I have used T for my nail tech for 5 years. She has done a great job every time and makes sure I love my nails. Very clean salon also.

Today was my first time to come into Bally's Nails- and I would give it 10 stars if I could! Natalie is AMAZING with nails. One of my biggest pet peeves are places that rush through a pedicure- Natalie did the exact opposite. She took her time to care for my feet, made them look BEAUTIFUL and took such great care of me! I got the lavender pedicure- highly reccomend! The whole place was very clean and there were no strong chemical smells, either. Everything was sanitary, neat, and organized. Some super sweet and amazing people work here. Did acrylics and they turned out beautifully (I kept on changing the color choices and the ladies were super super sweet about it!) they do a rly nice hand massage too that comes with it too! The pedicure was super super nice! The Basic Pedicure comes with trimming, scrubbing, lotion and foot massage and is about $30. The store is small and holds 4 manicure stations and 5 pedicure stations but really really nice. Beautiful floors and comfortable chairs. Again all the staff is absolutely amazing and inviting and interactive! I will be coming back! They also really try to get to know you as a person / friend not just a client which is something I don't see very often! read more

Looking for a nail salon and Ballys had good reviews. Unfortunately they have new owners so these reviews are for the previous long-term owners. I had a mani pedi with the pedi first so I couldn't see up close but when I got to the mani I could see the gentleman's hands were dirty, esp under the nails. I won't be going back. read more

I went here today and now I have decided I've finally found my nail salon. I've been here a couple of years now but been back and forth on nail salons. But this one I'm going to from now on. T is the most rudest person I've ever dealt with in a nail salon. she continues to tell me I have some type of powder on my nails that's not soaking off (when I got them done there) I proceed to tell her I do not get anything other than shellac (gel polish) and if its not coming off it has to be their fault. after having an attitude and Partially taking it off. ATTEMPTING to put new polish over the not even removed old (whatever she can't get off) she says "so what you wanna do?" I immediately got up and declined to be serviced she says I owe her $20 for her nothing but attitude and half doing takeoff. I respectfully declined and paid $10 she said never come back and I will gladly never come back to this rude establishment. this could've been resolved if she didn't have an attitude. mind you I called ahead of time to come in and she says to come but if you knew you weren't gonna be in the best mood. she should have just said she was too busy for me and I wouldve gladly went to another shop. which I ended up doing and loving my nails. read more

I left very happy, she did exactly what I wanted and turned my bad nails to beautiful nails, also they put on lotion with a little hand massage at the end. it's very affordable! definitely will come back! I painted my nails pink with little flowers. read more

2 words wait than rush... I waited longer for the appointment than the guy took to do my pedicure. I felt very rushed. I know TIP stands for "To Insure Promptness" but I don't appreciate being rushed either. I then had to help him along and prompt him to clean up my cuticals and buff ridges from my big toe... After he began to very poorly apply my polish I asked him to slow down and take his time. He responded by saying "i can't slow down" and begun to get adjitated with me... I don't think I'll ever come back to this establishment. The atmosphere was beautiful. The pedicure not so much. Instead of using a cotton ball to clot where the employee scraped three layers of skin off the side on the big toe causing it to bleed. The employee was nice about it and apologized. I went to Bally nails because my nail salon people was booked and I needed a fill bc my nail was falling off. I never went back to my nail salon because I found a better place. Natalie is the manager and she usually does my nails, is very kind and great at what does! I always leave this shop happy! I came in from out of town and needed to get a mani/pedi and an eyebrow waxing, but couldn't find the time with my busy schedule. They went out of their way to fit me in at the end of the day knowing my circumstances. Not only do they have great customer service, but I received one of the best pedicures I have ever gotten in my life. I have possibly the worst callouses, and my heels were so smooth after my pedicure, even my husband was shocked. I have nothing bad to say about my experience there and wish their business was in my town, so I could be a regular customer. read more

Went in at 6 pm for a Shelac manicure and I was the only person in there. The lady starts on my nails but someone else comes in so she passes me off. The lady did such a bad job I wouldn't even let her paint them. Left there 55 min later with polish off nails but no manicure. They thought the other client was more important. Very poor service and there are way too many nail salons in Tulsa. I even said something about passing me off and she made the excuse the woman didn't do fake nails. Well she thought the other customer just wanted her nails painted at first anyway. So that was a pitiful excuse. For someone trying to improve business this isn't the way! read more
