My first impression on this business was that it looked outdated/sketchy. Once I went to get checked in to get my nose and tragus pierced, the lady was extremely rude and gave me attitude. I then sat down and waited from my turn and the same lady had her iPad in front of her computer with her AirPods in and was watching what seemed to be Love Island. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I also would like the say that the friend I was with bought a piece of jewelry and the lady that helped her was extremely nice and answered all her questions. Once It was my turn I was sat down and got my nose done first. So far there isn't anything to be concerned about. Once she moved onto my Tragus, it was gushing blood, I wasn't to worried because sometimes that happens. 3 days later I had to go to another piercer and get it removed bc of how bad of a job she did. She pierced it from the back to front, and way too deep into my ear. It was swelling over the jewelry and was causing terrible headaches and the whole side of my face to hurt. Honestly, I have gotten a lot of piercings here. Most of them haven't worked out. I took my daughter to get her ears pierced, and they did great with that, which is why I'm not giving one star here. The vibe is great, the people are kind, the prices are not terrible; but in reality they're just gonna take your money and pierce you even if you don't have the right anatomy. I got a belly button piercing yesterday, and upon reviewing it this morning while cleaning it, I realized they had given me a surface piercing ABOVE my belly button. It was already rejecting, red, and irritated despite me taking care of it completely and properly. I am experienced with piercings and tattoos so I know how it should go. Usually, I don't have this bad of an experience. They didn't mention anatomy being an issue at all and just went along with it. I'm not a piercing artist so I didn't realize until I had left. I'm pretty disappointed. As a frequent flyer of this establishment for years, I won't be coming back again. I'd go somewhere else. Wish I had somewhere else to recommend for our area. read more

I had a great piercing experience here when I got my cartilage done years ago. I have since had nothing but issues with piercings here. I got both tragus done at the same time and they were uneven and done in a way that it is nearly impossible to get things in and out of the one that didn't end up rejecting. My husband went to Just Another Hole to get his septum pierced and they poked him 5 - 7 times before pushing all the way thru. The staff is always nice and the area is clean but the quality is not where it needs to be. read more

I got my daith and 2nd hole done April 2nd of this year. I didn't have that much pain with my daith in the beginning with the pain because I have a high pain tolerance with my ears. Within a few weeks my 2nd hole swallowed the piercing and when I took it out the stud was really short and I had to put in a new earring and clean it myself. Starting May 5th which I will attach a picture with the date on it, I got a piercing bump on it over night which till yesterday I thought was a keloid and so I started to treat it as a keloid. The piercing ball even came out by itself. Since May 5th I have been in TERRIBLE pain. This week on Tuesday, My lymph nodes started to swell up and throat get really sore. I would sweat, throw up and also lose vision and I had to leave my camp 4 days early. I went to the doctor and they said that my piercing is causing all of those things to happen. I had to go to a Piercing place in Muskogee, Oklahoma, which she told me that she has had several clients with bad infections from Just another hole. She was telling me that if I would've came and got this done by her, she wouldn't told she wouldn't do it because of how thick my ear is, also the placement of the piercing is trash and THEY HOWEVER GAVE ME NO INFORMATION. The lady who pierced my ears only told me to clean it twice a day. Her name was Emily, I think but I know she goes by Shack. I looked on their website to figure out how to clean it because some days the phone will go straight to voicemail. I don't mind spending over a hundred dollars if it's done CORRECTLY. I wish they would care more about someone's health then their money. Will never recommend them to anyone or go back. read more

So I brought my 16 year old here because My sister had come and had some work done and said it was awesome ! So we show up today as it's all walk ins, we waited outside for about hour 1/2 in 90 degree heat . It's myself , I'm re piercing my nose, my daughter wanted her cartilage done , my niece wanted her second ear hole done and my sister was gonna get her cartilage as well. Okay so buzzed finally goes off and we head inside. As soon as We walk through the door the lady who I'm assuming was the "piercer", (I'm gonna call her a Karen)starts yelling at us, "only the people getting a piercings can come in" (she says this in a very rude , I'm angry I'm working type of way) my sister then tries to explain we are all getting a piecing. Karen then starts arguing saying she only has paperwork for 3 , so the young lady that checked us in came over and tried to explain what we wanted , Karen then tells me , because they didn't do my paper work that I'm gonna have to fill it out and get back in line (witch was still over hour wait , and again we sat and waited to come in for hour 1/2) and she wanted me to go back outside , I couldn't stay in the room with my 16tear old daughter I guess I was just suppose to send my minor daughter in with some angry lady and I'm suppose to trust she gonna do her job right ?? Yeah right ! We walked out and We will never be back , and that's her loss , I work as a table games dealer , she would have got a very very nice tip along with the $200 we were about to drop there. Customer service gets you a long way Karen , remember that in the future! And stop being a Karen at work ! Save that for your personal life UPDATE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner Jonathan contacted me through email and sincerely apologized for how things went down with "Karen". He offered us a deal we couldn't resist to come back so they could redeem themselves and they did just that ! They allowed us to come in early and Kim who is also an owner was our piecer and she was beyond amazing ! Very nice and very genuine! She helped all 4 of us , gave us all the care info we needed. We even asked extra questions and needed a few extra things and she helped us out no problem ! I take back my previous rant ! We will be coming back for any and all of our future needs. They were very comforting when my daughter started getting upset and then they did it right on cue. I unfortunately have more than one horror story from this place. I have gotten many piercings here but after this final time, I will not be back. My first complaint is from when I went to get my 2nd set of holes and my first helix piercing. I had taken one of my best friends with me because she was thinking about getting a piercing too. I was really excited when I got my piercer because she had many, many ear piercings so I thought she would know what she was doing. Right off the bat she pierced my helix with the stud that was supposed to go in my second hole. She then realized her mistake and went to take out the stud and hook a hoop in the fresh piercing. This is was one of the worst pains I have ever felt. Without asking if I I'mxd was ok, She then immediately pierced my 2nd hole on my right side. At this point I was in pain, becoming lightheaded and turning white. She then went in to do the second hole and I instantly passed out. This is not uncommon with piercings but it astounded me how unaware/unconcerned she was. There were many people that rushed in, bringing water and a mint. I was white, felt horrible and my piercings, although completed, were uneven and overly irritated, especially the helix. My last time going I went for my 3rd holes and my 2nd helix. I had a different piercer this time. He was really quick and waited when I asked him to wait. Way better than my other piercer. They give you a sheet to fill out before you get pierced, asking about medical history. On this sheet I put that I pass out with piercings and that I am allergic to nickel. They did not look at this sheet throughly enough!! Here I am a week and a half after getting pierced and my ears are swollen and infected. I called to inquire about the metal and what they could do to help. They stated they had at least an hr and a half wait right after the opened. When you go get pierced they will tell you all of their jewelry is sterling silver. I found out later, There is nickel in ALL of their sterling silver earrings and you have to specifically ask for titanium. I take especially good care of my piercings, never had any infections before and it getting infected because of the metal is beyond aggravating. It being especially aggravating when I had already stated what I was allergic to on my sheet. I will not be going back to Just Another Hole because that's exactly how they treat it, carelessly as "just another hole." read more

