I'm so happy I found this place and gave it a try. They were so friendly AND clean! My girl was so good. The place is just so relaxing and it looks like guys would like going there and hanging out with a beer or wine while waiting on their wives also. They don't speak a lot of English but that gives you time to rest and relax or play on your phone. It looks like there is no parking but there is plenty in the back and you can enter in the back door and go through to the front to sign in. read more

The first time I came here my gel manicure lasted less than a week. The last time I came they managed to get my toe infected by not cutting the cuticles out but just pushing them down. When I got back to my home state it took the salon I normally go to over 30 mins to fix it. The people were nice but I cannot say if I was back in Tulsa that I would come back here. I came in last Monday to have my nails dipped for the first time. Was sure to keep expectations reasonable, and entered to greeting, and lots of empty chairs. I came in with black shellac from a previous visit, and had been so impressed with the care and attention to detail that my previous technician had originally. Was sat at the FIRST chair, with a woman who wears all black most days, whom was very short with me for my entire stay. She did not remove my cuticles before going straight into dipping my nails. Nor did she take the time to thoroughly manicure my fingers. When dip was finished, I had quite a bit of excess material around my nails - which stayed very well for several days. The technician became very impatient when it came time for my nails to dry. She disturbed the wet acrylic on my index finger at least twice before becoming agitated and pulling out her UV light to quick fix her mistake. I left with 9 dipped fingers and one shellac, which chipped off within the first twenty four hours of being on my nail, the ONE NAIL THAT HAD SHELLAC. I guess what I'm saying is, there's a 30% chance you'll have a technician who wishes you were dead. read more

Very upset with my nails. I was in the salon for 3 hours & i left w my hands crusted over due to how dry my hands were. They soaked my hands in nail polish remover for well over an hour & I am still trying to get the dried remover off my hands. I showed a very simple design & my nails look nothing like it. So, I'd gone to Bebe for a while, but stopped because I felt as though the quality was slowly declining. And then I gave it another chance--I usually get dip, but this time asked for shellac...and my nail lady tried to talk me into dip, but I politely declined, and my nails ended up not being that good. Okay, no big deal I just stopped going here. But this weekend, my friend and I went to get manis together and I asked for dip w/a tip (I'd tried a different nail tech this time) and I told the lady that the dip did not cover my whole nail. She attempted to fix it, to no avail. That was Friday, and by Sunday, TWO of my nails were lifting around the cuticle area. Today (Wednesday), there are THREE. Nice staff, clean environment, but they could use more training on the quality of their work since manicures are not cheap. I will never go back. read more

Love this place. I've been to other nail salons in Tulsa and BeBe salon far exceeds the rest. I love the ambiance and they have a great wine selection (unlike other places who serves crappy Franzia). My nails last and I'll keep coming in to see my favorite nail tech Moon! She's the bomb! read more

I came here because of the great reviews but my experience didn't match that. They spent a very limited time on cleaning up cuticles. I could paint my nails better. My nails felt jagged. Also the drinks aren't complimentary or at least mine were not. Overall I am being generous by giving them 2 stars. read more

I visited this nail salon over the weekend and let me just say that this was my worst experience from a nail salon in my entire life! When I walked in I was greeted then asked if I chose my color even though this was my first (and last) visit so I was unaware of where everything was. I sat down and watched who would ultimately end up being my tech walk around twirling a towel and just taking her sweet time getting to me. She told me where to sit and off bat she was rude! Every time I asked her a question she rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering her, I asked for coffin shape and she gave me something completely different and when I asked her if she could fix them she told me "you went to a different nail salon so they did it different, different salons do different shapes" I'm sorry I thought shapes were universal? I then told her that she was being very rude and I would like for her to fix them but they were horrible and she didn't care. While I was getting serviced there was another African American that walked in, they asked her what she needed and she said a pedi and one nail tech yelled from the back of the shop "30 minute wait"! She sat down and unlike me she noticed the vibe was off so she left. Not even 5 minutes later a Caucasian woman and her daughter walked in, said they needed 2 pedis and they got sat immediately!!!! I have NEVER witnessed such blatant racism in my life! When this occurred I immediately figured out why she had been treating me the way she had! Once she was done my nails literally looked like crap and didn't even look like I had even gotten them done. I didn't say anything else I paid the money because had I made a fuss I would've been in the wrong. I walked out and got in my car, called my husband in literal tears! SO much about my visit was wrong but the way I left feeling like my skin wasn't good enough for good service is what made it even worse! read more

