The basic pedicure here is $60. I don't mind paying $60 but I have expectations with that because that is the most I have ever paid for a "basic." I have paid $60 for a top of the line and had all the fixins but this was basic and my heels still had rough edges. I want the cheese grater (you know what I mean) and my feet need to feel soft. Most technicians feel your skin after rubbing them with whichever tool but not here. Oh well, I guess I will keep looking. I might go back to the south and pay $35 for a little better service. Sorry but I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and I know good service when I get it. No dry bar or fans to dry nails either. Just sit as long as you want. read more

This place puts profit over a customer service. I got the gel x and didn't even last 12 days when two nails broke off that I paid $75 for because I got designs on them thinking it would last. I was on vacation and the next day I came back to have them fix it only to find out that they were gonna charge me the full price. They did not want to give a discount and finally said they can take off $10. When I asked for basic gel shellac, they wanted to charge me the same as acrylic because of of the take off charge. $50 for gel is outrageous especially whn they should correct the wrong. Mind you I also tipped my nail artist $20. This place will never get any more business from me. read more

Came for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fine although she was very rough with my feet. The "manicure" was terrible. Mia was very rough with my hands and cut my finger. I paid extra for a manicure to get the add ons that come with it, but didn't get it. She put a towel on my hands for 15 seconds then lotion on my hands and called it a day. That's not a manicure. And don't get me started on the nails. The nails are hideous. I showed her a Pinterest photo inspo for what I wanted and she claimed she could do it but it looks nothing like the pictures. At one point she laughed because of how ugly it looks. And when I told her that's not right, she tried fixing it and made it worse and was like "are you happy now"? I was not happy, but after waiting an hour to get someone to do my nails and toes and then being there for 3.5 hours, I was ready to go. 0/10 recommend. They're rude, rough, and they talk shit about you in mandarin. read more

They weren't very welcoming when we arrived for our pedicure appointment. After selecting a color, I went to the chair as directed and they hadn't even turned the water on. They finally filled it with cold water and I had to ask multiple times for her to add some hot water. I upgraded to the $40 pedicure but she skipped the leg massage and other parts of the service. The technician was not very friendly and did not say anything. After I paid, she just walked away and left the toe separators in and didn't help me with my shoes to make sure nothing was smudged like every other salon I've been to. It has been only 6 days since my pedicure and TWO of my nails already have polish halfway chipped off, which has never happened in my life after a professional pedicure or painting my own nails. She clearly did not complete the service I paid for and did not use a top coat. Needless to say, this was my first and last time at Odette. read more

I came in for a manicure and pedicure. These are long overdue! And my technician did a fantastic fantastic job! The place was very busy on a Saturday morning and that didn't stop people from sipping on the complementary wine and champagne beverages. I just had a Bottle of water because it was so hot outside! I chose a volcano pedicure with regular nail polish and a regular manicure with regular nail polish. I usually bring my own nail polish in this situation is because I find that most places like this always have extensively thinned down or super thick bottles of polish. That was 100% my experience at Odette and the polish I selected needed to be thinned and machine shaken four times to finally get it to a paintable consistency. I opted to sit down and get my nails done first instead of having the awkward manicure on your lap while you're soaking your feet business which is not at all relaxing. They were happy to let me do it that way. My technician did a fantastic job. They were busy and everyone was working working working the whole time I was in there. I'm only giving it four stars because of the quality of the regular nail polish, and I did wonder about sanitization of all the clipping and nipping tools. It was not clearly evident to me that everything was sanitized. And, overall the place is a bit messy and dirty. But it is very busy and I walked out happy with my feet and hands! read more

Wanted a pedicure and a full set of acrylic and they got me started on the pedicure and did prep on the nails while in the pedicure chair which helped save time... Then I moved to the nail chair while I enjoyed a mango margarita & a gorgeous manicure... Special shout out to Nel on the nails and Jenny on the toes... Loved everything can't say enough good... Called ahead for a maini/pedi, Arrived 10 minutes early. Rushed to a chair. A menu was shoved into my hands. I selected the $40 pedi and regular manicure. The manicure was done wihile someone else did pedi. Everything felt rushed. Before doing polish on nails they presented the ticket for payment. I asked why there was not a 10 percent discount for Seniors as stated on their webb site and cash discount. The regular mani is $20 on webb site, was charged $25 .I asked and was told they just raised their prices and have discontinued the discounts. There was no hot towels for my legs or massage. They used a wet cold towel to wipe off the lotion on the legs. 10 minutes after polish was on toes I was rushed out of the chair to leave. There where many empty chairs. I dont understand the rush. So I left with wet nail into 30 degree weather. This was not a relaxing experience and it is very loud in the salon . Benn t looking for a permanent nail salon, this is not it. read more

After waiting 2 hours for a pedicure chair even though every walk in after us was seated long before we were, I was treated to the single worst pedicure of my life. The bowl was filled with tepid water - almost enough to cover my foot. Nothing added to water. No jets. The man finally comes up to begin and the first thing he does is attempt to upsell me. When I say no he immediately starts speaking his native language to the man working next to him while aggressively filing my gel polish off. I had to ask him to please refrain from damaging or changing the length. He kept snatching my foot around. Never once asked for my preference on length or whether I wanted my nails shaped a certain way. Thankfully I do not live here so the option to come back isn't a point of concern but I would recommend any new comers to consider literally any other salon. Me and my mom went to this nail salon last 2 week and was extremely disappointed by the condition of clean, especially the restroom. The toilet seat was dirty and had visible "stuff" on it. It was clear that it had not been properly cleaned in a long time. It was not a pleasant experience using the restroom in such a dirty environment. And it's possible that they reuse paraffin because I once saw an old man carried a bucket with some used paraffin in it and that station looked gross. Plus, I saw there is a lot of dust on the nail table and lamp, I understand that in a nail salon there will be a lot of acrylic dust but that doesn't mean that early in the morning I come and the table and chair where I sit are full of dust, are they really clean the salon before leaving? I was shocked by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene in this establishment. They try to asked me if I want to check in to get the reward but I didn't because I will definitely not be returning to this nail salon. read more

I went and got a dip manicure. My nails looked really great and I was happy. However, in 4 days one had a large chip and one was already lifting. I went in to get those nails fixed, and the woman who did it rushed through. She cut me with the electric nail file, got as much dip on my fingers as the nail so I had to go home and clean it off with acetone, and filed my nails to a shape that is different than they were so it looks weird. read more
