is very fair and affordable (which is one thing that keeps me coming back), my lash retention is wonderful. Deja always asks if we are changing anything, if I have questions or concerns, she shows me my lashes before I leave to make sure I am satisfied. Had to cancel an appointment in July when my son broke his arm. They gave me the run around and finally decided they weren't going to charge me for being a no show. Kept a standing appointment with them and last Monday I woke up with Covid symptoms so I promptly called and informed them as to not get anyone sick. They refused to wave the fee. I spoke to the manager and she would not wave either. Will not return. Be aware that if they keep a card on file for you and you have an emergency, you will be charged. Full disclosure: I won the full set of volume lashes in a Yelp Elite giveaway. These are my honest opinions about the experience. I have never had this sort of service before, so I waited a few weeks to give you the most accurate review. Flutter recently moved from their old shop just off of Elm to a new shop in the development just north of the BA on 9th (near Louie's, the new Hobby Lobby and Sprouts). I had my first appointment at the old shop and my second appointment at the new shop, so I can tell you that it has been a major upgrade. Dark walls, relaxing music and swanky décor touches give the new space has a sophisticated and glamorous vibe. Candra, the owner of the salon, did my full set of volume lashes. This service normally costs $150-- not something I would normally shell out for, as an occasional faux lash-wearer at best. She asked me if I had ever worn lashes before, what kinds, etc. She explained to me the difference between the "classic" and "volume" sets ("Classic" is basically 1 false lash attached to each of your own lashes, whereas "Volume" allows for the attachment of a small "bouquet" of lashes to attach to each of yours). She even explained to me the growth cycle of an eyelash, and how I could expect the natural shedding to occur. She also asked me if I was looking for a more dramatic look, or something simple. I opted for dramatic, because damned if I was going to have this done and NOT have hot sexy lashes when I was done! However, it might have been more helpful to see pictures of possible choices, different looks or something, because not everyone has the same definition of "dramatic", as I soon found out. The application itself is no big deal. You just lay there and close your eyes. My eyes watered a little as the application went on, but Candra was always ready to relieve any issues. It took 2 hours to complete. Then I was provided with lots of instructions on how to best care for them, and an even a little maintenance kit that had a sleep mask, several brush-wands, cleaning solution, and written instructions for aftercare. I'll be honest, leaving the shop, I was a little uncomfortable. Not physically-- the lashes are totally comfortable, like wearing nothing. It was more... self-consciousness. As someone used to getting "meh" results from the (rather expensive) mascara that I use, I felt kind of... CONSPICUOUS rocking these big lashes. I know I had said yes to "dramatic", but now, I felt like people were staring at the big doll lashes. And maybe they were? Maybe they were just a little too much to start with. All I can say is that after a couple of days, it stopped being so shocking when I looked in the mirror. I went on vacation and saw in the pictures how nice my eyes looked. I started enjoying the fact that I didn't have to bother with mascara AT ALL, EVER, and that I woke up already looking kind-of made-up. After two weeks, the lashes actually looked more like what I want them to look like permanently. They had shed a little each day, as promised, and the lighter look actually appealed to me much more. I liked them so much by that point that (after previously declaring that there was NO WAY I could afford this kind of a luxury service) I ended up scheduling an appointment for a fill! Now, listen-- I still don't know if I will keep them long-term, but I want to give this experiment a few more weeks. I used their appointment-booking feature of their web site (nice!) and booked with the first available stylist (Stephanie). Stephanie was much less personable than Candra (she didn't explain what she was doing at any point, and this was my first fill, so I would have liked to have known). However, I did really appreciate the lack of small talk. I just wanted to close my eyes and chilllllll and I got to, which was FANTASTIC. And my eyes didn't water at all. The $55 fill took about an hour, and I asked her to use lashes one size smaller, to avoid the overkill I felt last time. I think they are closer to where I want to be, which I now realized is more on the "dramatic" side of "natural", haha. I can tell you that the ladies I have had work on my lashes have done quality work that has lasted. So much so that if I do continue with the lashes, I don't think I will get a fill every 2 weeks. I would have gone longer before a fill THIS time, but I am going to be out of town for three weeks. But under normal circumstances, I think you could easily wait 3 weeks between fills and not lose too much of the "look" of the lashes. And if I do continue with the lashes, I will definitely keep going to this salon. Pictures to be uploaded. read more

I would NOT go to this this place at all . Could care less about clients it's all about money. I understand techs time but somethings are out of clients control.I missed 1 appt. Charged 40$ totally ok with that I went next day for a fill with Courtney another 60$ ok with that but the lashes lasted maybe a week they wanted to charge another 100$ didn't care they fell out so I declined that would be 200$ in a week.. Then I decided I would give them another chance different tech. I called on Friday made appt.around 12 then Around 630 I called the call center only way to get ahold of them left detailed message I couldn't make it I was sick and contagious I was released from hospital on Thursday I was ok Friday when made appt and fever came back dr told me I should stay home. So I called the call center left a detailed message to cancel and reason even txt the number they text from just checked my account they charged me 30$ for something out of my control maybe I should have went and got every tech and other clients sick seems they don't care read more