I absolutely love coming to this nail salon at first there was a really nice guy in there who always greeted me and I felt like this was a really nice place for me to go as an African-American woman it's already hard trying to find a great nail salon and treat you with with respect. Well this time I went into this nail salon it wasn't so great I was greeted by a woman named Vivian at first she seem like she was really nice but then time progressed she started being a little bit rough with my nails I felt a little bit of rushed. Well last time still progressed and Vivian still doing my nails she asked me if I wanted a glass of wine and of course I said yes to the glass of wine because usually I come there and I'm offered wine and I never get charged. Well this time around I got a pedicure as well And for my basic pedicure I didn't get any salt scrub or anything It say's on the menu, I even asked the lady that was doing my pedicure if I get a salt Scrub she looked at me and said NO. Well fast forward to when I have to pay, my total is a little bit more than it should be so I asked why my total was little bit more and she told me that I have to pay for the wine. Well she didn't tell me I had to pay for the wine, I don't care about paying for the wine but it's a simple fact that she snuck the price in there and didn't tell me that I had to pay for it. I won't be coming back to this place and I will recommend anyone who is a woman of color NOT to come to this place because they don't have any respect. Let's start by saying I've been coming to this nail salon for pedicures the entire summer of 2018. My very first time here I asked for them to soak off my acrylic nails and just for a classic pedicure. Pedicure was great but 4 months later I still have acrylics on my nails because they so poorly did the job correctly at removing them but I didn't complain because I liked how my feet were done. Today I came in for a pedicure and when I told the lady I wanted the classic she deeply sighed and rolled her eyes (maybe because I didn't get a $65 pedicure?) she begins to scrub my feet for literally 12 seconds and poked a hole in the water to let it out because now she's done. I asked her to scrub the dead skin off my feet, which should automatically come with any type of pedicure and she said that was an extra $5. Lol mind you this has been done every time I come in and get the same pedicure not once have I been charged an extra amount for doing the basics. Once the attitudes go away and the capability of doing basic services are done correctly after all, you are getting paid to do them... this could be a pretty good place. read more

I visited this shop twice in the past month. A friend referred me. Both times I made a reservation. When I arrived for my first scheduled appt, no one assisted me right away. I waited for about 20 minutes for someone to see me. I scheduled a manicure and dip set. The tech rushed and did not do a thorough job on my manicure. My nails started to chip off within a week and I had to remove them. I decided to give them a second chance. I scheduled an appt and arrived at my scheduled time for another dip set and pedicure. When I arrived I waited over 30 minutes to be assisted. Again, the tech rushed on my pedicure & did a bad job, so bad the lady who did my nails had to redo the nail polish entirely. My nails were rushed again as well. The dip did not last a full 2 weeks before they started chipping, so again I had to remove them in less than 2 weeks. I wasted $140. The customer service was not bad. The workers were really nice, but I came for a service that failed. Very disappointed. read more

First time going and it was awful I was rushing the whole time they were just ready to throw me out even though they didn't even close for two more hours and I had bought no full set of dip powder nails for $50 which was a good price I thought until I asked for coffin shape nails and got big ole square nails.. and just such rude service they treated me like I had no business walking into their nail salon OH YEAH so 3 days after getting my full set my nail just fell off so I went beck in the salon to get that nail fixed not only was the nail a different color then the original I have bumps all over my nails looks like a bad paint join today marks a week and a HLAF not even Two full weeks and my nail just POPPED off this is ridiculous and I'm not even gonna have this salon fix it I doubt they'll make it that much longer on Brookside giving the services they did in beyond furious and upset and will never be heading back there again . If I could give less than a 1 star, I would. I'm new here and my sister was here visiting me. I was excited to take her here. However, we were very disappointed and insulted at the visit today. My sister has nerve damage and was treated poorly. My sister's manicure was awful and they did not fix it. We paid for relaxation and a recharge and this experience took that from us. While visiting Tulsa BeBe Nail and Spa was highly recommended. I loved the decor and the staff was pleasant. But I didn't like the staff setting a timer while doing my pedicure. It was a race against the timer to finish. The entire process was not relaxing more stressful because I could not relax and enjoy being pampered. read more

I decided to try Bebe after getting a recommendation from a friend. The atmosphere is very nice. And the staff was also very nice. I went on a Saturday afternoon, and to my surprise they were not busy and said there would be no wait. I let them know that I was there to get shellac nails, no manicure. They told me to pick out my color and then to sit in any chair in the second row. Maybe about 5 minutes passed and someone told me to move to a different station, no big deal... I don't know the tech's name, but I sat in the first chair as you came in. She confirmed what I was there for and got started. I felt like she was rushing through the process and not letting the full time finish on the lamp before having me switch. I've gotten shellac plenty of times, but at a different location and it had been about a year so I let her do her job. That was Saturday, by Tuesday night I had 2 nails chipping. I went back on Wednesday to get them fixed. Another tech "fixed them" by buffing the nail a little bit and painting over it, leading to an uneven and bumpy polish job. Now not only are those chipping again, but others are as well. I'll try them ONE MORE time, but I will make sure my polish is not rushed. read more