Not only did I have to get my piercing redone THREE times and wait a couple months in between every piercing for it to heal but the lady tried making me pay for their mistake even though they messed it up by putting my second piercing at an angle and the earring literally went inside my ear they did that twice... like I truly don't understand how you could mess up that much and today I went in for the third redo piercing and the lady was arguing with me because they didn't do the paper work for the second time they redone it and tried making me pay for it she was arguing with me until I was literally in tears then finally decided she was going to do it, very poor customer service you shouldn't argue with your customers McDonald's has better customer care it's honestly sad 10/10 wouldn't recommend especially if you don't wanna go up there multiple times to redo it read more

I would only recommend this place if you are looking for what the name implies, just another hole. I would rate it one star for tattoos. I trusted this establishment with my first tattoo, reviewed portfolios and made an appointment. It was an evening appointment and when I arrived they told me they were running behind, no problem. I waited over an hour but when my artist was ready, it was only about 30 minutes prior to closing time. I offered to reschedule, explaining I didn't want to rush my first experience, and he said "no we can knock it out." That should have been a red flag, but I guess I was too trusting of good reviews. He did my back piece in about 45 minutes when it should have taken minimum 2 hours. He went so fast and dug so deep with the gun that my tattoo is raised and scarred now. Years later I really regret trusting this establishment, so be cautious. read more

The "stainless steel" eyebrow bar they pierced me with had nickel. Which I told them I'm allergic to. Three doctor's appointments and two antibiotics later, I have an awful scar below my eyebrow. I don't usually write reviews but I had such a great experience I wanted to share. I took my 7 year old daughter to get her ears pierced yesterday. I was very happy with all of the precautions being taken for COVID. Staff was kind and patient as my daughter picked out which earrings she wanted. We got checked in at the door and waited in the car which was great. Wait time was even less than estimated. When it was our turn, Michael met us and the door and walked us back. I can't say enough nice things about him. He was so wonderful. Very kind and warm to my daughter. Explained everything perfectly to her. He was careful to measure and mark where her ears were to be pierced. He let me look and was very patient while I looked closely to make sure the alignment was good. I am a perfectionist to a fault. Instead of making me feel annoying or crazy, Michael reassured me on placement by explaining and measuring again. I appreciated this so much!!! After getting her all prepped he called in another piercer so both of my daughter's ears were pierced at the same time. I don't know the other piercer's name but she was also very nice and kind to my daughter. Happy mom and happy daughter here. Definitely recommend Just Another Hole. My daughter and I recently went purchase jewelry and also get piercings in your shop. While there we were treated very disrespectful. While all the other white patrons were treated with the utmost respect. I asked the blonde lady that was helping us general questions about jewelry and she was very short and snappy with me and had an attitude the whole time. I purchased over $100 worth of jewelry from you all and didn't even get a thank you for your business. Meanwhile everyone in the shop ( white) got their questions answered without an attitude or snappy reply. I decided not to get my daughter's piercing done here because I figured if the lady taking my money is very unpleasant I could only imagine how the piercer is. The only reason why I stayed to buy the jewelry is because we had been to several different places and couldn't find what we were looking for. Y'all... I got my bellybutton pierced here and the girl who did it was great, it healed up 100% perfectly and it's one of my favorite piercings. I came back to get my double helix done (it was my 10th piercing so i've been doing this a while) and the guy who did it was really charismatic but I've had this piercing for almost two years now and they are still in agony whenever they're touched. They're crooked and so getting anything in or out is a nightmare and it took me two hours with the help of my boyfriend, some pliers, and some tears to get the rings they were pierced with out for the first time. Definitely be wary in getting piercings done here, they're cheaper but you definitely suffer the consequences of that. read more
