The lady behind the counter was very rude and didn't seem like she even wanted to be there. I went in just to simply buy a new nose ring and she told me first she "didn't have time" with 2 people in the lobby and a worker sitting behind the counter not doing anything. She also wanted me to do an anatomy test to check the size of my current nose ring to match it without even knowing if I wanted a hoop or stud or maybe I wanted it bigger or smaller who knows? Then she proceeded to tell me she wouldn't sell me one without the test(I'm sure had to be paid for and had to wait for because she didn't have time) because the jewelry is non refundable like I can't read the sign in front of me. I know what I like and I know what I want and I've been buying body jewelry for 15 years. I didn't even get a chance to look at anything. I understand wanting to get it right but I'm sure a nice eye ball match for size with my current ring would have worked just fine. I'm going to back to buying online and will never get a piercing or jewelry here ever. They messed up my friends tongue and had it slanted at a 45 degree angle. I've bought jewelry like I said for 15 years and only have ever been asked the gauge size. You buy or don't and you wear it or don't. Nice lady checking in but the piercer Angela gave me a off centered labret piercing, I've had it before so there were previous holes (it was outlined for her already pretty much) and she still did it crookedly, and the jewelry does enter or exit through either of the previous holes. She could not see either of the previous holes. I even corrected her dots before she put the needles through and then she attempted to scrub the dots off because she didn't even line the piercing on the dots where we agreed on placement. I told her afterwards it wasn't where I wanted it like we talked about and she seemed legitimately upset for me but, I left wanting to cry. I don't enjoy the piercing as much as the previous time I've had it before due to have 4 holes in the middle of my lips and how I centered it is. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe her vision is off. But be careful! read more

I went and got my anti-eyebrows done. I looked online and I was under the impression that it was going to be a pretty standard price for them. We never talked about pricing, they never mentioned that they would be charging me for literally every single part of both of my anti-eyebrows the charge for all four pegs, the two bars, the service itself and the tip. They ended up charging me a little over $300 that day. I feel very disappointed because I feel like I was misled by those piercers. They also informed me that JustAnotherHole does not use the "bracket" bars only curved. I called them afterwards and they do use brackets. My piercings were also too shallow and literally rejected after maybe 4 months. As well as whenever I was getting pierced, by I believe his name was Zeb, he had to quite literally dig around in the piercing to put the jewelry in. That sucked. read more

My wife and I just received new ink from Irish. Amazing! We couldn't be happier! Irish was fantastic! Very soft - barely felt it while he was tattooing me. I ordered a nose hoop on 9/13. on 9/19, i emailed to see what the issue was. mike kelton replied on the 20th, and i replied the same day. he said that the business was out of stock of the thing i ordered. no one was going to tell me, i had to email 6 days later to find out. if i had not, they would have taken my money and done nothing. mike replied on the 21st and asked if i wanted a different size. I replied on the 23rd. No word since. On the 27th I asked to be informed when it ships. It is October 2nd. I don't even want the piercing anymore I just want my money back. The check in lady with black hair does not know how to communicate and is very very rude. we sat in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting on them to "sterilize" the jewelry and you can see/hear them just standing in a circle talkin it up. Loved this place!! Angela was SOOO informative about my piercing. I got my nipples pierced and she did amazingly. I went by myself and never once felt uncomfortable or insecure. I got a tattoo from Goat, and he did a such a fantastic job! Better than what I could even imagine. I had a concept, he improved it, then I made one suggestion, and he was enthusiastic about changing it for me. As for the tattoo itself, it has a level of detail I did not know was possible. TLDR: be very clear about your preferences and urge any special requests. I got a cartilage piercing, which was quick and a pleasant experience. Unfortunately it went south when my ear swelled. I have thicker ears and I know my body, this is my second piercing in the same area, so when the piercing got tight I drove up there to request a longer bar. They recommended anti-inflammatory medication for two days to see if it improves. I did this but within two days exactly the back of the earring had healed inside my skin. I had to get it pushed out and it was extremely painful. It was able to be saved because I noticed it on time, but that did not need to happen! I'm pretty upset I wasn't listened to the first time and this could have been avoided. I'm glad they can fix issues if someone made a mistake but be extra pushy apparently if you have concerns ahead of time! read more

I took the plunge and got a nose piercing after doing some research online and exploring highly recommended tattoo and piercing shops in town. While I could have chosen to go to a shop closer to where I live in broken arrow, I decided to try karma body mod on Mingo. I'm so glad I did. The staff were very professional and friendly. I was told that Tristan is one of the only piercers in town who is certified by the Association of American Piercers. She has her own exam room separated from everything else. Her room was immaculate and she followed standards of practice to assure that her piercing equipment and instruments were properly sterilized. This is extremely important because it greatly minimizes risk for infection. She explained every step of the procedure as she was piercing which also relieved my anxiety.
