Not very good. Very rushed. They were my favorite in Brookside but the manis and pedis are rushed.

There is street parking in the front and a parking lot behind this location. I love the fish tank and the color choices inside the salon. I dropped in about an hour before close and they weren't busy so I was able to get in right away to remove shellac and basic manic with no polish. The service is quick and efficient which is great when you have a limited amount of time. If I want to have a relaxing more spa like experience, this wouldn't be my first choice. read more

Today I got an early birthday gift! Mani and pedi!! This was my first time to this establishment, it's beautiful inside and very upbeat and modern. There is a beautiful large aquarium, large tv, neon bar signs on the wall. They offer you a beverage... wine, beer, soda or water. Everything seemed very clean and high tech. They have a manger who walks around directing people where to go, and making sure everyone is being worked on efficiently. I thought they really listened to my request as far as what I wanted done, but I will say I felt it was very rushed. I've never had both my feet and hands done at the same time... so my feet were in the water getting massaged, trimmed and polished while my nails were getting massaged, trimmed and polished simultaneously. I don't think I'm a big fan for that. I like to relax when I get my pedicure, I was feeling very overstimulated like ADHD all the way! Was not relaxed at all tbh. BUT, if you are crunched for time, this would definitely be a great place for you to go! If you want a chill peaceful experience...you might choose another place. Overall my nails look beautiful! Moving from Los Angeles to Tulsa was a big change for me especially when finding a good nail salon. I've been to a few different salons in the brookside area. I won't mention the bad ones (I'll let you figure it out) but I have to say that JASON is absolutely amazing at doing nails here at BeBe. I get tips and acrylic powder and he is the most patient and pays so much attention to detail. He also does really good design if thats your thing. He used to work at a previous salon that I went to and left. I was heartbroken when I called to make an appointment and hesrd he was gone until I found him again, yay! Love this nail salon! It's clean, has great TV's, a gorgeous, huge, fish tank to watch the beautiful fish and relax. A lovely woman, Chau did my pedicure perfectly and exactly how I wanted. Because I'm hearing impaired, I pointed to my ears and she knew immediately, to touch each leg light so I would know what to do. She was kind and gentle. I'll definitely go back and ask for her. Went with friend on a whim. Got a signature pedicure with shellac and a manicure with shellac. Cute place, with a great aquarium! The pedicure was good, no complaints there. My manicure is definitely lacking, the nail shaping and shellac application is inconsistent. Some nails are coated to (or on) my cuticle, while others have a larger gap and are lumpy. The two nail techs used the same shellac, so it was an issue with application not the product. Well see how it holds up. I paid $120 for what seemed like a very basic shellac manicure and pedicure. Definitely not impressed overall for that price. read more

I went to this salon a couple weeks ago for a dip manicure, and was fine with the results. Nothing too fancy - not my favorite manicure of all time, but a good location for me and fine for when I needed a walk in appointment. I came back three days ago, and received another dip manicure. My nail cracked down the middle within two days. I returned to the salon after verifying on the phone that it could be fixed easily.. The woman who helped me refused to paint my nail, even with topcoat. She said it was not broken, filed my nail down, which changed the shape entirely. She did not apply a topcoat, so all of the scratches from the file are visible. She ended up painting topcoat on another nail entirely, and then just walked away.. Also, my credit card information was compromised shortly after I left the store. I will never return to this franchise, but I will be sure to tell everyone I know. read more

I took my 7yr old niece in today to get her nails done. The man I talked to, (maybe he's the owner) said they couldn't paint a white tip with white nail polish because she didn't have enough nails. He wasn't very nice with his delivery of message. I'm in town visiting my family for the holiday & took her to where my sister always takes her. She highly recommends this place. We just wanted it to look like a French nail because that's what my niece wanted. I've seen plenty of places do this for kids regardless if they have "enough" nails or not. My sister was appalled & said she won't be going back there. It looked nice...we'll do our own nails later tonight. My niece can get a fake french tip when she visits me in Los Angeles. read more

WOAH! Having quaffed nails usually isn't something I tend to make time for but after visiting BeBe, move over cuticles. Located on Brookside with plenty of parking behind the store front (there's a backdoor too) it's easy to make a day of eating, shopping, work-outing, and nails-ing. The inside is beautiful and modern with beautiful chandeliers and one of the coolest fish tanks I've ever seen. The pedi chairs are new and have lots of massage options. They have alllllll the colors of shellac, dip, regular polish, etc. and so many options for what kind of mani/pedi you desire. My mani/pedi was incredible. Even though I got the cheapest pedi option I got a great foot massage and calluses are gone. Mary did my dip mani and I love it so much! Pro-tip: check out their happy hour pricing! read more

A weekend in Tulsa included plans for a dip manicure. There were so many choices, even on YELP, so we asked our bartender where we should go. Parking looks like it could be a problem, but there's a parking lot in the back, and even a back entrance to save you some steps. Upon entering, we were thrilled to see wine and beer choices available. We found out later that the Corona and the Coors Lite we enjoyed were NOT complimentary. However, they were only $3 per bottle, not bad, really. Thuy did a wonderful job, and was very friendly and funny. You can tell she loves her job. I thought this would be a nice place since it's on Brooke side. It looks nice walking in. They sat me down in a dirty chair for a pedicure. There was many open chairs. There was gum and some other substance in the pedicure bowl. They put a plastic wrap over the dirty bowl and filled the water up. I was still grossed out. I should have said something. The nail tools were not cleaned, it was used ones that were already on the cart. My nails did turn out looking nice, I paid for shellac. But not even 24 hours I had two nails already chip. I literally only went home and slept. I was not rough on my nails. Third one started chipping on day two. They did fix three nails but it's not even been a week (6days) and 5 nails are chipping! It's crazy. I'm not hard on my nails. I work a desk job and so there is mo reason my nails should be chipping after paying $60 for a shellac manicure!! I'm very disappointed and will not be back. read more

