I just moved to Tulsa from St. Louis and have been getting my eyelashes done for over a year. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. It is completely unprofessional and CHEAP. I used a Groupon that was a "$200 value" and got a service that was only "$100." Which I decided I could live with. But! A few of my fake eyelashes started falling out within hours of being applied. Another fact I could live with. Today, I just washed my face after my first day of full face makeup with them and nearly all of them have fallen out. I have had them for ONE DAY! I got the volume lashes by Candra and they are AMAZING!! I will never go anywhere else for my lashes. Not only did Candra give me the best eyelashes ever, but she also touched up my eyebrows for me and did a wonderful job! I got all of this done for my wedding and everything turned out great. Also, the environment is so laid back and friendly, I felt so welcomed! I would recommend Flutter Eyelash Salon to anyone that wants their lashes done! Or even a good brow wax. I just switched lash salons from wink to flutter. I love the lash services at flutter. With wink I was used to a more quiet setting, individual rooms, and a more relaxed environment. That's all I can say wink has over flutter. I was taken aback by the recliners all in one room, but it wasn't a big deal. My neck was uncomfortable the entire time, but I am quite tall. Emily was very friendly and gentle with my lashes. I was disappointed since I was a first time guest that I didn't receive an aftercare package like my friend had when she had gone initially. My lashes are way better than they were at wink. Will try again! Updated- got my aftercare kit and the owner ordered more neck pillows! Candra has excellent customer service! For lashes that are on point this is the place! Sandra keeps my lashes looking amazing. With crazy mornings it was hard to look professional without spending 30 minutes on makeup. With lashes I simply brush on my foundation and if I am in a real hurry I put on Some lip gloss and go. Even when I go on vacation my eye look made up in every picture! read more

I have been going to Flutter since they opened years ago. I was addicted and hooked since my first set of lashes . I receive compliments about my lashes everywhere I go. They make you feel great even with no make up on . No need to wear any mascara either Candra and her staff are perfection . Talented and always keeping up with the latest techniques. I Love the staff! They are super friendly and good at what they do! I prefer the classics cause I feel like they last longer. The only thing I didn't like was the sleeping mask that they say is so great, it actually messed up my eyelashes the first night I got them. I was pretty pissed, but oh well. So, I am not exactly sure why this Eyelash Salon doesn't have a higher rating. It truly baffles me! I was recommended here originally by my co-worker whose eyelashes always look amazingly and naturally long. However, she comes here to have them done. I was then asked to complete a fair and honest review of the service I got at Flutter and experience by the owner. Let me start by saying that I have never had eye lash extensions done because one, I had heard they can sometimes be painful and can actually damage your natural lash (THIS IS A MYTH - If done correctly there should be NO pain and NO damage - so if you are experiencing that where you are at currently..get outta there!) and then the second reason was because how do you justify the cost? Right? (TOTALLY WORTH IT - FYI). I was booked for a 5PM appointment at the Broken Arrow location (they also have one in Bixby) with Candra who is the owner of Flutter. I requested the Volume Look which is about a 2 hour service. As I walked in the very first thing that stuck out to me was the cleanliness! I was astounded, there was no dust, no dust bunnies and it didn't smell like a nail salon - which weirdly I somehow expected. As soon as I walked in I was greeted, by name, the hostess anticipating my arrival. That makes you feel very VIP right off the bat and takes the service, before it has even started to the next level...am I right?? I was greeted by Candra right on time and ushered back to a big, oversized reclining chair and offered something to drink. As I leaned back with mild hesitation Candra asked me a few questions to help give her an idea of the perfect look. Asking how I do my make up cat eye, doll eye, almond, etc. After discussing what I was looking for she got to work. Ok, this is when I truly got nervous. You are talking about adhesive and tweezers near your eye. An eyelash technician actually has you and your eyes in THEIR care... Let's think about this for a second! How nerve racking! Like they could glue your eyes shut!!! And as all these thoughts raced through my head it must have come across that I had some mild apprehension to the service because Candra started talking about the process and what I can expect, during and after with up keep. As soon as she started talking about the product(s) and the business and the industry I think I finally let my shoulders fall into the chair all the way! THIS GIRL KNOWS HER STUFF!!! Not only does Flutter have their own line, their adhesive actually