Ultimately I decided to come back to stack more piercings after I saw my new one placed. I was very nervous but the actual piercing was over before it started. I took awhile to prepare myself, so they were able to sterilize the tools before I went back. When I was ready I just laid down and got pierced very quickly, which helped to calm my nerves. I was pierced by Chris. He marked me twice before I decided to do something in the middle since I planned to potentially get another helix on the same ear later. When I got to see it I was delighted by it and thought it looked beautiful. Hours later I'm still so glad I went. All in all it was a wonderful experience, they're very professional and I love their starter jewelry. Because it's titanium, I don't have to worry about a cheap metal causing me any trouble later. I'm definitely planning to come back for more, sooner rather than later.

I've basically dedicated the rest of my non tattooed skin to this shop. Why you ask, what's different? They are people that love tattooing! I mean really love tattooing. The shop is run by Richard and Jen Stell and good ol Bubba Reaves. Both Richard and Bubba have learned from some of the best tattooers around. They have serious resumes. But don't take my word for it, just walk in and look at their work. This place is clean! It is (to my knowledge) the first and only shop to pass health inspections on the first walk through in Oklahoma. They have taken great care to keep it that way. The shop is also beautiful in terms of design. Original tattoo flash and painting decorate the walls. (Its probably the only place around with original Ed Hardy paintings) So, if you love tattooing and solid work from friendly folks this is your place. If you want terrible tattoos, go some where else.

Anyway, without expectations I consulted with one of the artists, Joe, about some ideas. I came back three days later to a badass lotus flower half-sleeve. Joe's attention to detail absolutely blew me away we got started immediately. After a few sittings I have this amazing half-sleeve completely covering that hideous past mistake. I joke with Joe and say he saved my arm because if I couldn't find an artist to cover up my last tattoo them I'd go through with amputation. Needless to say, I highly recommend Pair-O-Dice and Joe if you are looking for a great artist with any tears of experience. I have no regrets with this and, in fact, plan to go back for more in the future.

Last year, my friend and I decided we should get our 1st tattoo together on a whim. I had been recommended to see Amy awhile back when I was considering a tattoo but never looked into her shop. Upon calling the shop, I was told Gin is an apprentice and is the only artist available for walk-ins. After reviewing his work on instagram, I was happy with his skill in doing fine line tattoos and decided to give him a try. Much to my happiness, my friend and I were both very happy with our tattoos. Gin has done more intricate pieces for me since last April. The entire process is very smooth - I send Gin photos of what I am looking for through instagram and he sends me a draft prior to my tattoo appointment. I lost a family dog recently and Gin was able to replicate a photo of him as a memorial. The tattoo looks just like him with his attitude and everything! I am so very grateful for his talent and will continue to come back for more. I've gotten to know Amy as well, as I've been a frequent visitor; she is fun and quirky and also has a lot of talent! I've seen a lot of her big pieces and they are awesome!! Sam, a new apprentice who is not yet tattooing, is still showing off their talent with pens on human skin. Sam is super friendly and I've enjoyed getting to know them. I'm really excited about Lil red growing their shop :)
