They do a good job on a pedicure. You have to have an appointment. The Lady was real friendly but be ready to pay $50 for a basic pedicure!

I came here for my birthday a while back with my girlfriends and let me just say, wow. Very rushy and sassy. I came here to get my toes done like I said for my birthday and because my hubby loves when my toes are done (he says they taste better!) anyway, after I got my toes done my feet smelt like fish and dirt. So, silly me, I went into Facebook, looked up Emily's Day Spa and made an appointment for 9am for mani/pedi and wax. Got here at 9am, and they had no record of my appointment! After some digging, we realized I made an appointment with Emily's Day Spa in North Carolina. ‍ But, man, did the staff at TULSA's Emily's Day Spa step up. Even despite not having enough staff for my appointment, two extra staff just happened to come in early and they squeezed me in right then! I was fully prepared to reschedule and come back later, as the mistake was completely mine, but they went above and beyond to accommodate me. Tomorrow is my backyard, CoVid wedding. As soon as I mentioned that to my pedicurist, he personally stepped up to help me pick a perfect color. I can not recommend Emily's Day Spa enough. I can't afford to come regularly, but anytime I do have the money to splurge, Emily's is ALWAYS where I choose to go. They are even incredibly sensitive to waxing. My upper lip is always the roughest for me, and I break out often. They are always careful and considerate in the waxing, avoiding break-outs and adding special, secret tricks to make my upper lip less painful to wax. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. :) read more

Great service, clean, comfortable, and quite. The gentleman that did my nails was courteous and did an excellent job given the short time available. Would suggest making an appointment as the lady who walked in after I did (about 1.5 hours before close) was turned away. I will be back again for sure. read more

Deserve no stars because the manager charged my two 7 year old daughters $80 no design no acrylics just toes!! and had the nerve to say she took $10 off these people here are way to expensive and it's ridiculous, my mom took them and she thought the lady said $40 for two when I went to ask the lady why she charged my mom so much if it was me we would have been walking in and straight out! I rated a 3, but I have never actually been to the salon. I phoned ahead to make an appt. even though it does state 'walk-in's welcome'. The voicemail said to text another number to make an appt. I followed the directions and an hour later I received a text back asking what day? I responded and never received a text back. I do not recommend this salon based on poor customer service. read more

My goodness - what a refreshing and relaxing place to visit for your pampering pleasures! I enjoyed a very DETAILED manicure (gel polish) with Long. I believe he must be one of the owners. Super sweet gent, ask him about his koi pond! It's magnificent!! So, full disclosure - I was actually in previously and enjoyed an amazing pedicure from Natalie (massage was awesome!) and she also did my manicure. Also, great! She took her time, was extremely polite and attentive. They have this delightful pond and fountain in their main pedicure/manicure area and it is so serene, I can't tell you enough about it! Great chairs to massage you if you'd like, too. What I want to highlight though is the level of professionalism from the people I've met there this far. After my first visit, upon checking out, Natalie offered me a card and noted a number where you can text message their salon. I like that, because I do that often if available, and it's efficient! I clumsily bumped 3 nails into something immediately after leaving but couldn't come back in. I text the number and received a timely response saying I could come by anytime for a touch-up at no charge. How kind! So, it gets BETTER!! I KNOW. I KNOW, PEOPLE. So, I was busy over the next couple of days and Emily's text ME! Yes - ME! Following up about my touch-up!!! Are you kidding me?!? How great is that??!!? In a world where I find customer service lacks tremendously...Long and his staff are wonderful! So, I hoped to stop by but couldn't. I received another follow-up text! At this point...I'm blown away. Here's the deal. I frequently go to a nail salon walk out and immediately notice blemishes and lack of attention to detail. And NOT A SOUL will follow-up with you about it! Right?? Emily's was super sweet about it. So, okay...so much to type, but promise you'll go there. Just do it. Enjoy and be pampered. They do have a buzzer at the front door to enter, which I kind of like. It's safe and also makes me feel like I'm walking in a secret nail club! :) I've only gone here during the week, late afternoon, but I gather that weekends would require an appointment. There is no other way to have a pedi than in her comfy and relaxing massage chairs. Emily is so accommodating; she will work extra hours to fit you in if you need a mani or pedi in a pinch. Best nail salon I've been to! I worked with Sarah and she did a very good job on my gel manicure and was super sweet. We talked the whole time she was working. Also the salon has a spa like feel instead of a nail salon feel. There was soft peaceful music playing in the background and it was a very calming atmosphere. Also It doesn't smell super bad like most salons, which she said is because they don't use chemicals there. Also if you come in for a pedicure they have individual rooms that you can use so you can have privacy. It also was a very clean salon.