I will NEVER ever go back here. I asked for a natural look and didn't get that, they were long. I asked them to cut down, and they wouldn't. So, I did. the bottom of my left eye is swollen, and there are areas that have broken out under each eye. Won't go back. This place is so cute and the lash artists do a good job and I always love how my lashes look. However, I am only leaving 3 stars because this is the third time I have gotten my lashes done here and after about a week, more than half of the lashes are gone. It looks like I need a full set and it hasn't even been a full 2 weeks. I have gotten lash extensions for years and have never had this problem so I don't think that it's user error. This salon is a bit pricey and I just think that for the price paid it shouldn't look like I've gone a month with out a fill after only a week in a half. I was excited about trying Flutter Eyelash Salon and kept reminding myself that whenever I left I needed to write a review about my experience. Overall I had a wonderful experience. Although I was surprised that it took three hours to do a classic set of eyelashes, I still had a great experience at the salon. The decor is pretty and calming and the staff are all very nice. The girl that did my eyelashes was very friendly. There's a very good vibe here! I loved my lashes when I left. But the next morning I woke up with one of my eyes swollen and crusted (eww, I know sorry for the gory details). Now I'm not here to say that it was the salons fault, I have no idea why this happened. But, when you get your eyelashes done you shouldn't get them wet for 24 hours, and I knew this as I have had my lashes done multiple times at an out of state location. So the next morning I peeled my eye open and tried to clean the lower half of my eye without applying water to my eyelashes. I got the classic set on Monday and am on day four of having them, and more than half of them are gone sadly. I'm sure the fact that my eye is constantly oozing (again,sorry) has not helped them to stay attached. But as I said I've had eyelash extensions multiple times and they have yet to fall out anywhere near as fast as they have in the last four days. At this rate they will be completely out in just a week of having them done. Most of the reviews are very good! After reading them, I feel certain that I just happened to have a bad experience here. Charged twice and left with glue all over my lids So, you have to book appointments online and give them your credit card number. They dont always answer the phone, it rang the whole time I was there and everyone ignored it. The person who did my eyelashes, Rachel, barely spoke to me. Did not explain anything. All I got was don't open your eyes and do you like them. I got up and left. I did leave her a tip because even though she was not the greatest person she did provide a service. Later I received calls saying I didnt pay? Why didnt my non-verbal eye expert not tell me that I had to pay before I left? Why did I leave my cc number online? Then the genius person over the phone couldnt get my card to work. As a matter of fact she ran it twice charging me twice. So yet again I have to talk to someone at this place that does not answer the phone. This person as smart as the one that ran my card twice tells that my card was not charged twice and usually the second charge is a tip. Why would I tip subpar service the same amount as the service? Why would I tip her twice? She didnt like that I questioned that then she says "well you need to take a screen shot of your cc charge and send it to our Facebook page" WTH? This is a gorgeous lash salon with lovely ladies working there. This review is after only having had my lashes done here once. My lashes looked sooooo fabulous after leaving the salon. They were long and full and fluffy. The reason for 3 stars is because of the enormous amount of fallout I had over the next few days. I've never experienced such fallout of the extensions without a natural lash attached, as would be expected. I have been getting my lashes done for 9 years, so I am familiar with a normal amount of fallout. By the end of the first week, I had to go buy clusters to apply myself to fill in the gaps because they looked so bad. I am going to give the salon a second chance with a different lash artist since I've read such other great reviews. I'm really hoping they stay put a little better!! read more

Wow!!! This is such a classy place! So ladies apart from the beautiful decor and friendly faces, I had the opportunity to get my lashes done by none other than the Wonderful Candra, the owner, she is such a sweet knowledgeable person. She explained in detail the entire process and after care as well as do's, Dont's, and tips to help my lashes last. The ambience was sooo soothing and relaxing. I was hesitant at first but she eased my mind with her delicate work, these are my eyes people!! I need my Vision lol but it was so relaxing I fell asleep couple of times. Close your eyes and don't open, there was no burning, no itching or irritation. The full volume lashes felt weightless like a feather. I forgot i was wearing them a couple of times their so comfortable. So it's been 5 days and they still look amazingly beautiful and of course you lose a couple here and there but these babies withstood Six Flags so I give them 5 MAKE AN APPOINTMENT it is a must! I made an appointment a week ago with square for a full set at 9am and when I came in, they did not have me in the system and did not have a spot for me, and said I could come back at noon with a different person or tomorrow at 3. As a single parent I had to find a babysitter for this specific appointment for the time as I booked it and I cannot change everything around due to your system issues. Great place for lash extensions! Called last minute and they were able to get me in within a day. Usually places are booked out for a week! My volume lash set was great and exactly what I wanted.
