Just switched to Idol from my previous nail salon and I'm seriously impressed and slightly obsessed. The staff is super friendly and help you immediately. I got my nails done here last week and when I broke one of my nails (not their fault, I smashed in the door) I went in and was taken care of. I only wish I got my guys name this time around because he was AWESOME. The gel color I wanted was almost empty so he suggested something similar and it's better than what I originally wanted. Scheduled my appointment an hour and a half in advance. Showed up about 5 mins early, checked-in, picked my color and was in my chair within 10 mins of my appointment time. I was expecting to wait a while, even with the appointment, and was very pleased that I got put in a chair so fast! Tony was the one who I had the pleasure of sitting with and he was great!!!! I was trying the dip powder for the first time and was so curious how the process worked. Tony took the time to explain to me why each step is the way that it is, as he did it, which I thought was so nice! At the end of my visit, I received $5 for being a first timer at this salon. I have never had to call ahead for appointments-they seem to always be able to take walk-ins. Very friendly staff! They do not push you to get "extras". Clean and spacious. I've brought my granddaughters here for a girls day out and even the 8 year old was treated so sweetly and they loved it! read more

The chair massage was nice. The salon appeared clean. The pedicure went well until the end when instead of clipping an ingrown nail, it was pulled. It bled and required pressure and a band-aid before I left. This is not the kind of color I had in mind. read more

This was my first time here and I was thoroughly pleased. I got a Tropical Deluxe Pedicure ($30) first and it was the best pedi I've ever got. I loved the fact I got to actually soak my feet in then spa for a good while before any work was done. In past experiences at other places, they would only soak for just a few minutes. Hardly enough time to loosen any dead skin. Linh -pronounced Lynn- aka "Linda" was amazing. She took her time with every step and was very detailed. I have a slightly ingrown toenail that apparently I had got used to the discomfort of. Linh removed it and reshaped my nail and I can totally tell the difference when I walk now. I also appreciated her using a brush dipped in polish remover and not just her fingernail to do away with any stray polish. Bonus, Linh's leg massage is killer! "Snoopy" (I didn't get his real name but he is the only man there) removed my old and sickly looking overlay and gave me a beautiful manicure. In the medical field, it's hard to keep nice looking nails. So, I always opt with a pink powder overlay on my real nails ($40). Snoopy fulfilled my request super fast and very neat. He is awesome at his job and just as picky as I am! I highly recommend this place. It's clean, the staff are super friendly and accommodating with complimentary beverages (non alcoholic), plus, they have a rewards card. read more

i love idol nails! my mom and i were going to luxury nails before they closed in owasso, and then we found idol nails two years ago. we have been going ever since! we both love Henry, and his sister Mia is awesome there too. they are very affordable, and so worth it! they truly care about their customers, and they know almost everyone's name who walks through the door, because they truly put in the effort to make you feel welcome. today i got this full set of acrylics put on, and i wanted marble, which only Henry did today, but Mia can do it as well. Mia did my others nails, and i am so satisfied with my nails for the next two weeks, and it was only $30!!!! i highly recommend. read more

My cousin and I did a walk in pedicure appt today and it was phenomenal! We had the citrus sugar scrub pedicure, it was an upcharge but so worth it. Normally other places just FLY through all the extra things you pay for but the foot and leg massages were heavenly and wonderful! We also got a simple manicure, and they paid so much attention to detail. My sweet cousin treated me since it was my birthday and even after she had paid and I was waiting for my nails to dry, the lady came over and applied cuticle oil to my cuticles before I left! Cut up all my nails and gave me an ingrown toenail :( Overpriced and the workers aren't very friendly.

I decided to try this place instead of going to my normal place because I was in the area. Well I should have drove a little further. I got my nails dipped and the top coat starting peeling the next day. I went back and had them fix the nails that were messed up. By that evening the same nails were peeling again and one chipped. Now I am 1 week in and that are all messed up and look horrible. I have never had this problem getting my nails dipped before. They usually last me 3 weeks before I need to go back. Ugh read more

They are very friendly here, and my nails look good, but they use cheap stuff! I ALWAYS break at least one nail every fill (and it's my own fault for continuing to come here), but this last fill was the last time I'll ever go here. 5 days into A NEW SET, 3 nails had broken. I went back in, and they refilled them for me... next day, one breaks (and I barely even hit it). So I would definitely not recommend coming here. read more

I brought my daughter here for the first time. We both got pedicures. I paid a little extra to have the callus removal, which also includes a nice scrub, hot towels, and hot stone massage on top of the regular pedicure. I enjoyed it. Our toes look and feel great. I went here every 2-3 weeks when they were under different management for a solid 2 years. I decided to give the new management a try and honestly, aside from the "remodel", I wasn't nearly as pleased with my nails. One was crooked, they started raising 9 days later, and I'm on day 10 with no nails... You could see the gap between my natural nail and the fake one and that's never been that way before. So not only was every little thing getting stuck between them (gross) but, it also caused them to come off easier. All in all, I wouldn't pay $50 for solar nails that barely lasted a week. If you're going to raise prices, please do it because you're improving your quality, because what I'm seeing right now is a pretty paint job on the walls and poor quality on my nails that I could pay less for and would look better somewhere else. read more