I came here to get my nails done right before my vacation. The lady doing my nails was rushing and a little rude when I asked for my neon tips. Ultimately I ended up loving my nails, exactly what I wanted....until I woke up the next day....ready for my vacation only to find that three of my nails completely CAME OFF. Just horrible. I hate to leave a bad review, but I feel that the quality of service provided was not worth the money spent. I've been here several times, and usually (because of location), it's the most convenient. However I went and got a dip on my nails on July 5th and less than 5 days later the paint was cracking and chipping off. On day 8, chunks of polish were falling off. A dip should last more than 8 days, ESPECIALLY WHEN I WORK FROM HOME ON A COMPUTER! I do NOTHING to cause my nails to do that. But...things happen. So, I decided to give them another chance. And, it's a no from me. The nail tech was very nice, but very sloppy. Maybe she's new, and if that's the case, I get it. But don't charge the same price for a new tech that slaps the polish on like she's painting a fence in a 1950s movie. And, she obviously thought she'd just drill it off or use the cuticle cutters to remove it later. Spoiler alert - that hurts. Also, I asked for 2 hearts on an "accent nail". She struggled to get them on. She kept having to wipe off and start over, wipe on, start over. Now, I didn't complain when she was finished or ask her to fix it. After what happened with the work done I had last week, I am thinking this might be their regular level of work. If this is what what are ok with, it's better to go somewhere else where someone can make an actual heart and not a circle with a tumor. Also, she did a decent job with the hearts on one hand, but when I say decent, my 14 year old that loves to do nails would probably look similar...and wouldn't charge. If both of these times, back to back, are a coincidence, great...But it's too much time and money to risk it. I highly doubt this will last 2 weeks and if it does, people will probably think one of my kids did them. Great customer service doesn't make up for poor workmanship. read more

The nail tech didn't honor my request to only a use a nail file or emory Board to do my nails. Its important that you provide the best costumer service. Not having the time to do my nails how I like them to be done is a really POOR company policy. I will never go to a Salon that doesn't do what I Want! I think if I was another race she might have asked me to stay and or do the simplest thing by using an emory board. People try to destroy your nail bid with drill machines. Drills are for screws not my nails! read more

I only get gel manicures and regular polish pedicures here. I don't do designs. That being said, I've had a pleasant experience with almost every tech here. They're friendly, attentive, and the atmosphere is pleasant. I've gone during a rush, and sometimes they can seem too booked out, but they never neglect to pay attention to you. They didn't put a top coat over my polish and didn't put the curing light on my nail. The polish is still sticky after three hours and has speared onto everything. I was hoping for the price for my polish to at least last a week or two but not even through the first day. read more

This place is awful. I went about a couple weeks ago with my friend and did not have a good experience. Me and my friend would show one of the lady's a picture on our phone of what we wanted and she didn't ask to see my phone, but walked away with it. It was my first time getting my nails done and the lady doing my nails kept getting impatient with me because I wouldn't move my hand fast enough for her. My friend on the other hand didn't get the shape nail she wanted because the man never asked her. The design she got was poorly done as well. My nails looked good and were in good condition until a little while later. I have chip marks on one of my nails, and two have them broke for no reason on both hands. My friend nails have started to chip and even on her toes that she got done. I would not recommend this place. read more

The location and ambiance was really nice. Very beautiful setup and classy. My only issue was they put me in a massage chair that didn't work and therefore was in an uncomfortable position. I have now gone to this brand new salon twice to get my nails done and it's absolutely fabulous! I have had a great experience each time and will continue to come back. I have received the powder dip manicure each time and this salon is great at it. Particularly Moon. I have gone to her both times and she is who I will continue to go to! I've been going here for a few months now, so it's time to leave a review! I've only gotten dip powder done on my nails, and I couldn't be more pleased with it! I've requested Julie for each visit and she does an amazing job. My nails are even and beautiful. A lot of people I've seen with dip nails end up with lumpy looking nails--not here! They'll be smooth and beautiful. I've been growing out my nails with the dip, and I'm always anxious to try a new color. They have so many colors to choose from. My only complaint is that making an appointment and requesting a particular nail tech is a bit weird. I call on the phone to make an appointment and it just seems disorganized. There doesn't seem to be a clear system for it, but so far I've still gotten who I want. I think the quality I'm getting for my nails far outweighs the awkward phone call. read more

I'm so happy I found this place and gave it a try. They were so friendly AND clean! My girl was so good. The place is just so relaxing and it looks like guys would like going there and hanging out with a beer or wine while waiting on their wives also. They don't speak a lot of English but that gives you time to rest and relax or play on your phone. It looks like there is no parking but there is plenty in the back and you can enter in the back door and go through to the front to sign in. read more