meets European beauty standards and while that didn't mean a whole lot to me at the time I did some research after the fact and you have to understand that is a HUGE deal!!! It made me feel so much better and safer about what chemicals I was putting near my eyes (lets be smart about this one ladies). I was also thoroughly surprised to learn that Flutter has everything they use made specifically for them and their needs, literally meaning you are not going to find this elsewhere. They have FULL control over quality control. How many other salons can you say that about. So, as the service continued on I was learning more and more about the industry and all the upcoming things Flutter is going to offer! But I am sure by now you are just wanting to know... how did it turn out? Well...let me put it this way.. I AM HOOKED! The Volume Look that has a fuller and more noticeable outcome but it encompasses each lash so well that it is light weight and you honest forget that they are even there. So much so, I have ALMOST rubbed my eyes couple times (that is a NO NO). I am a girl who hates mascara and have sensitive eyes, so when you are usually taking that goop off it causes discomfort so not to have to wear mascara and having beautiful eye lashes....well, I have not even worn liner or eye shadow for 4 days. There is just no need! My eye lashes are long and beautiful, they are holding up amazingly (which you do get a care bag with EVERYTHING you need, including cleaner, brushes, a heavenly sleeping mask and instructions... yes, they have thought of it all). You are going to lose 4-6 lashes per day naturally and yes you are going to have to get your lashes filled like you would your nails but if you are the least bit unhappy with your lashes or have been looking to pull the trigger OR just want to spoil yourself, then DO it, but do it right and go to Flutter. Cost depends on the service that you are looking for so starting I believe is $100-$125 and the Volume is about $200-$225 and fills range as well depending on your look. Then it is upkeep from there every 2-3 weeks dependent on how you care for them and your natural eye lash loss. So, overall let me break it down. Flutter is TOP NOTCH, the price is ON POINT for the what you get. If something is wrong or your aren't happy they will make sure to right the situation. I love the Flutter staff, and my lashes!!! I have been to so many of the competitors in the area, and never before have I had this kind of experience! The prices are far far below what others charge, but the quality of work can't be beat! I have been to several of the lash artists at flutter, and have been very pleased with all of them!! They use recliners instead of beds, and it is much more comfortable! My lashes always last after my fills. I have never had an issue with the product or services! My lashes looked so great and everyone kept complementing them. I called Flutter Eyelash Salon after I had an allergic reaction to glue used for false lashes from a different salon. The other salon would not help me after I explained my situation. Flutter was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to help me. Dorothy and another lady told me to come in right away when I explained my situation. They had me in in 20 minutes so they could remove them for me. This process took over an hour. This was not even a situation that they had to deal with, but they were determined to help me. They both stayed past closing time and Dorothy even had her sitter stay longer with her child so she could stay and remove the eyelashes. She walked me throughout the entire eyelash removal process because she knew I was apprehensive and uncomfortable. She continued to check on me throughout the entire service to make sure I was okay. Dorothy was remarkable and truly cared about my situation. Their service was impeccable and they went above and beyond in their service. I would highly highly recommend them. They were exceptional! I moved here from Dallas and tried a few different salons before I found this gem. I can always count on Flutter to give me GORGEOUS and natural looking lashes! I've had soo many people compliment them(even my husband lol). Definitely THE best place to get your lashes done here in Tulsa. I go at least once a month to have my volume lashes filled. This was my first time visiting the salon, but my third time getting a full set. Two previous trips were in brookside$$$$. I was happy to find flutter had great prices for full sets. Candra was my stylist and I let her know that I wanted something more natural not too heavy but still glam.. Tall confusing order... But Candra was awesome, it's a long appointment but she made it fly by with her awesome personality and at the end my lashes looked exactly how I wanted them. I also am a little OCD so I wanted a couple extra lashes on one side after I got up, and she was totally helpful and sweet about it.. Usually people make you feel all awkward for asking for extra stuff. Place is going through a remodel but from the looks of the furnishings it's gonna be swanky. You get a set of lash brushes in super cute packaging (I love details) and after care instructions. I really loved my lashes, they were soft and looked glam but not fake .
